Ive worked here at Edwards Lifesciences for 27 years now and I have always used CCS to assist me with many things around the campus, they have always been a great help no matter what the task may be or time of day or night I may need them, emergencys and all. A+ partnership, highly recommended.

I worked for CCS for more than a year in the Park Newport departments where the Park Newport managers and workers at that property treated me very well. The problem with CCS is its employees, some like Don Miguel, one of the CCS supervisors, who believe that because they are supervisors they can make fun of the employees and disrespect them. After I asked for a week due to a family problem that I had upon my return, he made fun and showed in front of some colleagues what was happening to me. It was good that David heard that, one of the CCS accountants. After I reported it to CCS in human resources, I knew that this man would take some action with me. After six months, I moved to another building. alleging that my building was in poor condition, since my building never had a complaint and there were buildings like 5 where they constantly complained. I went to talk to human resources so they could see that Don Miguel was only doing this in retaliation for reporting him and he ignored me. At that moment I presented my resignation because we janitors are very important for the company, we show our faces in the properties and it is not fair that they make fun of us or treat us like fourth-class employees. There, janitors, supervisors, ladies from human resources, we are employees and we are worth the same and no one should be above anyone else. If anyone has a problem with Don Miguel, dont stay silent, go to the property supervisors and complain so that they can see the treatment that some CCS supervisors give us and remove them. No one should be above anyone, show them this message. CCs without janitors are nothing. Make it clear that not even an idiot, regardless of his position, makes fun of you. In human resources there is already a report that I made against Don Miguel. Salvador and David the accountant know about this. My respects and thanks to Salvador and Carlos, CCS supervisors, they are mature people. And they dont have as stupid an attitude as Don Miguel. that he only gets to have his belly filled at break time because he always arrives hungry to see what they give him to eat and tell about his stupidities. That immature 70 year old man behaves like an idiot.
