Sunny was very great!!! He has the best prices around, beat any other store in the area. He knew exactly what I needed, he was efficient, and even cut me a deal. He quoted me on about 40mins for repair and came out with a brand new feeling phone in only 20min. 10/10 experience and service would definitely recommend!!

Have been here two times - always have great service, quick fix on the phone and pleasant times chatting with the staff. The young man working here is super helpful and knowledgeable about phone issues and ready to make things easier for you as the customer. Excellent pricing as well, which is a plus! OMG I love this store. I’m so embarrassed to say that I have brought my iPhone 12 Pro Max to get repaired twice. My iPhone XR and SE to be repaired. I have brought my lpad pro for a new battery and they put a new drive in for me as well. They never make me feel crazy but they have always token care of me and my devices for a reasonable price. They have fast service and the have a warranty that worked for a klutz like me.i will definitely be back to see you guys.Thank you!!!

I brought my phone in for a screen repair and they had it fixed within 30 mins. They have great customer service, store is clean, and they also provide chairs in case you want to wait while your service is completed. This was my second time here getting my iPhone serviced. First was when I needed my GOOGLE PIXEL 6PRO LCD & battery replaced and second time is when I needed my iPhone 11 Pro Max’s ear speaker. Both times my experience was wonderful and fast. They are super efficient with replying via Google messages. And their prices are not too bad. Very happy with their services and will use them in future!Thank you !!!!

This is the second time using repair all. First time parts needed to be ordered. The screen went out on my iPhone so I called to see how long it would take to fix. Sunny said to bring on over. An hour later I was walking out the door with a functioning phone again repaired at a fair price. Sunny was fantastic! Then my daughters iPhone stopped charging so I brought it over to sunny again who determined the problem was the charger. He cleaned and tested the phone and gave it back - no charge! So honest! Totally trust and recommend these guys for iphone and samsung repair!!

After an unfortunate mishap to my phone while walking on the trail, I took it in to Sonny at the Cell Phone Place. He quicklydiagnosed the problems and within an hour had replaced the shattered glass screen and restored it to its previous great working condition. I was envisioning having to buy a new phone, but thanks to Sonny and his expertise, I dont have to now.Thank you for the quick and reliable service you give to your customers.

My phone was having issues and they said they would be able to take a look at it. When I went back for it the next day, the man helping me said he tried 4 times to restart it but it would not restart properly. I felt he was being honest. When I offered to pay for his honest efforts, he denied allowing me to pay several times. I never paid. I felt that they were honest, and I appreciate that.& one more Thing... since this store is OPEN NOW In placerville Im very happy to serve someone in Town ...Folk you guys no need to go to another places for Repair or get any helpThank you very much!!!

First of all, I want to say that 5 star rating is B.s. Theres no way they have a five star rating. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen. When I went back in in an hour when they told me to. They told me they broke the volume control and tried to blame it on me.. well. I got that fixed in a couple days after that when they finally ordered one I think straight from China because it was nothing but garbage. And so was the screen the screen flashed lightly all the time. If finally blacked out they did replace it after some arguments. And once again blaming me.Remember, Ive been in the store quite a bit every customer that came in did the same thing I did. They would not give my receipt for their phone at every single customer was dissatisfied with every single thing they were doing. Believe me, these are not the people you want. Working on anything much like your phone? If you like getting blamed for breaking your phone, because they dont know How to work on them?Then I suggest you go there if you want to be p***** off at a store. This is the place to go I guarantee you. They did not get 5 stars on this. They have altered their ratings.. Every customer I saw in there was not happy. How could they possibly get 5 stars? When Ive seen 10 customers that were p***** good luck. They have less than a 3 star rating on Yelp, which they cannot alter. Google can be altered.And I guarantee the 3 stars that are there. They put there. They could not make a customer happy if their life depended on it. They dont know how and they dont care And Im assuming by them. Not giving any receipts out to anybody or having any paperwork on anything. The ripping whoever invested it in it off. And certainly not paid any taxes on it

I took my phone in when it started acting like it was possessed. Sunni immediately diagnosed the issue, gave me a very reasonable timeframe for the repair, and provided an estimate.The phone was ready as promised at the same price as the estimate. I took my iPhone 13 into this shop because my up volume button was stuck. I had tried for a couple of days to clean it and even tried to pry up the stuck button. The young man working there took my phone into room with the door shut behind him. 10 minutes later he brought it out and it was working. I asked him what he did to fix it, but he did not answer me. I asked how much I owed for the fix. He hesitated a long time and then told me $99.99. My reply was something like: are you crazy? It took him less than 10 minutes. So then he makes a phone call and I can hear a womans voice on the other end. Then he says $69.99. I again told him I would not pay that much. He makes another phone call to the woman, then comes back says nothing, but types in $49.99 on his credit card device. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. That is no way to run a business - dont post a price list and charge as much as you think you can get away with. I wont be going there again.

My husband brought his Google Pixel 6Pro in to have the screen repaired. The screen was functioning perfectly fine before we brought it in, it just had a crack in the corner of the screen. When we got it back, the haptics werent responding properly, and the fingerprint scanner wasnt working anymore. It didnt even last a full day until the screen went completely black and wouldnt turn on. The man we dealt with was pleasant, he managed to get it turned on (but with lines going across the screen), and told us to come back the next day so he could replace the screen again. The following day, the woman we dealt with refused to replace the screen unless we paid her more money. We brought it home rather than pay more, and the screen went black again that same day. Now we have a phone thats somehow more broken than when we brought it in, and were out of pocket several hundred dollars for our trouble.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE TO THIS STORE!!!!It is not an authorized Apple repair center and it uses aftermarket parts.I had a terrible experience with them for the past few days, returning time and time again to get the Face ID repaired. $230.00 out of my pocket and having to restore all my settings and the phone is not repaired.I was blatantly lied to.This place will be out of business shortly.DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME!!
