Walked in with no appointment for a smog check. Charlies WIFI and convenient work table allowed me to work on a project while waiting to have the car serviced. I also enjoyed the Keurig Coffee maker

I was taking my 2 cars for years paying from $400 to more than $1,000 until one day he told me I need to replace the motor mount and want to charge me $1,100 and I cant affords the money and then I moved to Hemet and took my car to another mechanic and when he checket it was only a loss screw..he fixed I and pay only $20 dollars..Charlie was charging me to much for a simple screw..after that I dont trust anymore on him..now I learn is better to take another opinion.
They workers rarely answer tha phone? My car has been evaluated and inspected? Its been three weeks and it still sits in tha same spot with no change in its status? This is my first time trying their service and I am greatly dissatisfied?

He truly cares about his customers and his business. Fixing cars is one thing but taking the time to show each customer exactly whats going to be done, why its going to be done and why the problem is happening so it doesnt happen in the future, while doing it slowly without the feeling of being rushed is a huge advantage. Definitely recommended. If I could, Id rate this business a 20.

Charlie got to the problem and fixed it fast. He is very professional, honest, extremely efficient, an expert in his field, he knew exactly what the problem was.
