2024-04-05 22:23:09I bought demo car 2022 I4 M50 from Century West BMW on 2/29/2024.due in 3 weeks driving this vehicle that I found couple issues on the car The dealerships are very unprofessional as they dont even know the condition of the cars they are selling. The first issue is charging flap doesnt open so I can’t charging my car when I back to home at the first day and I have to bring the car to the nearest BMW dealer to fix the issue. The second is car chassis has issue there is a part missing. The third issue is rear bumper has damage. I know it’s demo car and has 1500 miles on this vehicle and I wont blame you guys for any collision damage I cause myself, without reason Also, in the trunk has a small metal fell out. The fourth issue is the sunroof and driver door will make a vibrating sound when passing through steep sections. They even judge customer. Sales manager told me I drove the car for over three weeks and everything could be happened Also, the car Front bumper has repainting. This is my first time traveling so far to buy a car, and Ive already been there twice with no results. So that is how you take care customer.

2024-03-13 15:37:37I’ve been coming here for years for service and they’ve always been great and professional. My wife needed a new car with a baby on the way and Tim and Salar went above and beyond to hook me up. They were able to beat carmax’s offer on her car and give me an incredible deal on her new X7 below market value. They were courteous, respectful of my time and didn’t give me any of the dealer tricks people hate. I will definitely shop here for the rest of my BMW purchases. Thanks Tim and Salar!

2024-06-08 23:00:15This was my preferred bmw dealer for service, always had a good experience with century west bmw. Brought my i3 to diagnose a Rex issue after I could fix it myself. I had my own obd2 reader that told me it was a temp sensor error. Before taking it I’ve replaced that sensor, the thermostat and the water pump. I also had the ability to monitor coolant and oil temperature and what I’ve personally determined that my Rex was overheating and when coolant temperature would rise above 235 F it would shot off the Rex to protect it from overheating.I wanted an expert diagnosis because I’m not a professional but instead they saw the same temp sensor error I told them about when dropped off the car and told me I need to replace my temp sensor and refused to diagnose anything further even after I’ve told them I replaced it. Pretty disappointing experience, but at least I got a $260 car wash!

2024-06-19 07:08:31I recently visited your dealership for an engine oil service and encountered extremely poor customer service. My first interaction was with Will, who assisted me with the service paperwork. I informed him that I intended to use a coupon I had received via email for the service. Will then began to belittle me, resulting in a highly unsatisfactory customer experience. When I inquired about transportation while my car was being serviced, he informed me that it would not be provided because I was using a coupon. This response felt discriminatory, as the coupon did not mention any restrictions regarding transportation. Will later implied that since I was receiving a discount with the coupon, they could not offer transportation.Upon returning to the dealership to pick up my car, I noticed that the engine oil level was the same as when I dropped it off. I immediately brought this to the attention of the employee who delivered my car, and he took it back to investigate. I also informed my advisor, Chris, about the issue. Unfortunately, Chriss response was equally unpleasant and unprofessional. He was dismissive of my concerns and implied that my claim was untrue.I dropped off my car at 1 PM for service, was called to pick it up at 2:30 PM, and still had to wait until almost 4:30 PM because the service was not completed correctly. I was informed that the engine oil had not been sufficiently topped off and my vehicles settings had not been reset, which is why the oil level appeared unchanged. It was highly inconvenient to wait further for a service that should have been done correctly the first time. The overall experience made me feel undervalued as a customer.In conclusion, my experience with these two employees was extremely disappointing, and I do not believe they reflect the standards expected from BMW.

2024-06-26 23:22:24Highly recommend this dealership! Unlike other dealers, their advertised used car prices are truly all-inclusive. There were no surprise dealership fees or mandatory add-ons, which made the buying process so much easier. The customer service was also top-notch. A BIG THANK YOU to MR. MATIA (sales) who went above and beyond for my remote purchase. He was honest, helpful, friendly, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He even took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions, making the whole experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable :)

2024-06-26 06:26:05Doug is great. He keeps you in the loop as maintenance and repairs are made. Couldnt ask for a better service representative. Doug also secured a loaner vehicle for me while my car was being serviced. This was my first visit to Century West BMW. Really pleased with how it went. Thanks Doug and the team at Century West!

2024-05-31 01:03:19Dave G in the service department is the best, hands down. He makes the process so easy. I never have to wait, hes responsive, and always answers my questions. He also looks out for his clients. I got a flat tire at 3pm on a Saturday - he got me in and gave me a loaner all before they closed at 5pm. Thats top notch service!

2024-03-30 19:10:39Service was efficient and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Doug did my paperwork and is a delight to speak with. I was given a loaner car for the hours the service dept had my car and the whole process was easy. One issue with a malfunctioning light in the cabin was unresolved as they needed to order a part, but Doug stated it would be in next week and I could come back for installation when it arrives. Overall a great experience.
