Caring, compassionate staff who really listen. Having had a terrible experience in the past, Im always hesitant when i see a new doctor.Im so pleased that i found Dr. Sedeek and his staff. They are wonderful.

This was my first visit and I thought what might be an emergency with my eyesight so Dr. Sedeek saw me the very next morning at 8 o’clock first thing. The process to do my preliminary paperwork online was very easy, walking in I was greeted, I was seen quickly. The doctor’s education, credentials and experience are impressive. From the time I walked in to the time I left, I was pleased with the way that I was treated, I liked the ambience of the office, I felt like I was in good hands with Dr. Sedeek and my medical concern was immediately addressed and I felt very much at ease after the exam and speaking with the Doctor.

This was my very first visit to an optometrist and the experience was exceptional, the whole staff was very polite and friendly, Dr. Sedeek was very patient and explained everything in detailed so I was able to understand the diagnosis. Dr Sedeek is an outstanding and compassionate Retina specialist who is dedicated to patient care. He was very thorough in his approach to examination and explained the degenerative process of the eyes and retina. He is an excellent educator and communicator about my eyes condition and treatment plan. I strongly recommend Dr Sedeek.

Dr. Sedeek doesn’t fabricate anything regarding your vision. Unlike other ophthalmologist they don’t do a thorough evaluation. But doctor Sedeek does. He is very thorough, and his office personnel are exceptionally kind and professional.

Dr. Sideek is the eye whisperer. I had a badly detached retina, Dr. Sedere re-attached it with laser surgery, healing well. Dr. Sedeek also removed a membrane that was on my retina, my entire outlook is brighter, Dr Sedeek is a very skilled surgeon and has my trust anytime when failure is not an option. His staff is exceptional.

Dr. Sedeek is so kind and compassionate. You can tell he truly cares about the well being of his patients. My Mother gets monthly eye injections for her macular degeneration. I told Dr. today we were moving my mother to Texas with us. His response was to immediately get on his computer to look for a qualified retina specialist in Texas for us so my mother would not have any delay in her injection program. He wrote the doctors information down and told us to have the doctor contact him and he would have all moms records sent. He went the extra mile for us. I think another doctor would have just said, goodbye and good luck.

I have been under Dr Sedeeks care for 3 plus years, and find his level of experience, care and skill to be exemplary. Also, the office is staffed by friendly and professional people, which I find helpful and reassuring. I am confident that the current standard of practice will remain consistent in the future - and Im thankful, since Im aware my retinal condition requires continuing treatment in order to maintain the sight in that eye.

I have been a patient of Dr Sedeek for several years at the Shepherd Eye Clinic. However, today I had my first appointment at his new office and what a wonderful experience! He and the staff are professional, kind, compassionate, patient and I felt completely safe especially during these Covid times. The offices are very clean, nicely decorated and I never felt rushed in my time with Dr Sedeek. My visit was personalized for my particular needs which is truly rare these days when visiting doctors. My 88 year old father, is also a patient of Dr Sedeek and he was very pleased with his visit as well. I really can’t say enough!

Dr. Sedeek was my retinologist around 2014 when I suffered a detached retina. I had already been seeing him having screened him as the BEST available specialist in the region bar none. Now Dr. Sedeek is several hours from us in Palm Springs but I would consult with him FIRST before any future retinal issues were addressed here locally. Bonus: Hes also a good man, highly skilled, highly ethical and a mensch. Im delighted by his success. Frank J.

As usual, I Try the new office starting with the front desk staff Lady, Mary taking you in and the other associate who check your eye pressure and take the pictures i dont remember her name,then is Dr. Seedek and Nicole to finish treating you . Im totally satisfied with their service which is respectful and very professional. In few words Im very grateful to each of them .

From exam to procedure, it’s obvious Dr. Sedeek genuinely cares for his patients. He was calming and clearly explained my condition and what was occurring with my vision. I can’t even begin to thank Dr. Sedeek for his saving what was left of my vision in my right eye. I’d had two previous surgeries that failed but left damage by another specialist. Dr. Sedeek found the problem and repaired it. I would trust his expertise and highly recommend others who are experiencing vision problems to see him.
