I was home for the summer and I have always struggled with finding a job only for the summer. I would nail all of the interviews, but as soon as I tell them I would have to leave and go back to school within 3 months, they were no one longer interested in hiring me. My sister recommended Certified Employment Group to me since she had such a great experience finding many job opportunities with them. I decided to give it a shot and I submitted my resume to Stephanie. She was prompt in responding back and she was extremely understanding of my busy schedule and allowed me to choose a meeting time that worked best for me, which I really appreciated. During our meeting, she was so enthusiastic, kind, and attentive. She asked me for my ideal pay rate and what kinds of job I wanted, then within a few days, she landed me an amazing job that met those expectations! I got a part-time, temporary job at Apple and I have Stephanie to thank for. I can’t say enough good things about her. She went above and beyond for me and I am eternally grateful. I was able to meet with Stephanie very quickly after learning about Certified and she helped me narrow down what I was looking for in a part-time job. I have had a great experience with Certified. I found them through one of their job postings on Indeed. Ryan contacted me right away, and he remained very engaged and supportive throughout the whole process. Both he and Stephanie are very friendly--Im normally very nervous during interviews, but they put me right at ease. The original job I applied for didnt work out, as the client decided not to hire, but Ryan stayed in touch with me. Before long, he contacted me again and got me my current job! Im very happy with it, and with their services as a whole. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for work.

Jill Rodriguez on the zoom meeting was a complete professional, which is only reason why Im giving it a 2 star review. However, I didnt appreciate her in depth questioning of a reference that I had given on my application. If I had gone in depth in information with one of my references, I would have invited this on going questioning with my other references on my application. I had already answered her question by giving emails of my references and that should have been enough. She then asked me for a full last name, because I only provided an initial, and where was it that we last worked together and position I was holding when working with this reference. Plus, before that I had already provided her with phone numbers, the current position that these references were holding, and company names. Intrusive? Yes, because she already had the email and phone number of this reference and the current position this reference holds. Above all, the place we worked together and position held when working with this individual were not on the application itself for either of my professional references and I had not received an interview conformation number till I asked for it and that is the reason why I felt it was intrusive questioning.ThanksMiguel

I had a lot of experience in so many fields that it became difficult for me really find a good industry to fit in on my own. While looking for part time income I came across the idea of working with an agency. I applied to a position with Certified Employment Group and had the pleasure of interviewing and conversing with Stephanie whom helped me sort through my past experience and conduct a more relevant resume to present to clients looking to hire temps-full time employees. Stephanie successfully helped me acquire a position fairly quickly with an amazing company that I do extended projects for as needed. I get a very pleasant email when jobs within my experience become available, discuss my availability with Stephanie and she sends my resume and her good word. My experience with this company has been so convenient, extremely welcoming and truly professional and I couldn’t be more happy with the doors they’ve has opened for me.

Certified is very professional and very prompt in what they do. At first I was hesitant because I never liked dealing with temp agency but this one was different. The recruiter that was helping me she was very interested in what kinda skills I have and actually even help me in making my resume a lot better which probably help me get this amazing job. And they were very fast in getting me an interview and now i have a job I’m going to enjoy and hopefully get permanent with this company. They go above and beyond to make the process easy and convinient for you. I have been employed through certified for about a year now and I have no complaints. When I went in to register and take my typing test I was greeted and helped by a friendly woman named Stephanie who made sure I understood the process of how everything works once registered. I gave her my resume and she was able to give me pointers on how to improve it and what kinds of things employers would be looking for. The help you get here feels more personal because they really take the time to see what jobs are a good fit and work hard to try and place you there. Overall, five stars!

I have thought about leaving this post for a few days now. It just did not sit well with me. The place looked like a unkept daycare. Screaming baby with toys and food all over the floor. A young girl sitting in a dark office covered with a blanket and a dog came walking out of the corner office. I found the place by looking at all of the reviews and I thought I hit the jackpot. Well, it sure looked like a zoo to me. Animals and babies walking around did not give me the confidence I needed when i walked out of your office. I will be withdrawing my application.

The summer after I graduated college, I was applying to a lot of agencies. I got a phone call from Stephanie. She was so pleasant over the phone. When I came into the office, she asked me questions to gain a better understanding of what I was looking for & noted my skills & strengths. I didnt even know what an agency can do for me, until I got recomemded to Stephanie. The whole procedures to enter C.E.G, from the beginnning of filling out my information, to a quick introduction with them was super simple. They had helped me built a very strong & stable resume under my belt with jobs and experiences. Certified Employement job opportunities are better than I expected.
