Michael at Cellular Phone Gallery is a genius. I spent the entire day at Apple trying to fix my iPhone. In 20 minutes Michael had the phone fixed and turned on. His fees are reasonable and I will never go anywhere else. He is amazing and I give him 5 stars!!!

I have known cellular gallery for many years. I have never been disappointed with the quality of work and how fast business is taken care of. Whether dealing with the newest technology or dinosaur computers, phones and electronics in general. There was always a solution to the most complex issues.Next to the store, there are a couple of places where you can sit and relax, while certain repairs, when feasible, will be done. Dont miss on the great sense of humor of the owner. He knows like the back of his hand how to fix problems.Highly recommended. Come once. You will never go elsewhere. And very reasonably priced! Had previously read great reviews on Yelp about this store. When my cell phone seriously needed a new battery I knew where to go. I called ahead and they said they had the battery for my phone and that it would take an hour to replace. I stopped in and they immediately started on my phone. Around 30 minutes later my phone was done. And the price I was quoted over the phone was cheaper when I paid. Great experience!

This place saved the day!!!!! My charger wouldn’t go in and the phone was frozen on the apple sign. T mobile couldn’t help me and The apple Store wanted to send the phone off for repairs and charge me an insane amount but cellular gallery fixed it on the spot for a fraction of the cost. They were also so kind and supportive and let me do work from my laptop on their WiFi while I waited. So grateful for them. This is the ONLY repair shop I will go to now!

To start off, I have an Asus Rog 2. I accidentally cracked my screen a while back and my battery was also acting as well.Going around different shops to try to fix my phone, all of them were telling me they didn’t work on my phone or they needed to inspect it. (Phone was obviously cracked)The prices I was given and time frame were extremely high.I found this place conveniently after stopping by a 7/11. I go in and Mike right away asks how I am doing and how he could help me. After letting him know about my situation, I show him the phone and he quickly searches up the price of my screen and gives me a time frame. Needles to say, he has received a lifetime customer. Waste of time and money. Say 2hrs or same day fix, mine took 2days. Not only did I get the phone back in worse condition (sound ringing calls didnt work, and l it became glitchy AF. SYSTEM DIAGNOSTIS kept failing. And asked for my password (dont need that for screen or battery port repair) and they didnt even have a USB C charger port part. For a cell repair place and all phones even lphone being C chargers now this was a little weird. I relied on same day fix guarantee because I had appointments the next day and days after. Paid over $200 for NOTHING. My dad was sick of the back and forth with these scammers that he said hed rather buy me a new phone than give them another cent or second of our time. DO NOT GO HERE! Oh yea and the screen they repaired was cracked already! Thanks A-holes! Oh a they pay Google to prioritize topping their 5star reviews and thir lowest ratings to be unseen!

UPDATE: I would have updated this review sooner but couldn’t figure out how. A few hours after getting my screen fixed here (see below) I noticed that there was a dead pixel that glowed green on the bottom left of it. Additionally, the color fidelity and resolution were TERRIBLE on the screen they gave me: when you looked closely you could see the pixels of each letter of every word, especially if scrolling while reading. When night mode turned on, everything went pink instead of the yellow it’s supposed to. Just all around was not a good quality screen at all. Unfortunately when I realized this they were already closed, and then I headed home which is on the other side of the city. Their return policy only covers a couple of days and I could not make it back to SM in time, so I just left it, as I was only trying to stretch my phone usage out till the new iPhones released.Additionally, I eventually dropped it (I have a magnetic pop socket which it came loose from) and the screen immediately cracked despite it not being a very far drop (I’m short so about a foot from my extended hand to the ground) so not only did it have a dead pixel immediately, it only lasted about 2 months before cracking. I’ve had other screens replaced elsewhere that lasted almost a year (even after dropping them) so, while I appreciate how fast they fixed it initially, and service was good, the overall screen quality was terrible so I would recommend buying and bringing your own, higher quality screen or going elsewhere.……………………………..ORIGINAL REVIEW (they offer a discount if you write a review in their store before you pay, I had not noticed the dead pixel yet):Super fast service, very friendly, super reasonably priced!! Was only $165 for an iPhone 12 Pro Max screen replacement that only took them half an hour to complete! Apple was going to charge like $360 for the same thing and didn’t even want to do it because it involved water damage. Relieved that I didn’t lose everything on the phone (apple said their screen repair is more likely to wipe the phone) and I don’t have to buy an entirely new phone! Thanks Cellular Gallery!

Mike at Cellular Gallery is very experienced. I have taken many devices to be repaired and he does an amazing job and super quick too! There doesnt seem to be a job he cannot handle. Amazing work from this place. I had got my phone “fixed” at the mall, not good idea cause the mall made it worse and problem was still there. It was only when I brought it here that they made it like new and it was affordable. I would 100 % recommended and I’m coming here anytime there’s a problem with any of my devices. Just randomly popped into the store because my phone screen cracked. Great customer service! Efficient, fast and the owner was informative. I also wanted a lightning fast charger for my car. I had noticed some cracks on my iPhone 13 promax so I brought it into cellular gallery. When they took off the cover, the damage to the phone was unbelievably bad and I have no idea what happened but it looks like it got run over by a car the owner, who is very nice said “don’t worry that’s what we do. We will fix it and it will look like brand new”. He told me to come back in three hours and I just picked up my phone and it looks absolutely brand new! I wish I could give them six stars! The price was only $139 to replace the entire back of the phone, including the encasement for the camera lenses, thank you for a great job, and for being an honest business!

I came here to support a small business and have a more personalized experience, and Im glad I did.I came here because of an issue with what I assumed was my USB port. They did a first job to repair water damage which fixed one issue but left another one unsolved. They then ordered a part and tried to perform a second job to fix that second issue. The issue couldnt be fixed so they didnt charge me for that second job despite spending time working on it.Michael clearly cares about his customers and his shops reputation - Im glad I found a place I can trust and where Im not going to be taken advantage of. Go to this place if you need your phone repaired! My cell phone suddenly died, I thought i had to get a whole new phone but it turns out to be just the screen. I went in, Michael took a look, confirmed its a screen issue, told me the price, checked to make he had the parts, and told me to come back in two hours. No fuss, honest, and really nice person. He called my husband in 1.5 hours saying the phone will be ready in 15 minutes. I showed up and it was good as new. By fixing the screen, he saved me so much money instead of buying a new phone. Hes also very friendly and just a really nice person, and makes an effort to chat with you and get to know you. Hopefully my phone wont break again, but if it does, Ill definitely come back here. Theyve been around since 1990 so theyre definitely doing something right! Thank you Michael! Xie xie!
