Kristie made it possible for us to buy our dream home when there were very few options available in San Luis Obispo.The house she found for us was unlisted! To bring homes onto the market is something only a talented and well-liked agent is capable of. We appreciated that she was very responsive through text or phone call. Working with Kristie was such a good experience as a first-time homebuyer. She was always on top of everything and very helpful and supportive. Kristie is the hardest working realtor I’ve ever met. She differentiates herself from all the other realtors in my network because she’s willing to go the extra mile and comes from a true authentic place of service. Just seeing that she’s out in the rain posting videos, working hard for her clients validates my personal experience with her. Kristie was amazing!Kristie has helped me so much! I was having so much trouble finding a home in a location that fit all my needs but Kristie spent months with me looking and helping me. One thing I loved about Kristie is that she actually listened to me about what I wanted. And based on that she helped give me advice. Also she was always available. She worked 7 days a week answering questions and setting up showings. If I wasnt available to go to a showing she would Facetime me. I cant say enough how dedicated Kristie is to what she does. And when we did finally find a home, it happened to be one that needs a lot of work. But she coordinated and helped get estimates from different contractors so I had an idea of what kind of work it needed and about how much it was going to be. I had a wonderful experience working with Kristie. I trust her and would strongly recommend her to anyone!

Kristie did a terrific job selling my house from the beginning to the end. She was very prepared for our initial meeting and made a great first impression. She did not try to pressure me for the listing, which I liked. After signing her agreement, Kristie had a photographer out the next day who did a great job on the pictures. The pictures were ready within 24 hours and my house was up on all the different real estate websites (including a website specifically for the house) in less than 1 day after I signed her on as my broker. We had our first offer in less than 3 hours after my house went live on the MLS. Whew! In fact, we had over 5 total offers on the property!! Throughout the process, Kristie kept in contact with me daily via, phone, text, or email. We had trials and tribulations with buyers, but she always kept a positive mindset and stayed focused on selling my property. I would definitely use Kristie again, she is one of the most organized and diligent brokers I have ever used and her marketing is far more superior than what I have seen out there which means more eyes on your listing!
