Benjie M. at Channel Automation is an amazing partner and strategist for all things automation and integration, especially in terms of communication on digital channels.Automation in general requires a unique skillset, and when it comes to messaging for sales, client support, and more, it definitely demands an experienced touch.I consider myself very knowledgeable about automation, but in this area, Benjie consistently comes up with unique and innovative ideas, applications, and use-cases I wouldnt have thought of! Hes also insanely good at finding the best tech to use, customized to each client.Definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

I met the team of Channel Automation while working at a Home Improvement Company.Immediately, I appreciated theyre strong work ethic and efficiency.As a team they are a well-oiled machine!They are as efficient and thorough as theyre System is.I understood after learning more about the System that it was ingenious!This System is Perfect for any Company who wants to have a One-Stop shop for all of theyre Clients needs.You can create Campaigns & respond to Clients on All Social Media Platforms.In addition, you can generate Leads, pictures, virtual messages and so much more.As if that wasnt enough...The team guides you and supports you through the process and throughout the use of the system.There are there in a minutes notice if you need anything and I mean anything!They host weekly meetings to strategize and handle all questions and concerns.If there was an award for Excellence it would go to my friends Channel Automation !It is without a doubt the best Customer Service experience and Best system Ive ever worked with!I cant tell you how many Leads Ive saved using this System.Abi, Vic, KC, Ray, Maricar & Steve well done!Cheers !Megan

We have been working with the Channel Automation team for a couple months now and by far they are one of our most responsive, attentive and innovative partners. The robust team schedules weekly calls that ensure we are pacing to hit our goals and we frequently meet with the CEO Vic to check in on the progress. The coordinating team KC and Ray have been helpful keeping the process organized and efficient. Lastly, the tech team, Benjie, Steven and Izzy have stayed on top of all our integrations and have suggested helpful updates to improve our overall user experience.

The team at Channel Automation has gone above and beyond to help our company execute an SMS and email workflow to intake new prospects. We’ve seen immediate results and appreciate the weekly meets to stay on track and continually expand the campaigns. The Channel Automation team goes to extraordinary lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. I have worked closely with many team members within Channel Automation. In no particular order:Ray and KC were always willing to help me with my creative ideas, and they helped me focus and implement them into workflows. They would make extensive Lucid charts detailing how our flows and campaigns would execute, and were always prompt with any changes that I requested.Benjie, and Izzy were always willing to assist me when I had technical questions about how the automations should operate. Once I became comfortable creating my own automations, they would help me improve them and point out any issues they found. Occasionally, we would surprise each other with each others ideas when it came to more of the nitty gritty technical details within the system.Vic would tactfully train me, help me understand the system as a whole, bring insights to my attention about what has been working, and orchestrates his team efficiently as well. He had personally taken upon himself to train my team and help them with any questions they had about the program. When Channel Automation rolled out with custom analytics he had his team create custom insights for us, to see the different rates, and percentages of our leads going through their system and how we should move forward using concrete data decisions.And last but not least, any time I had any type of concern, issue, question, Abi would immediately be available to communicate those to the rest of the team. She is always responsive, takes everything I had to say into consideration, and helps be the liaison between my team and her team.I appreciate the features the Channel Automation software brings to the industry. Lots of automation features to customize, and analytics/data points to track and create insights with. I had used the system extensively and did not have major issues with the performance of the program at all. There had been a couple of things I had become accustomed to with my previous program that were missing within Channel Automation, however it did not mean that there was not a solution to the problem.This team has taught me many new things I would have never imagined of learning, and most importantly, two principals have left a deep impression with me.Kaizen, and Omotenashi.The Ying and Yang of positive growth, and prosperity.I wish to continue my relationship with this team well into the future, and have enjoyed working with everyone thus far.Amazing work has been put in.Thank you.
