I love the staff and their attentiveness to Stanley. I also love that it’s open late and they will always accommodate an appointment same day even if I have to wait. I started coming here because he was acting really sick and I knew I needed to bring him into see someone but his then vet had a way of over 2 weeks wait and they wouldn’t accommodate even for a serious situation. Center Sinai was an amazing find.

Center Sinai Animal Hospital is a 5-Star operation! They are so authentically caring, concerned and helpful. Every staff member was friendly and engaged with our pet and our visit. They are efficient problem solvers, very professional, up-to-date with current and best practices, and have excellent customer service. We were new to this clinic and came to them with an urgent problem. Rather than turn us away or refer us elsewhere, they promptly fit us in and took our pets problem on as their own. We were treated with respect and concern. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet. You won’t be disappointed.

I like this clinic because they always pick up phone give appointments and reasonable charges .But one thing that’s so disappointing is clinics open till 9 but they said the doctor not gonna see the walk in it was around 7:30 or 7:45 then why it’s posted open till 9.We need to come that’s why we asked nobody want to come to clinic without reason . If it was 8:30 and they say like this it’s acceptable but 7:30 it’s still 1:30 hours left to close the clinic.I don’t have car I can’t go to other clinic that’s why I said I can come in within 10 mins I live nearby but they were stick on no we don’t see walk in .I just come in in the morning to check my pet I can’t come on others day that’s why I was requesting It’s so disappointing they refused .Otherwise it’s a very good clinic I really need to come in tdy but I couldn’t even though it’s open till9.

I had my dogs teeth cleaned for a couple of thousand dollars less at Center Sinai Animal Hospital than what the place was asking where I usually take my animals for checkups. They called me in the middle of the process and informed me a broken tooth needed to be extracted which I authorized and had done for a modest fee. A call the next day to inquire on how my dog was doing was most reassuring. A little more personable than the other place, too. Im very happy with the service and hospitality I received at Center Sinai.

I left VCA ( after years of being a client its become a to corporate) and discovered Center Sinai Animal Hospital because I rescued a dog from Perfect Pet Rescue next door. The personal care of everyone there and the wonderfuldr. Baum made me switch all 3 dogs to go there from now on

Ive been going to Center Sinai for more than 20 years. Theyve taken great care of three dogs for us. They always give great advice and I really appreciate the senior discount. Dr. Baum, who runs the place, will always tell you exactly what is going on and he doesnt try to convince you that you need to do expensive tests. Ive trusted him for many years and hes never let me down.

The team at Center Sinai is typically understaffed (as most vets are these days) and they always handle the guests in order of walk in/ appointment. I suggest getting an appointment. We bring our two bulldogs here and they treat them with such gentle care. We also bring our cat here. Great team and doctors are very nice. You know your animals are in the care of people who care about animals here.

This is my second posting on behalf of Center Sinai Animal Hospital. As noted previously, my family has entrusted our family pets to the docs and staff of CSAH since the 1980s. Theyve helped with care and concern for every illness and treatment, and compassion when the time came to let one of them go - Gretchen the Doberman and Callie the Calico. I recently visited again and was delighted to see staff members like Emily B. who remembered us, and of course Dr. B. Baum whose judgement is as sound as his manner is caring. Parking may be a challenge at times, but all of the care and concern makes the visit worthwhile. Im pleased to offer this recommendation.

Ive been taking my dog to Center Sinai for his whole life and he is now 18 years old. The care there is great and affordable. I especially like Dr. Baum and Dr. Gomez. They are exceptional vets and Evan (groomer) is a real godsend for my finicky little one. It is a very busy clinic so the wait time can be pretty long. But, for me and my pooch, it has been worth it.

I went to this veterinarian for my two cats, who needed to get their vaccinations and identification for a travel certificate. Everything went very well, the doctor was compassionate and the receptionists were friendly. However, I ended up getting the certification from another veterinarian because the explanations of the process were a bit confusing and disorganized. I was a little afraid that they might forget, and Id be forced to postpone my trip.
