Arilo robbed me of my time and money. $95 charge to do a diagnostic, which summed up to “your video card fans stopped working.” When he suggested his refurbished card of the same model for $600, I did research online to find new models for under $300. He wanted to charge me another $120 to clean out my pc and check which graphics cards were compatible. Arilo takes his sweet time, this ordeal took over a week. I’m surprised he is still in business. If you ever take a chance to see this poor business, check if he is at his desk watching TV, with scattered files, and an old bottle of hot sauce. Complete amateur.

Brought my Lenavo Laptop, was locked out, needed updated drivers, Ari did a great job. Responded quick to texts, worked out a time to meet. He knows what hes doing, happy with results, did exactly what I asked. Highly recommend, reasonable prices. ~Anna~

It took him a few days but he did an excellent job of getting my data back after I spilled soda on my laptop. Even responded to a phone call on Sunday his day off and I do appreciate his work. His services were extremely affordable. He went out of his way to order parts and learn how to solve a problem for my specific laptop issue. He really put in the effort. Saved 8 weeks worth of work for me. Great work.

I don’t review businesses because I expect good service as a standard.. Arilo by far exceeded my expectations of customer service. He has 20 plus years experience in his business and it shows. I have been tinkering with my MacBook Pro for three months now and could not get it working. I made one call to Arilo and he guaranteed me that he could fix it. I asked myself how can someone guarantee without seeing the product and the issues ? All I did was explain my problem and he knew that he could fix it. Goes to show what 20+ years of experience can do for you. As for the person griping about a $50 charge for a driver.... you need to stop and think and realize that one this is a small business. Two, you get what you pay for and lastly as far as his business cleanliness, it is as expected. Cords and wires and tools not stored away means he is constantly working and operating until his closing time. If I went to an auto mechanic and didn’t see grease and tools in the working area then that means he/she isn’t busy. I have a 2010 MacBook Pro that was an over priced paper weight that is now up and running thanks to Arilo. Fast friendly service. Will return and highly recommend his services.

Amazing service. I went in with my 2011 17 inch MacBook Pro with graphics card issues. I explained to Arilo how I was not ready to part ways with my MacBook yet. He was able to fix my machine without having to replace the graphics card in under 2 hours. My unit runs perfect, and I can honestly say this unit will last me a few more year after his service. Thank you Arilo👍💻

I had a issue with my Lenovo, not turning on, I googled places in the area to fix it and found Cheappc. Arilo is a great man, he really knows how to help a customer and give them whatever they need. Will be using his services again. A great deal and service..

Arilo explained and went through the applications and how getting memory expanded on my Laptop was going to be done. He let me know that parts needed to ordered and specified a timeline of how he would start working on my laptop. The Hard drive replaced was SSD, which is now on PPCIE, is not the “old” normal hard drive that runs on a disk. The end result was great, memory expansion made my laptop works faster. Thank you Arilo!

My 2 year old desktop hard drive malfunctioned. Luckily, I routinely backup my data. Arilo suggested that I get a desktop with two hard drives so my data is backup automatically. Arilo built a computer that is fast and work flawlessly with two hard drives. I feel safe that my data is automatically backup. The price was reasonable and I am a happy customer.
