2019-09-12 22:20:03Were already leasing our small offices with CEO Business Center almost 2 years after our startup started alive.Very kindest and warm atmosphere. Our manager Liz all the time response on our request depending our needs.PROS of this place:- plenty of parking place (by our work sometimes we had to works with others and making meetings in other office building wheres hard to find parking spot;- Plenty of food places for great lunch;- Tons of IT-companies close by (real Silicon Valley).CONS:- price-price-price (but this is Welcome to California).Highly recommend this place to others.

2023-02-08 06:17:08Unfortunately I have to update my previous review that I initially posted when I moved into this place. I was happy until things started to not working out and they did not care and ignore requests to resolve it. In short, I do not recommend this place, you can save yourself time, money and headache. Team members change all the time, especially receptionists who cant handle working there. In our case we decided to move out and they still owe us money. By the way, they bribe some of current tenants with discounts for good reviews.//My first review was: Weve been renting for a few months now and its been good. Accommodating team, worked with us to help us find a place that fits our company and financial needs. Good location.

2018-05-10 18:29:03Ive run my insurance agency here at the CEO Business Centers for three plus years now after my rent at a really great location in downtown Sunnyvale became too exorbitant (I initially saved about $10K the first year). Rent here is better than anywhere I can find in the Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Santa Clara area so as to still be readily accessible to my clients. The building itself is well maintained and they are doing a lot of cosmetic improvements to make it look nicer (flooring, paint, artwork). I did initially use the shared internet provided, but found that I needed something a bit faster and had to go to Comcast once they got wired to the building. There is plenty of parking with a recently expanded lot. The front desk has been very personable to my clients when they sign in to come to my office. That is a plus, especially for any start-up concerned about public access to the building. Additionally, CEO Business Centers has video monitoring 24/7 both in and outside the building. About the only complaint that I hear from my clients is there is no public elevator (its just a two story building) and Im on the second floor.

2019-05-24 05:44:15I discovered CEO Business Centers when I moved to the Bay Area a few years ago. Its a very affordable private office space in a clean and central area. Nice staff and tenants as well as fast internet. A nice, relaxed environment like this is good for productivity.

2019-06-02 05:44:07Very cost effective. There is a new staff and are quite helpful. We were offered to select any furniture from their storage. We have a separate entrance from the street, and there are plenty of offices like those to choose from. They provide secluded areas with zero disturbance.

2018-05-30 17:08:34What a nightmare doing business with CEO Business Center was. Please do a lot research before you sign their shady contract. This corporation has a bunch on complaints from shady billing problems to terrible customer service. It was closed by the city of Sunnyvale for a full year because most of their offices lacked the necessary security permits and authorizations. There is extremely high employee turnover, so they just dont know their own customers. There were multiple billing errors and youll need to constantly follow-up to check if it was done correctly. We did not renew our contract and do not recommend this place. All of the 5 star reviews are written by the owner in a short time span, so beware. Horrible place!

2019-01-16 02:34:27CEO Business Center seems to be greatly overlooked by many. Its location is absolutely prime, right off Lawrence Expressway, next to AMD, Trimble Navigation, Apple, and other world class companies. It doesnt look like CEO Business Center has any marketing program, and we run into it accidentally. We were surprised to find out that its premises are supreme. Offices renewed and furnished, quiet and convenient. All offices are private with a sense of security. For us it is a great advantage over popular shared workspaces. The tenants are a mix of high tech startups and other kind of businesses, and the space value per dollar is way higher in CEO Business Center than in similar buildings. All possible amenities are in place. Friendly and easy-going management.

2017-12-10 19:38:13I have been running my small business/law office out of this location for about eight months and have been very impressed with this location. The service, people and facilities are top notch and make it very easy to do all I need to keep my business running smoothly. I would recommend this location for anyone wanting a permanent and affordable office location for a small business in Silicon Valley.

2018-12-20 08:25:16Most affordable private offices in Silicon Valley. Our team moved here after being at Mindrome because we wanted privacy and less traffic. Staff is friendly. You can always find parking.

2017-02-02 20:50:30Twice a week or so the cleaners come in the morning around 7a.The hallway afterward has a cloying scentthat makes my eyes tingle. The windows are sealed (city law Im told). I was on thesecond floor. The air conditioning does not turn on much.(I stayed here in December 2016 and January 2017.)My CO2 meter registersit going from about 700 p.p.m. up to 1250 p.p.m.after 4 hours of working. (Outdoor air is 450 p.p.m. Levelsabove 1000 p.p.m. are generally considered not ideal.)The air is on from about 8a..10a. I can hear it whirring. The CO2 stays 600s and 700s when it is on.This is consistent with my experience in otheroffices/homes (if air conditioning is on and there is a sourceof outdoor air, then the level with people in the building remainsin 600s or 700s)While I was there, I spoke to one of the managers who did notrespond to my requests.Im informed she has been let go. The remaining managers, now thatI am talking to them, havebeen more understanding (I did not contact them about mycomplaints originally because I mistakenly thought the let-gomanager was the landlady.) and I assume they will look intomy concerns.
