I am so glad that Matt Christiansen recommended Charity Swipes. When we examined our expenses, I immediately noticed that my company was being ripped off by our old processor, because I had checked out Charity Swipes minimal rates and fees months earlier. My small business switched, and weve had had zero problems and zero inconsistencies. Onboarding was a breeze, and customer service picks right up if you should need to call. I even spoke to the owner about an unorthodox request, which he was able to arrange. We dont have to think about our credit card processing at all, because it just works. Were proud that a portion of our revenue goes to philanthropy, which is consistent with the mission and culture of our company. The terminal was free, and were saving a significant margin on processing fees, which frees up productive resources that benefit everyone. This is the perfect processor for small business!

Charity Swipes came into my business several years ago - and has proven to be the Smart Move for My Company. I can be a difficult customer - high maintenance at times - he has always addressed my companies needs and acted as quickly as possible. Not only is the service 5 Star but the Savings compared to previous companies has shaved off costs and able to give us more in pocket money for our small business. Our company was established in 98, were a wholesale/retail family business that sells at a profit of about 4-6%, we were cash only up until about 2 years ago. Having credit card machines was for our customers convenience, however the transaction fees were digging into our already low profit.With that said, changing from our banks merchant service provider to Charity Swipes has been a great decision, weve been with them so far, about 4 months and they have saved us so much money! Ive only spoken and have had meetings with Cameron who is a Chief Executive Officer. Before signing anything we had several meetings about everything and Cameron was super straight forward and informative with all the questions we had.Long story short, Charity Swipes has so far exceeded our expectations, saved us money and has still been on top of email questions and phone calls since we started with them! Charity Swipes has always taken great care of me and the people I refer to them. Cameron, the owner, is always very attentive to my needs, and helped out a huge amount during the switch. Thanks to them I actually understand what the charges are and where everything is going. I really cant say enough good things about them. I must say it is nice being able to shoot down those automated phone calls from other companies now that i know their tricks. Im not falling for it!

We just signed up with Charity Swipes, and Trevor and Cameron were an absolute pleasure to work with. I really dont think Ive ever met someone so kind as Trevor, and he and Camerons knowledge of the business and how to save us money is a breath of fresh air. First off they reviewed my contract with my current credit card company, and showed me in black and white how I was being overcharged. They hooked us up with awesome equipment that really brought us into the 21st century, and it was an ease to sign up. I would honestly recommend them to everybody.

One of the things I like most about Charity Swipes is how personable and caring the team is. I suppose youd have to be in order to create a company that helps other businesses donate money to charity just by having merchant services handle your credit card processing! Theyre efficient, quick to solve problems, available for customer service requests, and I couldnt feel more comfortable referring my own clients to them when theyre in need to get started or switch Merchant Services. Ive come across dozens of merchant service companies over the last 15 years in business. They all claimed to have the lowest rates and best service, etc., but I never fully trusted any of them. I can say without a doubt that Charity Swipes changed all that. For the first time I have a company (and an account manager) whom I know care about me and my business, and provide me the best pricing and service. I know that because, instead of trying to sell me, they took time to educate me on the industry. I would recommend these guys to anyone whos searching for a merchant company they can TRUST.
