EBizCharge, who is owned by Century Business Solutions is not a good company to do business with. Very responsive to the point of being aggressive when on boarding with this family business. Be very aware, if this product does not work for you and you choose to terminate the service, you will get little to no communication. As a small business owner, communication is key and when I have to preface ANY email with 3rd request, you are obviously not communicating. Would not recommend to anyone.

Our company started using EBizCharge as our credit card processor about a month ago. They were up front about the charges and ended up being a lot cheaper than our previous processor. Support was quick to work out any issues we might have had. The representatives, especially Brianna, were super friendly and always made sure all of our concerns were met. Were very happy we switched!

We switched to Century Business Solutions about 4 months ago and couldnt be happier. The system provides more of the functionality that we needed than our previous provider and integrates so well with our financial software. The customer service has been responsive and proactive since day 1 and their gateway is user friendly and gives you all of the information you could need. I am a small Online/Home base business and a few months ago was looking for a payment processing to replace my provider that was willing to put their customer first and as a priority. We have Microsoft AX 2012 for our ERP system and I found Century Business Solutions as a preferred partner. We had a custom application that required some customization to accommodate prepayments in our system. I worked with Frank Gray and they did a fantastic job building out our system. The application is fantastic and fully integrated into our system. On occasion we need to reach out for support and their support is excellent. I worked with Frank Khalid and Jane Akber and they were excellent in building out our system. On occasion I have had to reach out on the customization and I get immediate response. We have saved a significant amount of money switching to Century Business Solutions. I highly recommend them for their software and their people.

I have used many Merchant processing vendors and Century Business is the best I have ever experienced. I switched over for my Sage accounting a few years ago and have been very happy with the service. I dont even consider switching to a different company because their pricing, services and tech support is so much better than others weve used. They always answer their phone, they have quickly responded to problems even on weekends for me. Their team is great! flexible, easy to work with and have spent many hours helping me fix problems and set up online portals. I am very grateful for how theyve helped my business. We signed up with Century Business Solutions to process our credit cards. Wow what a great experience. Jill is terrific! She held my hand every step of the way. She was very responsive. Well the whole team was very responsive. Soup to nuts, took less that a week to be up and running directly through our Sage accounting software. If you a credit card processing service, these are the folks that I would recommend.

Prior to working with Century Business Solutions I would replace my merchant account partner about once a year, they would raise assorted fees and the general cost of processing credit cards kept creeping up. I have now been with Century Business Solutions for several years and my costs are flat rate and have never increased. in addition, working with their processing systems is very easy and periodical chargebacks are quickly paid in full. I highly recommend CBS for any business merchant services!

I am an independent bookkeeper for many different kinds of businesses, I started using Century Business Solutions for a large company with high gross sales in October 2021. Conor R made our transition to using the payment system very smooth. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Century was able to match our current rate we were paying before(it was a really good rate) and have made my accounts receivable much more efficient. Brian C was tremendous in installing and training on the program and made sure I was very comfortable using the software. I have had several others reach out to make sure everything is working properly and that I am happy with the system. Any time I have a question they are very responsive and supportive. I am referring them to other clients and recommend any one considering a better payment processing system to reach out to Conor.

Frank and his team made the transition seamless, and have been there every step of the way since, no matter how small our issues were. We got introduced to eBizCharge 4 years ago and never regretted. The convenience, time saving, accuracy all in one place. The first representative, Mark Pyle connected with to QB desktop, and guided us thoroughly and patiently through all the tabs. The other associate, Lilly Abedi was very helpful afterwards with recovering passwords/username. Whenever we sent an email with any questions, the respond comes in less than a half an hour. We are getting ready to celebrate 30 years in business. That said, I have had many unpleasant and troubling experiences with merchant processors and learned that the industry just seemed to be dominated by unscrupulous, dishonest people who could easily rob you blind. Moving my account to a new company was such a hassle so I just endured it for way too long. Then Chuck came along. He was so nice and patient, and I honestly couldnt believe anyone in that industry could be that nice! I was a hard sell, but just over a year ago I switched to Century. Chuck is an example that other companies should strive to emulate. Hes genuinely a good person who cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to insure they are taken care of. My company has saved so much money by going with Century, and I know if there ever is a problem, I have a real person to call and count on. Century Business solutions is my first experience with payment processing. Weve been using them for about two years. They are very responsive, have an excellent support staff. I can say that Anthony, Sam and Henry have provided personalized and effective support. Sales Manager Steve is a consultative sales person which is a breath of fresh air. Even had the opportunity to provide input to their UX team to recommend improvements. Too boot, their price is very competitive.

I am a small MSP and a few months ago was looking for a payment processing provider for a client of mine. One of the requirements was that they integrate with Sage 100. In my search, there are only a handful of providers that fit this requirement. I contacted most of them and finally settled on Century Business Solutions. They had a solution that fulfilled most of our requirements. The implementation was done without incident. Worked with their support personnel throughout the process and they were pleasant and easy to work with. Our account manager, Chuck Young is always on top of things, keeps it touch regularly to make sure everything is going well for us, and is readily available if we have an issue or a question about anything related. Overall, very happy with CBS and all their people we have worked with so far.

Within the last year, I was contacted by another merchant processor and decided to give them a try as their rates were cheaper. Cheaper isnt always better! We recently implemented Century Business Solutions on our Volusion website and also integrated with our Quickbooks Enterprise software. Our rates are lower than we were paying which is a bonus. The best part is the ease of use and the way everything integrates. Everything is much clearer than in the past. Century Business Solutions has worked very well for us. We switched our credit card provider to Century to sync with Quickbooks desktop and it is has worked very well. We have been using Century Business Solutions as out credit card gateway for about a year now and cant say anything bad about them. The team is very responsive to support questions, assisted us with the setup of our ERP software at no additional charge, and was also able to provide us with the cheapest rates from all providers that we have contacted when we were shopping for a new provider.One thing that we found as a great benefit as well is that Century Business Solutions has a wide variety of integrations to different ERP systems as well as eCommerce solutions. So, if we ever decide to switch any of our systems, we will be able to take our credit card processing with us.

We have never had to wait on hold for very long and the customer service person is always friendly and very helpful. Weve also been contacted by many similar companies who can get us a lower rate for credit card processing. Been using Century Business Systems for credit card processing for a couple of years now. We are happy with the service. It saved us a lot of money over using Intuit to process credit cards. We use the QuickBooks Pro plug-in they provide so we can charge credit cards from right with-in QuickBooks. Very convenient. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is that I cant process credit cards through my smart phone. They sent me a scanner, but then I discovered they have a very small list of cell phones that it will work on. So I had to send it back. But its not a big deal.

I had worked with Century for several years, and always was very pleased with their merchant servicing. I understand they recently changed management and it has been a complete disaster since. Communication has gone down the drain, they never respond to email or voicemails anymore. I had to cancel one of my merchant accounts with them and they continued to bill me for 2 months saying there is nothing they can do as this is apparently their process. I will now be canceling my 2 other merchant accounts with them now and taking my business elsewhere.

We have been using Century Business since 2014 and have had overall great service. Their E-Biz popup app works great with our Quickbooks Enterprise software. No double data entry just receive payment in Quickbooks and run the credit card then all the transaction info gets posted into Quickbooks. CBS is everything we expect from a service company standpoint; efficient, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to work with our webmaster for solutions to processing issues. During our conversion to a Magento2 platform, CBS was always there to help with some one off engineering designs. They always answer emails and telephone calls in a timely manner. From day one the company has delivered what was promised, SAVINGS, SAVINGS and more SAVINGS. I truly appreciate Bryce he has been there for us from the beginning, a top notch guy who truly cares about his customers. I also wanted to give a shout out to Sam in technical support. I am on the East Coast and called this morning with an emergency situation. Sam called me back by 6:00 am because he realized the severity of the situation and did not hesitate to jump in and fix the problem. Great job Sam you really helped us out of a bind. I own Helens Heart LLC. I have been with them for many years, they deliver what they quote on and dont sneak up the prices slowly over time. I know, I audit my own account every year (Trust but Verify). I will not say I have never had a problem but when I do their support is knowledgeable and responsive. They even fixed a bug in their Ebiz plugin for Intuits QuickBooks brought on by an Intuits own update within four hours of my reporting the issue to their standard tech support via their in-house developers. No other merchant processor has come close to that performance in either keeping their promises or technical support in my experience and I have been through more than a few.

Very unprofessional when dealing with interviews. Received a call to come in for an interview and start on Monday but when I tried calling she, Kylie, was always busy. I asked to return a call and she ignored my messages for about a week. I call and she quickly hangs up on me so I really dont understand whos in charge of recruiting but she definitely does not have much experience. I call the next day to follow up and she quickly says we moved on to other candidates even though she gave me the okay to start on Monday. Tried to get set up with them. Deceptive sales pitch initially which they owned up to after calling them out (savings were several hundred dollars less than suggested). Once I signed up, they began asking for me to open my books to them for the last year which seems scammy for a credit card processing program. The sales supervisor would not return my phone call and after I refused to provide the DNA of my first AND second child (being fecicious), I was told we were not a good fit. The sales pitch felt like a time share presentation where instead of getting free Disney tickets, I got to waste an hour of my life. I didnt realize the reviews for this organization were so terrible until I went to post this. I still dont understand how businesses with 3 stars or less stay in business ... Oh yeah, it seems I dodged a bullet with this company.
