I cannot say enough about Charles and his company. I am starting out on my own wedding and events venue and Charles helped create a solid business plan. The banks said one of the best they had ever seen in 50 years. Charles is super knowledgeable, has a lot of experience in the hospitality industry, and communicated every step of the way. I truly believe my venture would not be happening if it werent for his help!!! Will not stop praising.

After running a successful daycare business from my home for the past 3 years, I decided it was time to move to a commercial space where I could serve more families. This move requires a significant capital investment as I intend to buy a property and convert it to a daycare. To fund the purchase of the property, additional equipment and for working capital needs, I will supplement my capital investment with a bank loan. After identifying a suitable property, I hired Cayenne Consulting to prepare a business plan for submission to my bank. Unfortunately, the property fell through and after finding a second property, I had to go back to Cayenne to ask them to revise the business plan and financial forecast to reflect the second property. They were not only happy to help me at no additional cost, but they were responsive to my need to get this done quickly. No doubt, Cayenne has been a great partner for us as we work to expand our business.

Called back for a better Business Consultant match. No reply.Update response May 16, 2023:Hello. Per my review I CALLED back I didn’t send an email requesting a better match. I left a voice message stating what I wanted.Your understanding is correct. I did reach back out to you all after thinking and doing research about what I wanted to do moving forward. And that was. I wanted to try working with another consultant. The one star is because I did not get a response until. Well, now. The one star was not for the mismatch. Sometimes people connect and sometimes they don’t. It’s just that simple. Unfortunately it took over 14 days for a response. It’s also unfortunate it took an email from Google asking me for a review of my experience with your company to get a response from you. So again. Jimmy and I did not connect. That is okay. You win some you lose some. The reason for the one star is for the no/slow response requesting a new consultant. Communication is vital. I would suggest not advertise a phone number on your site if you only want communication via email.

We worked with John Beeby on creating a business plan for our startup and he was phenomenal. Throughout the entire process he was very patient, taking the time to explain his methods and findings to my partner and I so we would have a full understanding. He was thorough, punctual regarding the timeline he promised, and readily available by phone call or text day and night (even after he completed his portion of the project and we still had questions). He spent considerable time researching and understanding our industry even though it was new to him and helped us create a business plan/financial forecast that secured our funding. We truly could not have asked for a better consultant and would 100% recommend John to anyone needing help!

After speaking with several consulting firms Our company chose to work with Nancy Clauss with Cayenne Consulting, which turned out to be an excellent decision. Nancy was not only professional and extremely responsive but, she really knew what she was doing. Nancy was able to help our company successfully become a certified WOSB! I would highly recommend Nancy for any company trying to navigate the certification process.

Nancy was extremely helpful and through her efforts I was able to certify my business as a SDVOSB. She went above and beyond, and continued to help and guide me through the process even after all invoices were paid. Very rare to see that level of commitment to customer service... Would definitely recommend!
