Lots of great bargains! You can find almost anything at the Cherry Avenue Auction.The vegetable section has fresh veggies at reasonable prices.Both men and womens clothing, boots shoes, and other clothing can all be found there and significant discounts.Theres a nice selection of food trucks and other tasty food.Restaurant equipment can also be found at the Cherry Avenue AuctionIf you have an opportunity to visit do it!!

7/16/22 Wear your walking shoes. Go early to avoid the heat. I was there before 9am and parking was packed. They charge $3 per car.There is something for everyone. I was told that some vendors were not there due to the heat. I didnt think it was too bad. I wore shorts and was very comfortable.The people are friendly. Lots of toys, tools, vegetables, Mexican candies and tons of clothing. Walk around and ask for pricing to get the best price. I didnt buy at the first place. I ended up saving money by checking prices.Some spots might feel like a garage sale, so keep walking.I went with time and had lots of fun.

Lots of great bargains. Especially 2 guys are selling new clothes on aisle 18. Mid of the aisle white tents. We do go every week to check their products. Always new brand new family clothes with affordable prices. Almost all items are brand like Nike Levis.

So...The Cherry Auction has a long history and has been around for at least 40+ years if not more. Originally a live stock auction house, its grown and expanded to what you see now.There is a good mixture of new and used items and you can pretty much find anything here. Even get a good massage if you need it.The grounds and restrooms are always clean, in fact the whole place is well kept. There is plenty of parking and they even have cars for sale on the weekends. I might add they have great seasonal produce here. Honestly there is to much here to mention it all.Its a great getaway plenty of places to eat and just make a day of it.Ive been coming here all my life and will continue to do so.Special note: In this time of Covid 19 and social distancing i was pleased to hear regular announcements over their PA system to practice social distancing and keep masks on.All in all i give it a 👍👍👍👍👍 i highly recommend it to anyone.

Im loving the not dirt paths being replaced with something solid. The underground entrance was a nice discovery too.Lets not forget the live entertainment. Funny songs were sung. Great way to start a Saturday.

If you havent been here you definitely should go because this place is so huge and they have way too much good stuff. I was there for almost 4 hours and didnt even get to see a quarter of what was there. I got some True Religion, Hollister, Lucky Brand, Seven, and American Eagle jeans/shorts and only paid between $1-$6 a piece for them. I also got a pair of Guess shoes for $1, some H&M, Lucky Brand, Victoria Secret, Pink, bebe, Roxy, Hurley, and many more brands of shirts, sweatshirts, purses, dresses, and rompers all for $1 each. All the items I bought were in excellent condition too. I want to go back but my closet is already way too full now.

Only $3 cash for parking. A lot of the vendors take only cash. Many food, snack, and drink options. It is a lot of walking so take comfortable shoes. It was scorching hot when we went so really wish we had brought our hats, fans, water mister, light clothes. Plan accordingly to the weather. Many cheap/affordable items. Good deals!It was fun exploring:)

Overcrowded with vendors selling allot of same items and becoming a vendor unless you been there for ever I guess it is almost impossible to get a spot, you find some good deals as a shopper though, 3 stars cause a a vendor I havent been able to secure a spot yet theyre always booked out. Good for the customer not so much for new sellers though.

MUST HAVE CASH….. drove all the way out there. Waited in line just to park. Paid to park walked in absolutely no cell phone service so don’t lose anybody cause you can’t called find them absolutely no ATMs so do not go without cash or you can’t buy anything you have to turn around and leave the park to go get cash just a waste of time without cash

I always liked going to this places called Swap meet you used find a diversity of things and enjoy a day out where you could buy things from local vendors like fresh vegetables and food. Now this places have turned out to be like a major store but with no organization at all. Nevertheless it is quite an adventure to go to these places, you never know what you will find and its a good outing you can do with the family.

Last Saturday bought this vintage clock played $5 and a little bit of dw40 it worked . Googled it I found out it was worth $750 . Dont forget to go shopping early in the morning for your fresh produce and stop at roses fruit wagon fruit cups are delicious delicious and dont forget to try their strawberry horchata. My family loved it everyone got something 4 a reasonable price.

Havent been there since the start of the pandemic but the auction looks bigger and better! There was so much stuff there to purchase! We bought a concave comal for the party we are having in 2 weeks! My family and I will be back next weekend to finish shopping for party! I had a great time! Food smelled good! Live music playing! Families just having a good time together! It was awesome!

Loved this place since I was a kid when my grandparents used to sell stuff from Mexico there. Today is the same vibe minus (-) the bargaining part . Used to be able to flex a price now people watch a little pawn stars of TLC home show and think all their trash is worth money . Still best place to get fresh produce straight from the farms .

I love coming here for the seasonal fruit and vegetables. I also walk around to check out other goods and try out the different food vendors. Bring a cart to help you carry the goods you find. It is so big that I have not been able to check out every single aisle here.

Used to to come here back in the 90s lol. Back then everything was cheap and nice from a child’s point of view. Lots of stuff and food to buy here as well as animals. It’s the biggest swap meat compared to the Fresno fairground swap meat. However, they do not sell livestock anymore due to animal neglect.

Opens Tuesdays and Saturdays, the best day to go is Sarurday .You can find all kind of stuff used and new and sometimes really nice things that you not expected to find there. I like to go there early you find the best stuff. Also if you go after 9:00 am there are big lines of cars to go in . There is a lot of food inside, but if you get out and to the north on cherry st . There are a lot of vendors selling all kind of food. You have a lot to choose from

Tuesdays parking is $2. It was nice on Tuesday except there was fewer vendors and some aisles were virtually empty. We went for the Chinese food and it did not disappoint. Delicious and fast service despite the long line. Love the variety of vendors at this remate. So many delicious aguas frescas to choose from. There is a section just for fruit and vegetables which has a lot of variety. They also have a section for car sales. Its tradition to come to this remate.

Very nice place and great food! If you are looking for antiques, you might some treasures here! Family friendly. No pet allowed. Small fee for parking lot. If you would like to find out more about spanish shopping and food culture this is the perfect place to visit. If you planning to visit, you might want to go early morning since it is a huge place and you will have time to cover all the vendors. Plus make sure you take a hat and comfy shoes. I hope you enjoy it as much I do.

Big area with lots to offer from clothing, fresh fruits and veggies to souvenirs to food vendors and more. Loved it but it was hot, make sure to take an umbrella to keep the sun directly off of you. There is a charge for parking, I believe it is under ten dollars, not bad. Make sure you have plenty of time and dinero to spend.

They need to address some of the permanent vendors they are rude to new people and will refuse to move their vehicles to make space for others. I had a horrible experience and will give it another shot and hopefully have better experience. If better experience i will definitely raise my star count for sure. I really liked this fleamart its all pavement lots of everything and good prices. I got oil insence, sage, clear vinyl plastic, mangos, and avocados. Alot of different food vendors theres even Chinese food. Take a walk and look around.

Ive been coming to the cherry Auction for the past 30+ years and I plan on continuing that as long as I can! The food and drinks are great! We like to get the bacon wrapped hotdogs and Chinese food. I also like getting the elote en vaso, a diblito or a mangonada. My son likes to look for lego figures and have a churro to munch on as we walk around. Right now its $3 to park and we try to get there early around 8:30am for a good parking space.

Spent a good few hours walking around and bartering for some cool deals. Churros are still under $2!! Itd been years since Ive gone.No more animals for sale, but I think thats a plus. Lots of fresh produce, plants, and plenty of expanding merchandise.Oh, and no point in showing up before 8 am Saturdays. Most of the vendors werent ready yet.

Its always fun to visit. My grandmother took me there many times oh 60yrs ago. It was a lot different then. She used to buy her live chicken there (she wouldnt cook any other chicken but fresh) You could buy goats and chickens along with. Fruits and vegetables on the same day. Loved to go the livestock auction there where they auctioned off pigs,goats,cows,and horses. It was a young mans dream!

Because we got food poisoning.. Im about 99.9 percent sure we got it from there.. Hopefully its was just a one time thing .. But after that experience we just dont eat off trucks anymore..my kids love to visit the guy that sells legos mini figures..

I love the Cherry auction I always managed to find something there to buy they have a little bit of everything and then some they even have people who have stuff from home like a yard sale stuff that they bring and new stuff they have food boots some of the booths have really good food prices are a little bit high on some of it like hot dogs its a little bit higher than I would pay for hot dog the drinks are a little bit outrageous and price but they are good drinks parking is is reasonable price from parking is reasonable just wish I had more days than than it does

Its nice for things you need if you wanna go somewhere where you can get good deals, but be sure you can speak Spanish and bring lots of cash, cause its like visiting Mexico City. Just be aware, youre only going to get good prices if you buy in bulk. Found a pair of pants here for $15 that I bought yesterday at DDs for $8.

Great place for a lot of a little bit of everything. Live music on The Weeknd. Although the fruits and vegetables are not to the Quality I expect. Get your fruits and veggies from a farmers market. My only complaint is about this specific food truck. The quality of the food they serve is very inconsistent, one day its super great awesome good and on another its just terrible. One thing that is consistent about that particular food truck is the diarrhea that is included with every meal. Bon appetite!

Not too many food trucks on Tuesdays, but most people were gathering at a food truck (one with a huge canopy area) and buying their posole, it must be good. Most vendors seemed to sell things packaged or from discount supply stores and then just added a 10-20% mark up. But there are a few actual used item sellers on site who sell things for like $1-5 per item.

I typically enjoy swap meets and finding GREAT deals on things, but yesterday (Tuesday, May 2, 2017) at the Fresno Cherry Auction I was pretty horrified. I was there with a few friends and while waiting for our other friends to meet us there, we began looking around. We came upon the animal area and it was BAD.. it was upwards of 90 degrees for the first time this year yesterday, and it was hard for even us to adjust to. There were full grown bunnies overcrowded into hamster cages to the point that they couldnt even stretch out (we watched one of them try to, couldnt.). NO water.. All, and I mean ALL of the cages were waterless. There were water dishes in cages but bone dry, and some were buried under the animals because, mind you, there already wasnt room in there. We thought some mice were dead, just very dehydrated and little sweaty balls of fur all frantic and hot. It was horrible guys. Like so horrible. My friends and I took out OUR water bottles and began to fill the water dishes we could. It really seemed as though these people just mass breed and cram these animals out there for the money.. Those conditions were soooooo careless, it ruined my experience. So sad.

I was nervous about going to the Cherry Auction during this COVID day and age, but I was pleasantly surprised that about 90% of the patrons wore masks.Listen I understand not everyone is a mask wearer, but I am.I believe in precaution and staying safe. The Cherry Auction has always been one of my favorite spots. However, I didnt attend any dates in 2020. I recommend this site for a nice outing.

A good place to spend time with the people you love and care about. Theres yummy asada tacos, some of the vendors even sell my favorite red jalapenos sometimes, there is also the delicious shaved icecream, and There is even ice cream trucks that sells all kinds of ice cream. Theres also a wonderful water fountain for people to make wishes, theres also delicious snacks and candies. My favorite is that pink donut roll candy thing whatever its called. Where u can peel it and eat it slowly.

I really love the cherry auction. In fact, my first job was working at the cherry auction as a vendor when I was a teen. The only thing I dont like is that the pricing for some of the stuff is outrageous, you definitely have to bargain with the vendors because they do price things close to new prices or store prices.
