First time at this dealership and what a great experience.. I actually felt like they were working hard for me. I got a great price, and willing to work with me, but where they shined was getting a great finance rate (especially in these times). I think the best part of the experience was that they were willing to move a vehicle and not get hung up on how special the vehicle was. Bobby/ (Sales), AJ (the GSM) and Carlos in (Finance). All super friendly and eager to work for me to get me the best deal and buying experience. I don’t write these often but when the experience is this positive I had to post the review. Thanks guys! New Central Ford Cistomer now and in the future.

After having several cars, Ive always dreaded dealing with any large dealerships. I took my newly purchased vehicle to Central Ford for service and was pleasantly surprised. The service advisor I dealt with was genuinely concerned with my customer needs. And the dealership appeared to have taken the time and effort to meet and exceed the customers expectations (Ex. pick up and delivery of your vehicle for service) I highly recommend this dealership

I had 2 factory recalls. Called 2 other dealerships one did not have the parts so we made an appointment for 2 weeks later. The other wanted to keep my car for 24 hours. Central Ford took me in at 9am and had my car ready at noon exactly. Thats what I call fast service.

I took my truck in for service and they recommended that I put new arms and fix the play on the steering wheel I was like what I know there’s nothing wrong with the arms and the steering wheel but they are the experts and I trusted them so I said okay let’s do it I was hoping it would feel like new but instead the truck moves to the right it pulls all over when I took it back they said they can’t find the problem and that they recommend new tires but I still have good tires it makes no sense taking my truck there for service was a nightmare I would send pictures of my tires

I am very happy with the work that has been done to my vehicle and I am thankful for German for taking his time by listening to all my worries and concerns I had on my escape. Many worries having my car vibrating steering wheel shaking so scary driving on the freeway on a high speed and try to break do to traffic stopping Little by little not knowing if I was going to make it.Little did I know that I was driving with a vehicle that could have been turned into flames due to my back breaks not functioning the way they should. German took his time to go in the car with me and test drive it on the freeway/street to listen to any small details my concern I mention. Now I feel safe driving with my kids and mom car working properly the way it should be. My car feel beautiful driving it.

Andres Vazquez in the service department is your person if you want above standard customer service and someone who won’t just sweep you under the rug. Not only was he very funny, he saved us hundreds of dollars by taking his time to search for ways to help us with replacing our key, and he was very kind to our son who lost his money in the vending machine. I didn’t catch the cashiers name who helped him, but when my son (10 years old) came back from speaking with her, he said she was so nice that she had offered him more than what he lost and that meant a lot to him. It’s not often when you find strangers that treat you like family, but if you go here, you will find at least two that will go above and beyond! Thank you both for a great experience in a stressful time.

First of all, overall good experience with the person I dealt with since I placed my online inquiry, Jim and the financing guy. The was I was treated at the dealership has nothing to do with my review. I am giving this dealership a 1 start because I am having to take my truck back to a Ford dealership to see what is wrong with it less than 2 weeks after buying it. I was told I was buying a Gold Certified truck, with a 176 point inspection. I started noticing a very hard shifting on the first 2-3 gears 2 days after purchasing the truck, which is so bad to the point it feels dangerous. While I read online and found videos on youtube stating this is common with F-150 and may be fixed at the dealership, there is no way something like this passed an 176 point inspection, so it was a lie, my truck was never inspected. Also, the stereo screen froze on my a couple times already, and I was left with a blank screen with just the ford logo on it. Again, no way this was inspected. I was told prior to buying this truck by Jim that it was a dealership employee who traded in this truck. I am sure this employee knew of all the problems this truck had and that was the reason they traded it in. My truck has only 54000 miles. Yesterday I noticed a rattling noise when accelerating, which may or may not be a problem, but again, just things you would not expect on a 2019 truck with that mileage. I looked in a lot of places for the right truck, and decided to go for this one because this was one owner, and supposedly Gold Certified, whatever that means. At this point Im just hoping I wasnt sold a lemon truck and that I will have to deal with more and more issues. Although I know I bought a used truck and some problems may come up, I was not expecting them this soon after purchasing it, and something a noticeable as a transmission issue. Very very disappointed.

I like that the salesmen didnt pounce on you as soon as you parked, the way they used to. I found the Mustangs I wanted to look at and eventually a salesman came over. This review is ONLY for the service department. I went to get my power seat switch replaced because its still under warranty. When I get there, German Orellana tells me that their Quick Service Department is not in service right now, that I can leave my car there but it would stay there for 2 weeks, I ask for a free rental but German tells me that his manager said I CAN NOT get a rental because I did not purchase my car there, this is allegedly FORDS policy, keep in mind I bought my car the last week of December 2022.

Had to bring in my truck twice in the past two weeks. On the first visit of picking up my truck they damaged my front driver side tire on the tread and and sidewall. They took no responsibility for the damage.Unfortunately, I didn’t learn my lesson and I brought my truck back again for a different issue. My tailgate was punctured somehow and right rear fender looks as if somebody tried to sand away a scratch and ended up sanding away the clearcoat, the paint the primer and down to the bare metal. Avoid these dealer as far as the service department goes. I have no experience with the sales department

When I received my car back, the reflector on the passenger side was gone and the door panel was dented. Central Ford Service Department have damaged my car and of course, the manager denied it and the manager claimed he viewed the video recording in which I do not believe because my situation happened on Thursday (he wasnt there on that day) we spoke on June 27th. If you are in need of using the service department, dont even waste your time. Not only is the turn around time ridiculous, over a week + JUST to get a diagnostics. But the customer service reps answering the phone calls should at least exhibit that, CUSTOMER SERVICE. Alejandra was very condescending and unfriendly. If you do not have the patience or capacity to speak to customers politely then you should reconsider your job or get retrained.
