Their repairmen and current and quick, the service is friendly and courteous and they don’t rip you off at any cost. So my phone got waterlogged so I biked on down to Cell Funds to have them look at it. This was a 2016 SE I purchased from them initially in 2019 used.Christina was very attentive & had her tech JoJO look at it.After a short wait she came back w/the news I wanted to hear, its fixable!!! Music to my ears.The cost was more than reasonable.Ive been buying phones from them for the past 10 years & they are excellent in customer service, knowledge & more than reasonable on costs.I highly recommend that you see the folks at Cell Funds wheather it be for a new phone or for putting life into your old one.You will not be disappointed at all.

Please do not waste your time or money with this company. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The person who was fixing my phone had no sense of empathy or knowledge. He completely ruined my phone and tried to deny it!!!!! They don’t know how to take responsibility for their mistakes and they also stole money from me. I cannot believe this company is even still open after the way they treat people and mess up people’s devices. They are absolutely horrible!!!!! DO NOT GO TO CELL FUNDS. Great place, friendly staff, and super easy to make some cash from small electronics. I had an old iPhone collecting dust and sold it to Cell Funds for way more money then I was expecting! Best part was that I used that money to purchase a refurbished Apple Watch. The process was super easy and quick. Danny was very nice and helpful, would definitely recommend! The location is a little tough to find (in an old shopping plaza building) but the inside of the store itself is clean and modern looking.The staff is very friendly and informative, the prices are great, and you actually get what you pay for.Ive bought 2 used phones here to use for trade-in with AT&T and both were accepted with flying colors.Highly recommend this place!

Today I bought my third phone from Cell Funds. Yay me. I went from a 6 to an 11. I’m really not a very technical person, clearly, so phone upgrades can be intimidating and overwhelming. The thought of going to the Genius Bar makes my heart race — and not in a good way. Today Christina helped me, who happens to be an angel incarnate with patience from the deep cosmos. No, really. My situation took about 3hrs (I tipped her cash because, let’s be real, even angels pay rent on this planet). As she helped me she lamented about how there should be modern, functioning cell phones made preset for older people, so that no one gets left behind, drowning in the rising technical tide. Oh God. It’s true. I thought of my grandmother, my mother, my aunt, myself. As she worked an older man with an iPhone 6 came and looked at their inventory list for his older brother, before deciding all options. The thought of leaving the safety of the ear phone port for the ear pods was too much to consider in the moment. And, his brother said he found someone to fix his old phone, anyway. Sir, I see you, and your older brother. I will be buying a port converter to use my wired ear phones until the end of time. WiFi is not magic; it is electro magnetic. And, living in LA we all get more than our fair share of ungrounded radiation — without our consent. I’ll keep my home low tech, as much as I can, thank you very much. Well, to the surprise of no one who knows me, I’ve “gone on” a bit. Last thoughts would be that everyone at this company is, as I have seen, both talented (very talented IT/engineers) and truly kind hearted — including the owner (who literally built a whole, very polite AI system for the back side of the company that you will hear talking, if you stay long enough). So, get yourself to Cell Funds and have a nice, human experience — in our ever expanding, technical landscape. ❤️

It was a little tricky to find, but once we got there David was such a help! I thought my phone was locked on a Verizon carrier but he helped me to test it and it turns out it can be used with any carrier, so it saved me from spending any money! I highly recommend this place!

My close friend is an actor and his phone died last night. Frantic about the situation I helped him find a phone. Cell Funds had an ad on Craigslist for an iPhone 5s. We went down there and met with David who helped us out so much. In less than half an hour my friend had a new, working phone with a warranty for a really good price. Definitely will keep them in mind the next time I need a phone for a good price.

Wasted my time twice. Called to buy a Craiglist note 5, confirmed price and time that I would come to pick phone up. Showed up before agreed time and store was closed. Next day again called to confirm availability of phone as well as the time (called 5pm for a pickup before 7pm). Drove over to be told that phone was sold a day ago. No one seemed to remember the 5pm call. Just look for some other seller. These guys dont value your time.

Bought my wife an iPhone 8 plus with this store and two weeks later it locked up. Called At&t and they said it was reported stolen or lost and couldnt unblock it. They offered me a defective and scratched phone to replace it, but after 3 hours in the store they ended up only refunding me. Very poor service and sketchy phones unfortunately.

They might do good work as far as taking your phones but DO NOT work for these people unless your mental capacity is below normal and you are totally desperate. These people are disrespectful and treat their employees like idiots and do NOT like any opinions expressed. They do not pay a per hour wage so I know there are other better opportunities out there. The offices are filthy and if you need any supplies they make you bring them from home. There is a reason they have people working for them that are handicapped in either a mental or physical way. PASS THIS JOB UP!!
