There is something wrong with my iPad and I cant open it. The attitude of this store is very enthusiastic and the price is very reasonable. The main reason is that the mobile phone repair staff in the store are all certified by Apple!5 Star!!!!

I brought my Pixel 7 Pro in for a screen repair around 2 weeks ago. They charged me $170 and assured me that everything would be taken care of. The screen worked for 2 days. On the 3rd day, lines began appearing on the screen. I brought it back and they said they would need to charge me extra to fix- despite no external damage appearing at all. Worker claimed that I must have damaged it and have to pay.Fast forward 2 weeks and now my screen does not work at all. Now I have to get a whole new phone or pay for additional repairs.I do not recommend at all. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I took in my old Galaxy note 5 to get it checked because it wouldn’t not hold a charge. The service was quick and the price was very affordable. They didn’t charge me to diagnosed the phone . After he diagnosed the phone he gave me the quote and we agreed with the price. If I need any other service I would definitely go back. I recommend this place.

Amazing and speedy service! My Samsung Note 8 wasnt turning on and the power button wasnt responding, I couldnt find an online tutorial to fix it either. John, one of the technicians was super friendly and able to troubleshoot and fix it within 15 minutes!

Awesome services, friendly staff, and reasonable price! I have fixed my devices a few times there (broken camera, screen replacement, audio problem, key issue), and they resolved the problems in reasonable time. And they have the 3 month service guarantee. For my last repair, my phone had the same problem within 90 days, they fixed it for free! Very reliable, I highly recommend.

Mark helped me. My camera was messed up and my screen looked like someone pressed on it super hard and made my text look smashed. Also people could barely hear me when during a phone call. He fixed all of that. My husband and I always go here. Good people. Great customer service! Fast service!!

What impressed me most about these guys is their customer service. They will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I brought my macbook pro in to get my battery replaced. Other stores said it would take 2+ weeks to get it fixed, BUT NOT HERE. They were able to get it fixed in 4 days. But what was really impressive is what happened when I got home after picking up my computer. The battery worked well, but my keypad did not. I immediately called the store (at this point it was after hours) and someone picked up. The person who answered the phone allowed me to bring my computer back in that night. Plus, they called the technician to return to the store so they could fix my keypad. WOW!!!! These guys are THE BEST!!!!!!

Fast and friendly service. John fixed my iPhones broken screen and also had the battery replaced while at it. Price was very reasonable. Was done in about 30 mins. He gave me all the warranty info without me even asking, and even threw in a tempered glass protector and phone case..free of charge. Thank you John!

On short notice, they diagnosed my iPhones problem as having a deteriorating battery. This was quickly replaced, as well as the phones screen, for a reasonable price. The iPhones camera did not survive the procedure, however. When this was pointed out, they immediately replaced the camera for free. Great guys with the right attitude.

*** NOT ALL REPAIR SHOPS ARE THE SAME***I had the unfortunate luck of replacing screens on an iPad 2 times. The first was done by Go Gadgets; bottom line, the replacement screen was garbage. They also installed it and it had a small gap and just didnt feel like OEM.For my restaurants iPad that we use for our employee side yelp waitlist had fallen off the table and shattered the screen. I mean, it was a mess. Dropped it off; the owner is a very courteous gentlemen with a cool character. Got it back sooner than quoted and most importantly, THE REPAIR WAS OEM QUALITY!! It was like the iPad took a time machine back to its original condition. The repair was clean and the new screen functioned like OEM and was installed to OEM spec.THE PRICE WAS IDENTICAL OR EVEN CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION. IF YOU ARE READING THIS REVIEW, THEN THERE IS NOTHING LEFT TO CONSIDER. SERIOUSLY, TAKE YOUR BROKEN PHONE/TABLET TO THESE PEOPLE, GUARANTEED PERFECT REPAIR.
