The Medical Representatives here are so sweet. Attentive and present when it comes to ones needs. As a first timer, this means a lot and especially with matters of ones health, every kindness goes a long way! I appreciate them!

Be careful that in this clinic your health is affected by the incompetence of the staff.BE VERY CAREFUL with the supposed kind attention.The assistants (Narcissists) in this place are not helpful, they tell you who is going to help you and it turns out that they only answer things that have nothing to do with the patient.With so much error they complicate the lives of patients, they treat you likestupid asking them irrelevant questions, when they do everything to not provide the service, dragging their feet with lies and lack of responsibility.They pretend to help and they dont do things and they answer things about another patient and they dont give you care for the patient, they just have to wait months and nothing, everything they answer is with mistakes, they seem to be evading and thats how they work. Because they allow places like this to exist, that do not serve, nor serve, nor help for what they are there does not work.It is a medical center where they are too irresponsible, incompetent, they dont know anything, they hang up on you, or stay silent and/or simply no longer answer.Instead of helping and informing, the staff in this place does not do it, I will describe below how they work. Dr. Shenouda does not seem to even notice the mistreatment of patients by his staff and if they have just had surgery they do not care and I think that with any Patient, how unfair it is that there are places like this where they do not have the slightest professional ethics to serve and help Susana, Dolores, what they do do is ask questions, divert the information that is requested and repeat several times what they have coming up for an appointment and then say that they are wrong about the appointment which was that they were confused and the attention of the specialist that is in process but months pass and this help without being true seems that they do not even request it and about the rest that you initially asked they ignore you avoiding another issue, they also They pretend to be their same colleagues, they change their names, even though the patients already locate them, it seems that they would be better off working in a courtroom because they are of no use in this place, they only try to confuse you and complicate simple information and they immediately say that there was a confusion and thats how they work in this place and since Dr. Shenouda is never available, a great doctor but he doesnt even realize it, what a shame that the staff is only friendly in appearance and they only answer you as if they are giving you the best care but deep down they are conflictive I tell you various details and issues because the reality is that weeks, months go by and they dont help at all, everything remains the same, they are not useful to answer even a simple information of doubt and/or question, they are going to tell you other issues and inform you of things that one They dont ask questions and they evade your doubts and give you false information mixed with other information that they explain and explain and justify but which turns out to be just a waste of time, thats the deal here. The last straw in this place is when they ask you questions but about another patient and ensuring that you are the patient, that is, how is that, if the person has just asked you your name and date of birth and they only attend to you and they leave you with this question that has nothing to do with you and they immediately say they are confused. What would you think they failed school. Its not a joke, even if it seems like it, but thats how they work at this Centro Medico Guadalupano clinic. The worst clinic I have ever been to, I was in very poor health and they told me that they couldnt treat me because I didnt have an appointment, every time I wanted to go even though I am sick it is by appointment, (that is illogical because you dont know when you will be sick) Worse, there was no one waiting, I was alone in the clinic, I went to another one and they treated me quickly, they gave me medicine and they gave me an injection. Now Im better now.

The person in charge of this clinic has not found out??? THIS Qualification is only for a person who should not hold the position he has, has no professional ethics and in reality should not even be called professional. Since I can remember, I have never had a person so inept, so rude and who knows nothing about service. to the client and much less to a patient and her name is GLENDA Not only do I say it, many people who have dealt with her say it, the people in charge of that clinic should put her where she deserves it, she has no idea what What she talks about, and what she has done since the first day in contact with her, everything was wrong and she acts like she doesnt know anything and starts screaming like a hysterical. She always gets defensive and tries to look for problems where there is no longer any. There is when one of the patients only wants information, she keeps looking for a problem, causing one to lose ones mind, putting one in an unfavorable situation and making one lose patience. People talk to the clinic to receive information and help. You are no one to correct. You are there to inform and to help, not to burden someone who made a mistake. Remember that the patient is not wrong. Glenda now. Friday, August 21, you hung up on me twice and Twice you told me that someone else supposedly cant solve the problem. You cant even solve small problems without getting excited and without trying to justify yourself stupidly. While I was sick in bed, you were going to make me get up just because I asked you to say yes to me and give me the phone number, which you had always done and now it turns out that you couldnt give it. YOU ARE THE WORST, FIGATE WELL, THE WORST receptionist secretary. and I dont know if I can call you a secretary because obviously youre not even a nurse, youre nobody, you dont even have the slightest sense of coherence to care for a patient, a client, I couldnt even call you a greengrocer because aA person who sells vegetables in the market serves his customers very well and it would be an insult to that profession if you were like them. The truth is, you should be better off working somewhere else. You dont even know the kind of problems you do behind your desk. I hope with all my heart that the people in charge of that clinic take on the task of finding a replacement because if not, the clinic is the one that will suffer the consequences of having a star because of you. I wish they could get a person like Elsa, she knows what it means to do her job. Just listening to Elsa makes one emotionally better with the pure tone of voice she has, thank you Elsa for your good work.

Bad service, the truth is Im very disappointed twice they canceled my childrens physical check-up appointment, they want to give my childrens physical examination over the phone 🤷‍♀️

If you want to have a consultation as soon as possible, your appointment will be in 2 weeks, thats what they always say. There are never appointments for the next day... very bad service 👎👎👎👎

They took a long time to attend to me, they called me at 11:30 and it was already 1pm and they still didnt attend to my daughter just to put the earrings on her.
