Very very friendly! Best price I could find for fixing cracked iPhone 7 plus screen and rear camera at just $200! They did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. My screen sensitivity and touch started acting unusual though, but when I messaged them about it they gave me a solution and told me if that didnt work they would exchange it. Overall very pleased.

I walked in for the first time after finding star wireless on google. Chris spoke with me on the phone and I came in to get my screen fixed on my iPhone 6plus shortly after our conversation. Chris was very busy and managed to still get my phone fixed promptly. Great customer service along with fast and reliable work. Amazing Service! Came in to get my IPhone 6 glass repaired, really cool guy! He gave me a good deal and fixed any other little issues I had previously with my phone on top of the screen repair. I had to get my phone screen fixed that shattered into a million pieces. I called around looking to pay a lower price than what Apple was offering. Came across Star Wireless, was quoted a very reasonable price over the phone, and the phone conversation was a very friendly and welcoming one. Daniel is the one who fixed my phone and he kind of did a little tutorial while fixing it. Easy in and out! The overall visit was pleasant and hands down will be coming back for ANY electronic needs. I found Star Wireless on google search, they came up first on search results and highest rating. I called them, they were able to see me right away and within 45 minutes my iPhone 6 screen was replaced in perfect condition. They were less expensive then any competitors, very friendly, and worked efficiently. I highly recommend Star Wireless! Great staff. Excellent Service and Great Customer! My iPhone 6 Plus had broken at the mall. They replaced my iPhone 6 Plus screen but it had a blemish and bad pixels in the lcd. I didnt want to waste my time again at the Glendale mall. This repair shop was near me and he cheapest I could find. And perfect LCD😊 The flexible hours are great! This is not only one of the best experiences Ive had with repairs but one of the best experiences Ive had with a store in general. The guy that helped me (David) was nothing short of exemplary. He was kind and patient even though my frustration was clearly showing. He actually cared about me being a satisfied customer.My charger port broke the day I landed in LA and so I went around looking at prices. I went to the Cheapest iPhone Repair Shop on Flower street and they told me it would be 75$. The guy had the audacity to tell me that was the best price in LA. Me being new to the city I almost believed him but decided to shop around anyways. Called up David next and he told me the repair would be 20$ and if it was beyond repair it would be 50$ to replace. When I met him he was a really cool guy and we just chopped while he explained stuff. Turned out my battery was bad as well and so he ended up giving me a new apple battery (not the cheap crap I was sold before) as well as the port repair for a great price.Im not staying in LA but Im going to tell all my friends here to go there. Star Wireless is a great shop to go to if you need a device repaired for a reasonable price. I did a walk-in and the guy helped me immediately. He repaired my phone under 30 minutes! These iPhone screens break too easy! Thank god for my dudes at Star! No other repair shop near me had the iPhone 6 Plus parts in stock. The repair was about 15 minutes. Apple parts are clear and perfectly. The 6s plus needs the highest quality parts or it wont work the way it should. My sister had referred me after she had her iPhone 6 customized. The gold and diamonds custom iPhone housing looks amazing. It is hard to find an iPhone repair shop that can give custom iPhone housing with warranty and working exactly as Apple does. Best in Los Angeles!

The Apple Store near me wanted to charge $170 for my iPhone 6s Plus broken screen. The Verizon store charged $200 with mail in service. I couldnt find an iPhone repair store that had the 6s plus screen in stock except star repair. The screen repair was very fast, affordable, and works perfect! I pay my Verizon bill also. Great service. Lets begin by saying they only took around 15 minutes to replace my entire screen. While you wait you can have some coffee or water. Please review after you get your phone fixed and youll get a little gift. Theres always parking in front so parking isnt an issue. They are also very detailed about what they will do to your phone. One of the best late night options, I gave him a call and the quote he gave was very reasonable so I made the drive from El Segundo to downtown LA, and I am so happy I decided to go. Daniel scammed me! Said he would sell me a phone for a good price, I told him I wasn’t comfortable paying before I got my item and he said that was fine but I needed to pay for shipping. I agreed to pay for the shipping. He asked if I wanted updates to my phone number I said Yes (never received update messages). He showed me a believable shipping label that wasn’t real. He stopped responding to me and I haven’t got my phone. This was in 2020 so idk how he passed in 2019?

I found this place through Groupon and, although it was a good price to have my broken iPhone screen repaired, my experience with this repair shop was less than desirable. I am a big advocate for supporting small business, but, at the same time, I expect value a good shopping experience and good service. I used this place to have my iPhone 4s back in December for the first time. When I dropped off the phone, I was given a wait time of one hour. Came back and the phone was not ready yet. Waited only to be told that they did not have the correct part and could just make it work with the ones they had. I had to come back the following day once the parts came. The repair guy got very defensive and rude with me. Even though my experience was not good, I still decided to give them a second chance. Brought my friends phone for repair. I came back at the requested time to pick it up only to find out that it was not ready. My friend came back twice after that only to be told that the phone was still not ready. At the end, they could not fix it and still wanted to charge me 40 dollars for the work done. I ended up just leaving the phone with them.

This was the second time I was going to these guys. They quoted me low over the phone and told me totally available to fix it when I get there is 20 minutes. He changed the price when I got there and he said he would not be able to do it right at that point; and for changing the shattered glass only that he had quoted me it takes two weeks. So I went to another place when they opened the phone, three screws from last time that these guys supposedly changed the glass were loose. I am so happy I did not feed these crooked people.

Bad experience. I paid $240 to get a service done for my cellular connection to work and the man in charge promised me that its guaranteed the best service I can get. The service didnt work out and the guy didnt communicate with me until i called him to see what was going on. Man didnt keep his word and wont give me my refund! Thats money I could be feeding my family with... like cmon dude. Then he tells me thats theres another service I can do but for an extra $100. No way. If that service didnt work either, Ill be $340 short and I wont be seeing that money ever again. Do yourselves a favor and take this review seriously. Dont come to this place. Youll be saving a lot of money from this guy.

Took my cracked screen Iphone plus to Apple. And some other cell store.They were not able to fix it because they said the frame was bent on the phone. Multiple attempts and the new screen would give out in a couple days.Brought my phone to Chris. And he was able to switch it all out for me. And since I had spent so much money on failed attempts. UPDATE: he asks to write a positive review in return for a few bucks off this is the only reason why there are so man good ones. if you can...just buy insurance. his prices are dishonest and you will be paying more when you could just go to your actual carrier and get a new one. if you have tmobile jump you will not be able to upgrade because the screen he uses are not legit. learned my lesson but have fun i guess.Literally this guy is the best! Star Wireless should change their name to 5 Star Wireless!!I dropped my iPhone 5 on the concrete glass side down, and I was unable to unlock my screen for about a month.Everywhere I called, I was quoted over $100 to get a new glass installed.My phone had vertical solid white lines through one side of the phone and was only half way responsive to touches or swipes.I found Star Wireless through an ad on craigslist. Enrique told me he could replace my glass for $75 cash!Immediately I was sold! I traveled from south Los Angeles to Venice Blvd and as soon as I walked in the store I was greeted and re quoted the same amount for an IPhone screen.I was told to give the shop about an hour for the repair. I went down the street to grab something from Wienerschitzels, and after I finished my food, I headed back to the shop and my iPhone repair was complete.Happily satisfied I pulled out cash to pay and was offered a free ($10) tempered glass if I left this review!Thank You Star Wireless!

Daniel had great customer service and educated me on the type of phone that I have and the different type of replacement that are out there for my iPhone 6 Plus. Daniel even encouraged me to ask other stores if they were going to issue me a original or a aftermarket most did not know or most said a third party. I got a great deal for n original glass. I was looking forward to having my old iphone4 fixed. The button on the front bottom of the phone had broken. All they needed to do was replace it.But when I got to the shop at 9 am (opening time ) it was not open. Waited until 9:10 then called. The guy said something about someone oversleeping and hed arrive in a few minutes).At 9:27 a guy- Daniel arrived. He said hed replace the bottom button on my iphone. I left and returned 25 minutes later. And the power was out. Of course, its not their fault that the power went out. I understood that.I told him Id take my phone home and bring it back Monday but he said my fix didnt take lots of light and itd only be 15 minutes. So I waited 25 minutes (while waiting 2 customers came in to complain about work done on their phones-this guy Daniel said I didnt work on your phone.. He acted like you getting your phone fixed was a crab shoot. If some of their workers arent good then why have them? ).25 minutes had passed so I asked what was going on. He complained about not having lights and he said Id need to leave my phone.After reminding him that he said it could be done I offered to get my flashlight from the car. He accepted.Finally, the guy working on it got it going using my flashlight.There was not apology for being late or even a thank you for the flashlight.I feel sorry for the folks who came in to complain about work that was done by these guys but didnt work out.Ill never deal with these guys again.

Expect staff to be over booked and annoyed with you for inconvieniencing them with your business. They charge extra money for credit card transactions - $25 for me. Best way to get them to work on your phone and hold to their quoted timeline is to wait in the store. Brought my Galaxy S7 here to replace the cracked screen. Price was listed as $140 on website, was actually $170. Dropped off phone at noon on a Monday, the mustached psudo-hipster at the counter told me it would take 2-4 hours and was annoyed that I didnt have a second phone to call in to check when the work was finished. Came back at 5 and waited for 20 min while he delt with other customers. Eventually Interrupted and asked if they had gotten to my phone (no) and when it would actually be finished so I could come back. He dodged the answer until I was insistent then told me to come back at closing (10pm) and that my attitude wasnt helping. Came back at 9:45 and there were 5 or 6 people waiting. Picked up my phone with its new screen after another wait. Realized the next day that the upper ear piece wasnt working. Went back to fix another day and they honored their oversight, fixed it free of charge while I waited. Others may have had good experiences, but I wouldnt recommend.

Technically, Star phone fix my phones cracked glass. However, when i came to pick up my phone, they were unable to locate it 20 minutes. When i appeared concerned, the owner got an bad attitude and refused explain what was occurring. They did find my phone eventually in the technicians pocket.Customer service: the woman the front desk attendant was nice. However, the established appears a bit disorganized, not system in place to ensure efficiency or trust in custody of your phone while under repair. My iPhone 6 digitizer lcd parts broke. The iPhone Verizon Store near me charged $200. The repair of my phone was fast. About 10 minutes. They showed me speck and otterbox cases. Tempered glass and case hopefully will help. My computer has a virus or is slow. I will definitely upgrade my MacBook soon

My iPhone 6s Plus and iPad Air 2 had broken screens. It was only the glass screen that was shattered so I wanted a fast option that I could walk on for the repair. It was about the same price as Apple Store but much faster service. It was difficult finding a store with same day iPad and iPhone repair service. Downtown can be hard for parking, but this store has a lot of parking for their customers. My iPad Air and iPhone 6s Plus are just like new. Pricing on tempered glass and otterbox cases are amazing, cheaper than groupon.

Awesome places. I can totally say off the bat these guys are genius when it comes to cellphones. Theee guys brought my phone back from the dead. I had gone swimming but didnt know my phone was in my pocke which basically containing my entire lifes info. Tso to cut the story shor two days after I dropped it off. I got a call saying my phone is ready to be be picked up ready to go working. I was the happiest person in the world. And honestly for a low low price of $40 water damage cleaning fee mmm fee and a $60 For a new screen I needed due to the liquid damage. No-frills hole-in-the-wall but these guys are for real even if a bit different...old school chatty with customers, and discounts for everything from paying cash to a longer wait than quoted (likely) to driving to the downtown store when Santa Monica is overbusy. The samsung store on wilshire blvd has been closed so I want the best repair shop in downtown los angeles. my samsung galaxy note 8 screen shattered and i wanted same day repair service. no other store could beata $299. ubreakifix and best buy are authorized samsung repair shops but cost more, take more time, and obviously dont have the experience these people have!

I took my galaxy s8 PLUS to be repaired and they used a fake screen and I occasionally get a white line across the screen, if you have a galaxy s8 do not bring it here. I dont even want to take it back so they can just mess up my phone even more.

I went in today after more than a month of waiting for my Mac book pro to get fixed. I had previously went in to check on it and they told me the computer tech had been busy, which I totally understand. I went in today and asked to see if my laptop was ready, it took him more than 20 mins just to find my laptop, when he finally found it was completely scratched up and dirty . The explanation I got was “it was underneath a bunch of stuff “ . Not only does this show the negligence on others property, but how my service or anyone’s service is not truly valued .I’m sure my laptop wasn’t even looked at. Daniel, has told me that we will order a new piece for the top of my laptop in order to compensate for the damage. If he does I will make sure to update on this review.

I was scammed out of $180 at Star Wireless for an order they never fulfilled. I ordered 3 Samsung batteries from them, which they said would be ready in 2-5 business days. Two weeks passed by with no sign of the batteries. I was going to travel out of state for the summer, so I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one! They said they would ship the batteries to me as soon as they received them. That was 4 months ago. The tracking number I was given two months ago shows that the package is still in pre-shipment (i.e. shipping label created; USPS yet to receive the package from the sender in order to dispatch it). When you call them they put you on hold for half an hour, and when you send messages they never respond. Please avoid this place at all costs! I have lodged a complaint with the FTC.

This is a great place to get anything fixed on any kind of electronic device. I drIve by this place all the time to and from work and never considered going here but that day came that we all dread and I shattered my iPhone screen to bits. I came in, In a hurry desperately seeking help. There was a lady Infront of me and the spot was about to close. After she left the guy told me I had to leave my phone there, I explained how I needed to catch my flight and that I was leaving town, the guy was really nice and helpful and stayed longer just to get me on my way. He didnt even charge me extra to get it done quickly. Definitely going to use Star Wireless again in the future for any kind of electronic service and will recommend to my friends.

Cheap? Try DISHONEST. Put a bum battery in my iPhone for 40 bucks, that I soon had to replace elsewhere with one that worked correctly.
