Very nice bowling alley! Went there for the first time for a birthday party.The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the place was very clean, including the restrooms. They had a nice snack bar that offered a good variety of food and snacks, including house made pizza.They offered a full bar area for the adults. There are plenty of parking spaces as well.Would highly recommend this place to you and will definitely be back.

Such a great place been coming here for over 20 years, my entire family and many friends come to this location. Very clean, lots of parking. Always feels safe. Clean restrooms. Even has a bar located inside used to have karaoke not sure if it still does. Fair prices and lots of fun! Highly recommend and will return.

Chaparral Lanes is our favorite place to go. We love the atmosphere, the staff, and the music. Its perfect for family fun times and going out with friends. The nightlife DJ and drinks makes the place more fun for date night. The retro feeling just continues with the good vibes atmosphere. We will always go bowling here over anything else. 10/10

I love this place! I travel 15 miles and pass 3 bowling Alley’s just to bowl here. The owners are always so helpful and have treated my family so kindly for years. I appreciate Manda, the owner for always recognizing us and making sure we are taken care of. Great business!

Went there for my nephew Emilianos College Graduation Celebration on 6-15-24. We had a blast. We Karaoked we played pool, video games, pinball,air hocky & Bowling. We had a blast so many things to do there. Food is great. Highly recommend for a good time with family and friends.

The prices are fine but the people who run the bowling alley are rude last night the person who I was ordering food was so rude than he slammed down the vibrating thing that lets you know your food is done when we went to get the food he gave plates and cups and just walked away. The woman would give us less tokens we were paying for and say she gave us more and that wasn’t always the case we were every dissatisfied from the people to the food we won’t be going back

The outside may not have been updated in a while, but the place is still so fun! Everything is clean, the shoes even seemed new! Easy access to many ranges of ball weights. And you can beat the customer service!!!We had a party there and it was a great deal for pizza & bowling & shoe rental per bowler. And kids were going for extra slices, which there were plenty. The food was good! And the bar specials were awesome on a Sunday!Now, dont get me wrong this isnt one of those bougey bowling allies. In my opinion, that is not worth paying the premium with a big group of kids anyway. They have a great set up for tables for a party. There was even another party near us and it was not in our way or feel crowded at all.The arcade is cool and the girls walked out with hundreds and hundreds of tickets. The toy option is the toy options are pretty basic and standard for arcade prizes but the kids didnt care. They didnt soend too much time in the arcade anyway because the bowling and pizza was more fun.Highly recommend for a large group. Great for team parties.

This is an outdated bowling alley. The prices are similar to a newer place. See pics for pricing. Im not fond of having to give them one of my shoes when I pay to rent a pair of bowling shoes. (You read it right, they keep one of your shoes until you return the rental shoes) I also wasnt happy about paying $1 to use my debit card. Most places these days dont have up charges for basic services. The snack bar food was good, it was fresh to order and the staff there were friendly.

Bowling is fine here but the bartender lady was incredibly hostile for no reason. I grabbed the first round of beer pitcher for my party and wanted to get 5 EMPTY glasses/cups instead of default 4 cups and the lady absolutely refused saying I need to buy more beer to get 5 to get 5 EMPTY glasses. I explained my colleague was gonna buy the next round, but she absolutely refused.Its not like Im underage; Im 32 years old as a reference.Later my colleague got a second pitcher but he only had 2 glasses and we had more ppl come, so I went to get more. She gave me a death glare for asking for a 3rd glass and had to verify another bartender that we werent give 4 with the second pitcher.Felt like I was treated worse than dirt for asking for a 5th EMPTY glass. I think it gave me such bad taste in my mouth.Was I that wrong to ask for 5 glasses? Im not sure what her problem is.My friends drank at the bar after bowling ended but I was so disgusted that I didnt want to stay any minute longer.

Decent bowling spot. Expensive, bleh food options, pitchers of beer (which is a big plus), an arcade for kids to play in and a seedy bar with pool tables. The bowling lanes were fine but none of the three scoring machines we had worked. It all had to be programmed from the front desk where there was only one person working and the lines got to be pretty long.Not the worst place but certainly not the best either.

The best bowling alley around, especially for all it does beyond bowling. The lanes are numerous and well maintained. The staff hard working and helpful. But after or instead of bowling you can enjoy much more. They have a nice arcade selection including some truly vintage pinball. The bar & resturant has free darts, giant Connect Four, and affordable pool and table shuffleboard. We will definitely drive past the 2 bowling alleys nearer us to go again.

Had an okay experience it was a pretty crowded Saturday. All lanes were full. Played for an hour with my 2 daughters $50 including shoes. Got to play 2 games during that time. Kind of old and outdated. They did have a bar but didnt purchase any food or drinks but they were available. Arcade was small and a bit expensive for older games. Overall had an okay experience would only go back for a deal.

Tried three pairs of shoes and two different alleys. Couldnt slide without sticking and pitching forward. Wasnt able to make one good approach in two games and practically injured my knee. The balls are horrible. The old lady tried to accommodate me but at the end when she asked me if the new lane helped was rude when I told her it didnt. Even though I havent bowled in a long time I did plenty when I was younger and I know it wasnt me like she rudely said. Waste of money since I was spending more time frustrated and keeping myself from getting hurt instead of having fun.

Got here and not even 5 minutes in the lane gave out, kid starts fussing crying. So I want to leave and go ask for a refund. They refuse to refund me my money and also dont have anywhere posted no refunds. If you come with little ones your lanes will get shut dont dont recommend for toddlers

Went there with family after my cousins high school football game. We had a ton of fun. The lanes arent that much. Theres an arcade pool and a few other amenities. All kinds of games. The pro shop inside is the best!! The owner Memo is a very honest man that knows his stuff. The bowling alley itself is nice and big with plenty of room for groups and leagues. They have a really big bar to hang out in and enjoy some drinks. The food is good for being bowling alley food😁 the room for improvement is the bathrooms. The mens bathroom always smells and the atmosphere is very rundown/needs a major facelift

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. I have been coming to this place for years to bowl, and ever since these owners have taken over, this place has progressively become worse and worse.I have spent countless amounts of money here with family and friends, and sadly, tonight will be my last night coming here. The older Indian lady at the front desk who I believe is the owner or a close relative to them is extremely rude and believes I, as a customer, should know how her old, dilapidated non maintenanced bowling alley and equipment should operate.My daughter was bowling her second game, and halfway through that game, the lights went off on the lane and displayed, Contact the front desk for a new game. So when I went to address the issue with the old lady at the front desk, she gave me attitude and insinuated that I wanted a free game, which was clearly not the situation nor my intent.Instead of explaining how her run-down equipment works and politely asking me to execute her work around for that particular situation, which in my opinion is something that should work automatically. She proceeded to give me her attitude, which I did not need nor deserve.We are well paying customers, and we are only asking for an explanation. We should have never been subject to her rudness and inability to provide decency in the customer service department. Customers should never be treated in this manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I like this spot. Its easy going and reminds me of the bowling alleys I would go to as a kid. Nothing bougie or fancy about it but its very inviting. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is good and the bar is big with a lot of beers on tap. Additionally, the bar has darts, shuffleboard, a small stage, pool tables, and other fun activities. My family loves coming here.

My family come here at least once a week. They are league bowlers and sing high praises of Chaparral. I only bowl once in a blue moon with friends, but I came here on recommendation from my family. Whether youre a regular or just wanting to have a fun day with the family, Chaparral does the trick. Manda at the front makes sure to get everybody on the lanes as fast as possible. I like getting mozzarella sticks from the snack bar.Im an idiot, and spilled a pitcher of water. The employees were so nice about it. One of the bartenders came to the rescue with a clean rag to wipe it up, then they set up a fan so it would dry faster. They couldve been rude, instead they were so kind. Can be a good place to bowl but don’t go on Saturday night. They make it extremely dark and they have these tracer lights going all over the place, making it very difficult to see the lanes. You can’t see the arrows at all and the ball disappears when you throw it. Every bowling alley dims the lights at night but I’ve never been somewhere that they make it difficult to bowl before here.

I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! I had the worst experience ever here, one of their cleaning workers Alfredo I believe was his name was very rude to my DEAF/MUTE niece. Swept all his trash to her feet because she was able to “hear him” asking to move! One of the most relaxing places Ive been to. I really like the vibe. Their busy hours sometimes get hectic, but the seating situation has never been bad. Very spacious venue. I also like the cantina here. They have a pretty good selection. I cant quote the beers. Im not sure if theyve been cycled out of season. Good for drinking, but the vending machines are pricey.

We had fun, and that’s what really counts. The place was very busy and we arrived as a League night was beginning so even though there was no line to wait in - service was slow as the employees worked out a number of kinks with getting teams computers up and running. Despite that, the employees remained friendly. The place is a little run down and the balls they supply have been used hard and have massive gouges as a result. The lanes seemed to be kept in good condition (although I am not a regular bowler so I don’t have much knowledge on lane quality).Warm food and a full bar are on site but we did not partake as food and drinks are not allowed at the area where you gather to bowl. An eating area sites about 15 feet back which seemed like an old-school design. You can either skip eating and bowl or sit back and eat while you hold up an unused lane that other people might want to use or try to do both as your food gets cold... if you don’t mind that you won’t be washing your hands after gripping the (well used) ball between bites.We visited the counter a number of times to get the lane set up to have gutter guards for one player only but it seems it was all players or none. The employees tried repeatedly to make adjustments through their computer to our players set-ups but it just didn’t work. To make the game fun for all we decided stick with guards for all.We would go back but do recommend that the owners put some money back into the place to clean it up and provide some modern bowling alley layout and amenities.

I like this place. Do I love it. No. The foods a while to come out Im talking 20 min plus for a hot dog. The $17 bowling for 2 hours is awesome with shoes. Arcade is decent. The staff up front working the shoes is nice. Oh and the fries were good. Kinda wish the music was on blast during bowling but watching baseball was fun as well. Angels pitch a no-hitter.

I went with my nephew who has autism, and they offer a discounted rate for special needs children, and I dont know who was working, but he was awesome.After we bowled, we went to the arcade, and we only had 19 tickets which was not that much. Went about 2 nights ago. I was really excited because I had got a new bowling ball and wanted to use it. The Dj was great and the cosmic aspect was good but the lanes and ball return were not. I noticed that all the Stock bowling balls that they are at the place were horribly chipped. I didn’t think anything of it at first but I noticed the next day that my brand new bowling ball which I had only used once had chips and scratches all over it and the only thing that could’ve done that was the ball return. Really disappointed with that because I paid a good amount for my Ball and it’s already ruined. Long story short if u have your own bowling ball that u have paid money for I wouldn’t recommend using these lanes THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR BALL

I will never go back. Employees are rude. All the lanes stopped working. My group and everyone else kept being moved around. My kids got over 1,000 tokens and nobody wanted to help. I visited here for the first time in about 20 years, and it hasn’t changed much. I love how it retains the old school feel and keeps the guests happy. It’s a very clean and inviting place and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to spend the evening knocking down some pins with family or friends. Friday night bowling by the hour is your best bargain. Couldnt find any lighter bowling balls for our kids. Bowling balls were all 14s and up. Couldnt get any hp when service button was called. Had to walk up to booth and wait in line for help all when our clock was running down time. They didnt add time for the inconvenience, or come out to help. We fixed it ourself. 🤷‍♀️

I have not bowled in about 15 years, I came here for my birthday. We got 2 lanes. They both kept resetting and giving strikes when no one was bowling. Took forever to get assistance. We had a pin in the gutter and called for assistance and nobody came. After 15 minutes we hit the pin with the ball so we could get on with our game and still no one came. It continued and it took up our time that we paid for and my time was limited because of work. We paid full price for a service that we did not get. I recomend going somewhere else. 🤬

Though, they do have Covid protocols in place if youre worried about bowling next to another person/group. The balls are chipped and cracked way beyond repair. The lanes seem to be slanted at some points. The ramps for the kiddos are bent up and hardly work. The technology is very old but works fine. Though, every time someone would go to bowl the arm would knock over a pin. So, the place is fun but if youre a bowler that likes to try for score, this isnt the place for you. This place needs a huge overhaul! We paid $54 for 4 bowler/2 games. Very expensive for what you get here.

It has become an annual tradition for my family to meet at Chapparal Lanes every Christmas Eve to bowl a few games before our holiday dinner. In years past, I stay home to get the feast ready. This year I joined in the fun. It was wonderful! The owner greeted us like we were old friends. She was delightful. The bowling alley was spotless and the lighting was perfect. I went Saturday with 4 friends and they had a special for $16 each person for 2 HOURS!! Shoes included! I went there but i got there a little late where if I got the deal, I would play until closing which was an hour and a half. We had finished bowling and we were sitting there finishing our pitcher of beer and the girl who never smiles magarita took our pitcher and did not care to ask if we were finished. Place has gone down hill since the last time we were here, 12 years ago; floors sticky, pin setter needed resetting a 1/3 of the time. Old duct tape covering speaker wires on floor. Everytime I come, it keeps getting worse and worse. This is probably the last time I come. I came with multi lanes open, but they put me next to a party with wild kids. When I asked to be moved, they told me they couldnt. When I started to bowl, the score monitor jumped around so much, you couldnt even see the score. This is a fun bowling alley. Always a good time. Large bar on the inside with giant connect four, foosball, pool, darts and decent prices on drinks. The lanes themselves are in good condition and the service is good. Be aware though, that the pool tables definitely need some upkeep. The felt is in bad shape, the foosball table doesnt work properly and the pool table I played on required me to use the pool que to slam the quarters slot into it to get the balls out. I give it 4 stars because of the size and variety of things to do, but they definitely need to invest some money into making repairs.

This is a large well run bowling alley with at least 25 lanes and a spacious nightclub attached. Great place for family and friends to hang out, nice neighborhood plenty of parking comes highly recommended.

We had fun bowling and playing in the arcade. Food was good. Lady behind counter could be nicer but it was a good time.

Veey Friendly and accommodating owner. Place is clean, shoes are new and sanitized. Lots of bowlimg ball to choose from. Family friendly! Great food!

Clean and fun... the bar is petty good for being a bowling alley bar, it has 3 or 4 pool tables and 3 dart boards along with a couple of tvs for sports. Food is standard and prices are ok

Billards area is really good price for 1.50 per game and there are many tables out there too. Lots of room to play and friendly staff.
