Working with CertaPro Painters was worth the wait. They were honest, communicative, and helpful, providing high quality service. From start to finish the customer service was excellent e.g., initial inspection meeting, proposal/contract, follow up call from the owner John, and the actual work. Servando answered all my questions, explained the process, and provided superior pricing. The proposal and contract were the most detailed and professional that I have seen in my work with the dozens of contractors that I have met with over the past couple years. It included the 2-year warranty and outlined all the steps and made clear what to expect, which was reassuring and impressive. The owner’s (John) helpful attitude was refreshing and further developed my faith and confidence. The painter’s (Ramon) customer service, and his willingness to go the extra mile during his prep and paint were remarkable. I appreciated his punctuality, communication, daily end of day clean-up, attention to detail and the quality of his work. CertaPro is a gem!

I had an awesome experience with Certa Pro Paintings. From the first step, they came to my home, gave me the best estimate price, then communicated via written email detailed list of their expected work, time frame and answering all my questions.They sent all the legal documents of their company.Then for 4 days as promised they finished the job. They came exactly on time. They kept the area tidy and clean and at the end with job well done, the area was completely orderly.I cannot express my gratitude enough. Having work done at our property is hectic enough. But having a well trusted, professional company like Certa Pro do the job with no drama, smooth sailing, clean and fast is a blessing. Thank you.

CertaPro was just amazing, and far exceeded my expectations. They painted my full exterior and some inside cabinets. The work was superb. And they cleaned up every spec afterwards. Not one drop of paint on the ground or floor! Ricardo and Ramon were my painters. They handled my house as if it was their own, going for perfection everywhere. Amazingly great guys! Super-friendly! I just had two big jobs done on my home. One, was painting the entire exterior of the house and the other was to clean up, sand and stain a beautiful staircase that was installed in the house many years ago, but never finished.I am extremely happy with the work John, Casey and their team did on my home. John was great with communicating and following up with me. Always making sure, the job was going as planned and made sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns at all. John really provided top notch customer service.I love the fact, that Casey and his team, ALWAYS arrived on time, as scheduled and they were very easy to talk to and work with. They were very efficient and did a great job on both of the projects, all within the time frame that was set.And also, in getting other estimates for these jobs, CertaPro by far offered the best pricing !I have some more projects to do in the home and without a doubt, I will be having CertaPro take care of them !=-)

Before selecting CertaPro Painters I did my research, gathered a lot of info and compared several quotes. John’s proposal was very competitive and I’m very glad I chose his company! First of all, John’s customer service is unmatched. He was very responsive, worked with my very tight schedule, and for that I can’t thank him enough. Secondly, his staff were a tremendous pleasure to work with. Casey, Martin and Ricardo were always on time, professional, and went the extra mile to get the job done to my standards - my place needed a lot of work. Working with John and his team was a real pleasure. I knew I could rely on them to do a good job and do it right. I am a perfectionist with home projects and have high expectations and John and his team went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. We hired Certa Pro Painters to paint our home before we moved into it and then come back to repair the walls in our bathroom remodel, retexture and paint. The positive experience started from when we were trying to get quotes for our project. We didn’t have the keys to the house yet but were on a time crunch to finish our home renovation projects and move in once we got the keys. John was the only person I spoke to who agreed to give me a price estimate based on photos and my description of the home and then came by to solidify the cost involved during our final walk through during escrow. He was very willing to make time for us and work with our budget. He was very friendly and one of the most professional guys I’ve worked with in the industry. All his employees were extremely professional and kind and were always willing to do what it took to make sure we were satisfied. I think anyone who has done home projects knows that things are not always going to run smoothly and go perfectly. However, John and his team were always there to listen and respond to anything that may have been missed or not done according to our needs, etc. I’d like to add that there were no major issues, just minor detail type of requests. They knew we were on a time crunch, so John ensured that he had the appropriate number of guys in our house to finish the project on time. All in all, if John tells you he will get something done and gives you a time frame, rest assured, it will get done and done to your expectations. He is extremely professional and that’s what makes working with him so easy! You don’t have to watch over his employees. This is a company that will come in, do you the job the way they promised they would and leave without any trace that they were there ….well, except for the fact that your home will look a lot more beautiful when they’re done! Not only that, John will follow up after the project is finished to ensure you are satisfied. The customer service is supreme! And THAT is why we hired Certa Pro Painters….no hassle, no headaches, no worry, no lack of professionalism. Just great work, fair pricing and wonderful service.

This is another well-deserved 5 Star review due to the crews craftmanship and dedication to always making their painting job the best it can possibly be. I had CertaPro paint the interior on my 4 bedroom house on a very high recommendation from a friend and had them come back for the complete custom three color exterior. I always say that the work will be defined by every person on the crew and there were no weak spots - everything was top notch, professional and very clean. Good coverage, nice cutting on the trim, good advice on color choices, nice people from top to bottom and no messes - everything you want in painting. I could not be happier.

Extremely happy with the whole team. John showed on time for the first walk through, he sent his estimate the same day. We had 5 companies coming and his estimate was very competitive. We had to repaint the whole interior of the house prior us moving in. A few days later we had a three guys crew lead by Casey coming to do the job. Really loved the job Casey and his crew did! Clean job (every single appliances was taken away, everything was covered), extreme attention to details, fast pace as the all house was done in only 6 days, very very nice people, easily reachable (call, email or text message). I usually dont write any reviews anywhere for anything but they deserve to be known and would recommend them to everybody who asked me about the best painting company!

Not only was their quote the lowest of three, but their professionalism, organization, and communication throughout the project was excellent. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, I have been nothing but impressed and 100% happy in my experience with John and his crew at CertaPro Painters. The price was very competitive and the work was stellar. When I did the walk through, I looked very closely and saw no areas of concern. On my project, a 2-story home with fascia and trim and a backyard gazebo and balcony in dire need of sanding, primer, and paint, the 2-man team was conscientious, hard-working, clean, and was able to accomplish the job in 2 days. The work was stellar. No corners were cut. Nothing but praise for the workmanship. The real icing on the cake was the excellent communication with the owner, John Villar. We corresponded via email from the start and went through a period of windy and rainy days pushing back the start date, but he was always ahead of the game, letting me know the situation and asking me what worked best for me. When I had questions, he replied extremely quickly. Johns customer service and level of communications was stellar. Other companies would do well to follow his lead and try to reach the benchmark that John so easily achieved. I can do nothing more than highly recommend CertaPro Painters and should I have a painting need in the future, I will not hesitate to call John and have his team back. 5 out of 5 stars. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends and anyone in need of painting services would do well to at least have CertaPro Painters give you a free quote. You will not find a better painting company out there in Southern CA.

We just bought our new home and needed some interior paint work done. We reached out to a few companies and individuals looking for a high rated company with great reviews and within our budget. We found CertaPro on Yelp & Angies List and saw that they were local and had great reviews, after a couple of phone calls and meetings we decided to go with them since they were responsive, had great attention to detail and most importantly were very fair with their pricing.We ended up needing additional work while they were on-site and John was able to help us with the pricing and they were able to take care of anything else that we needed. I highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future.

John was able come to my home for an estimate in the very next morning after I contacted him. Very professional and explained everything in detail. His bid was not the lowest but his professionalism made me very comfortable with him and hired him on the spot.John was able to work with my tight schedule and finish the project on time before my floor installation.We had a few bumps (literally) and a surprise (left by previous owner) during the project and John came to the site promptly, provided solution and addressed the issues.Sergio and his crew were very patient with my being very picky, thanks! My mom and I used CertaPro and John Villlar to paint moms house. I had used them to paint my condo and they did such a fantastic job for me. Because they made the painting experience so painless for me, I used them on moms house as well. We didnt even get other bids but chose to go with a sure thing.Casey and Ricardo, our painters, were always prompt, polite and helpful. Even though they had to fight severe winds and angry bees, they still got the job done as quickly as possible. If I could provide this company more than 5 stars, I would. They are extremely professional, and they did an amazing job on my salon suite. The communication and service I received was better than I could have asked for. I highly recommend this company to anybody! They had a quick turn around time for the job I requested. “This was an absolutely fantastic experience!! John Villars crew is beyond professional and extremely personable. We were lucky enough to have Ricardo and Ramon for most of our project and we couldnt be happier. The outside of our house looks unbelievable and my neighbors asked if we got a new garage door. The answer is no. They did such a fantastic job painting it, it looks like it is a brand new garage door. They were very understanding and took extra precautions because of an active bird nest in our patio eaves.... and even came back to paint after the baby birds left the nest. They were very conscientious about their work and took pride in it. What a GREAT team!!! Loved the work!!!They even took care of the wood rot.
