Worked for about a month through agency, honestly worst job ever! Worked here for about a month then came in one day and was told to go to my staffing agency. Confused, I then go to my agency and was told my assignment there was over due to poor work performance!. Maybe the machines you guys run there should be a little more up to par considering there always breaking down, therefore causing the molds to come out wrong. Thats a major issue they should consider. About 1/4 of my shifts some days I recall just waiting for them to up and run the machines which is not professional at all. Causing many employees to not have much to do so when management walks around the facility they obviously see people standing around. Also if your placed on a machine with other employees and due to there slow speed of work it affects you in the long run. This place is honestly a joke and have witnessed real poor performances in other employees😂 Ive overheard plenty of times people talking about drug use, which is another issue considering its machinery work. Ive been placed on a machine where i had to run alone, which led to me taking late breaks and lunches because i fealt like they wouldnt even come check up on me or forgot I was there. It was an issue to let alone find someone to cover your machine to simply use the restroom. I dont know why I fealt like I was targeted when they should really look into every employee. And the fact that I went in to work and management was too cowardly to tell me that themselves I was being let go. My staffing agency offered me another job right away so no hard feelings. Management sucks, leads never give you the proper tools and materials you need for your station causing you to get behind because your running around the warehouse looking for power tools, lug nuts etc. a lot of the times Id ask leads for the proper things and theyd forget and never came back to my station . This place needs to be a little more organized. Im sure I was placed as manufacturing and not some maid cleaning up the warehouse doing there dirty work there to lazy to do and piled up for years. MANAGMENT SUCKS :)

Fast loading open style dock only problem is that its next to car parking or in hard to back up forklift operator driving around the lot they will help you need be

Very slow loading . 4 to 5 Hour to get loaded or more depending on how many trucks ahead of you . They have only 1 dock for loading and unloading

GREAT JOB. HAD FUN MEETING NEW PEOPLE EVERYDAY. I LIKED THAT WE WERE GETTING TRAINED IN DIFFERENT MACHINES. HELPING OTHERS. BUT ALSO AT TIMES WE WILL BE STANDING AROUND DO TO THE MACHINE BREAKING DOWN. WE WOULD GET SEPARATED TO DIFFERENT MACHINES.

VERY horrible place to work for. I watched women get sexually harassed every day I worked there, especially by the manager Steve M. Everyone hates their jobs and they let you know it. Also EXTREMELY racially biased.
