We came to Dennis after working with someone who listed our house at the wrong time, didn’t show us comps for other houses in our area, listed our house for the wrong price, colluded with other realtors in a dishonest way, and most importantly exemplified a lack of professionalism.With that being said, as soon as Dennis and his team came on board, they listened to our awful experience and handled everything with professionalism and attention to detail. Im so grateful to Dennis Chernov and his team for handling the sale of our 4-unit apartment building. Dennis recommended a price for the building that turned out to be spot on. Pricing was no easy because there were relatively few close comparables on which to base a price. In addition, Dennis kept in constant communication with us, as did members of his team. When negotiations with our buyer became difficult, Dennis shepherded the transaction with great skill. I recently listed my house with Dennis Chernov and couldn’t be happier. I worked closely with Dennis and his assistant Kara during the process. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. I initially met with another broker who seemed very nice but didn’t really have a strategy for marketing my house. As a result, I decided to call Dennis. I showed Dennis my house, and we talked about his approach. He immediately had several recommendations. In my case, he recommended that we stage the house and that I make some necessary repairs. Dennis connected me with everyone I needed and he, or Kara, were always available if I had questions. I followed Dennis advice and within a few days of listing I accepted an offer. The escrow process was smooth, and escrow closed on time. If you are selling in the valley, this is the team to call. I cannot recommend Steven, Dennis and his team enough. They did an excellent job selling my grandmothers condo in Tarzana. The first offer that came through was well above asking and seemed very promising. Due to wild circumstances it ended up falling through a month later. The sale seemed lost at this point and we didnt think we could get an offer as strong... However, Steven and Dennis persevered and flipped the switch in an amazing way. Then extra care and push to get a new buyer in and sale done was above and beyond. I was referred to Dennis by a friend, at the time we thought we were ready to sell but were waiting on a possible buy of another property. Long story short after telling Dennis we were not moving forward, the planets aligned and we got into escrow on a purchase. We were only able to buy our new house with the sell of our old house and we needed a hustler who was motivated as we were. That person was Dennis and he fit exactly what we needed. Our house was on the market within a week, staged and looking pretty. We had deep conversations about how serious we were about selling it and he advised us correctly to price it lower than what we thought we can get for it. that is always a risk, but within one week we had four offers and took an offer $75k over asking (and higher where we would have listed it on the high end) We could not recommend Dennis and his team anymore. Whether you want to be aggressive and get rid of your house like we did our want to play the market, he will do right by you. Most importantly, he will communicate and service the hell out of you. I always say to go with people who you like, you know, and you trust.... Dennis is that man.

I was moving from another state so I wasn’t able to be present for a lot of the process. But Greg kept me informed so I never felt I was missing anything.
