Centarus is excellent! The staff are highly professional and really know their stuff. Any time I have an issue, they are happy to help. They never make me feel like my issue isnt valid and over the years I have built friendly professional relationships with several of Centarus team members. Weve been working with Centarus for just over 6 months and have had a great experience working with them. They are responsive, effective, and a great trusted advisor. The benefit of working with a team of experts has been felt many times as theyve advised and coached us on various issues - and this is such a better solution than having a limited-knowledge person in-house. We get the benefit of the whole team for less cost than we would if we hired one person on our team.

Edward W Scott Electric have been working with Centarus for over 10 Years. In that time, our needs have continued to evolve and the service Centarus has provided has evolved with us. As with most companies, Covid has created many IT challenges and all of those challenges have been met. We have a secure network that allows employees to work at the office as well as remotely. The phrase that comes to mind with Centarus is Peace of mind, I do not worry about my IT needs nor cyber attacks.

We have dealt with frustrating IT issues in the past, with providers not fixing things in a timely manner, not answering my staffs calls, and not taking responsibility. After switching to Centarus, we have been so pleased! Dale and his team are the best in the business. They always respond very quickly and resolve issues just as fast. They helped my company migrate to Microsoft Office 365 and it was a seamless process. Not only that but the staff is very friendly and personable. They explained things in a simple way without all the IT jargon. I recommend them to any business looking for an IT support team in the bay area.
