David and his team are fantastic. Family owned and operated and you can tell! The attention to detail and level of quality are un-matched. I have used them on three projects and cant think of one complaint.I see construction happening on my street in Burbank all the time, and my projects always finish faster than anyone else.I highly recommend using David and Cavalier builders for any and ALL projects.

I decided to hire Cavelier Builders for my kitchen remodel and I cannot be more happy with how it turned out.Sharon is very knowledgeable and approachable from the get-go. For examples, during consultation, I expressed the desire to remove the soffit in my kitchen. Sharon quickly explained to me the potential limitations of doing so but left the final decisions to me. He also recommended many things along the way such as tile size, countertop brands, etc.I have a round kitchen so the layout is a bit challenging. Carlos, who is a pure artist, did an amazing job at making the custom cabinets. Felix and Marcello were efficient with laying out the tiles and backsplashes. My countertop also turned out great. Now all its left is for me to enjoy cooking in my new kitchen, where I belong (joke).Lastly, I want to point out that Cavelier Builders isnt the cheapest but you do get what you pay for. The quality of craftsmanship is undeniable.

I worked with David and Sharon on the remodel of two bathrooms. Their estimates were very reasonable and they were so easy to work with. They were quick to respond to questions and they provided really helpful suggestions. The work was done on time, without going over the budget, and the results were great! Both bathrooms look amazing and their suggestions were spot on. I will definitely work with them in the future on any other projects we have in the house.

Sharon from Cavalier Builders was the only contractor willing to work around my work schedule and come to my home on a (rainy) Saturday to give me an estimate on my balcony.Throughout the whole project, if I was not at home, Sharon kept me updated with their progress whether it be through still pictures or through video. If I had any questions, he was very quick to respond back.I appreciated the respect the team had for my home by placing floor protection on areas they would mainly be walking on, putting plastic coverings over my furniture to protect them from dust and completely cleaning up after themselves when the project was finished.I would definitely use Cavalier Builders again.

I highly recommend Cavalier Builders. They remodeled both my full bathrooms.and I love them. Sharon was on top of the progress and always available for my many questions. Remodels can be stressful but Sharon went above and beyond, helping me with selection of vanities, lighting and fixtures, paint and tile. Felix and Marcelo were on time every day, were respectful of my home and made sure they left a clean work area every day. Their tile work was amazing.Budget and schedule were adhered to, both bathrooms completed in only 4 weeks.I am so happy with the outcome.

I had previous project with Sharon and his team last year for one of my bathrooms renovation. Working with them was a great experience and I decided to go with them again for the rest of the bathrooms that needed some major updates.Sharon, the contractor, has been very reliable from the beginning to the end of the entire project. He is beyond excellent at communicating with us, always responsive and helpful, answering all the questions I have. I had one last minute idea popped up, not sure if it was doable at the moment. But decided to ask his advice. Of course he came up with a brilliant solution that made my idea come true, and within reasonable budget range! He is definitely professional and responsible for all the work he takes in charge.Also his team members, Felix and Marcelo, were wonderful guys to work with. They were very respective for our house, showed their work that had done by the time I stopped by to check in, and genuinely the kindest and the most hard-working people youd ever meet for home renovation projects!All of my family members are very happy with the final result :) There are a couple of spots that need retouch and its not me waiting for Sharon and his team to come, its them still waiting for me to reach out to them! Cavalier Builders recently completed a guest bath remodel at my home, which included a tub to shower conversion, plumbing adjustments, new light and fan, new floor and wall tile, plaster and paint, installation of a new vanity, mirror, faucets and shower fixtures, and reinstallation of an existing toilet and vanity lights.During the initial consultation, Sharon spent an hour with me going over every detail of what I had in mind, and tactfully advising on how to accomplish my plans within the existing space.David coordinated the daily schedule and the guys arrived promptly on time, completed their jobs, and cleaned everything up before leaving each day.Both Sharon and David kept in constant contact with me, promptly responding to messages, answering all of my questions, and making sure we were all on the same page as the work progressed.The completed remodel is just beautiful. The attention to detail is evident and all of the guys can be commended for their skill and craftmanship. I found the staff to be professional, friendly, and a joy to work with. STOP looking for contractors, you have found the one you need! After hearing so many horror stories from neighbors, we were terrified to select a contractor but we trusted all of these wonderful reviews about Cavalier Builders on Yelp. Im so glad we did! We had our kitchen and two bathrooms remodeled. Sharon was very easy to work with and helped us with our design decisions when we werent sure what to do. The work crew was with us for 6 weeks and became part of the family -- Eddie, Fernando and Carlos were all amazing and did impeccable work. They protected the surrounding areas where they were working and they cleaned everything up each day. They started and finished on time, prices are very fair, and we couldnt be happier with the results. We will not hesitate to call them again for future work!

My partner and I moved into a 1950s ranch style house that hadnt been updated since it was built. We knew going into it that it was in need of a lot of love and would be a big project but were excited to make it our own. After shopping around and getting some outrageous quotes, we both agreed Cavalier Builders had not only the best price for what they could offer us, but also great customer service. We worked with David and from the beginning he was honest, personable, and professional. We were able to quickly set up a time for him to come see the house and give us a quote. Once we decided to move forward with Cavalier Builders, the project got started within a couple weeks. Because of the age of the house and the nature of renovations there were some hiccups along the way, but David was always happy to work with us to find the best solution. Both he and his team continually made it clear to us that they were willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the outcome of the project. They renovated our kitchen and two bathrooms and we couldnt be happier with the final product. Not only are the rooms beautiful they are also now more functional! Cavalier Builders was incredible to work with. After struggling to get another contractor to do a bid on some house and yard work, I contacted Cavalier. After one day, I received a message back and worked with their office to schedule a site visit. Not more than a day or two later, the work had already begun. It was finished in a week. The whole way through, David sent pictures of progress and maximized the space available with an extra small patio at no extra charge. When I wanted one final door added to an under deck storage area, he was there the next day, and finished the job. I am amazed by their professionalism and their efficiency. I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone thinking of any kind of home repair. They must be some of the fastest, most thorough and professional contractors in the business.UPDATE: Cavalier was so wonderful to work with on smaller projects at my house that I fired my other contractor and asked Cavalier to take on the remodel of my entire first floor -- new kitchen, new bathroom, new bedroom, new fit and finish to nearly every square inch of the space. From start to finish, David, Tal and his talented and ready team were extremely communicative, helped me save money when possible, and completed the job in a rapid, unheard of timeline -- from demo to move-in, just six weeks. Every day, David gave me updates, sent pictures, helped keep ME on task, and let me know what they were working on each day. I am thrilled with my house. It is finally functional and beautiful, and lives up to its full potential. For the SECOND time, I could not give a heartier, no-exceptions recommendation for Cavalier Builders.Another UPDATE: On a moments notice, Cavalier and team showed up to my home when the hot water heater broke down. They sourced a new one, delivered it, installed it, and all within two days, so that only a single day passed without hot water in the house. This was especially appreciated because I now have tenants in the space, and I wanted the least amount of time to pass without them having hot water. Every and any time something pops up in my 100 year old home that needs fixing, they make it a priority, showing up seemingly even more quickly than a friend or relative, to make sure everything is fixed and running smoothly. It’s not often that expectations are met. It’s even less frequent that expectations are exceeded, and that is exactly what happened when we were working with Cavalier Builders.We are the proud owners of a mid-century Charles Dubois home. The property had been well-maintained but needed upgrading. We were seeking a contractor who would work with us on a room-by-room basis.We interviewed several people and then arranged for Sharon to visit our home. He listened intently to what we had in mind, but rather than have us jump into a larger project, as other contractors suggested, he was conservative and made specific suggestions for us to consider.We had a long lead time as we are not always in the area, which allowed us to order special doors and all the materials needed for the job. Once the work began, his employees were prompt, hard-working, polite, and precise.We had an old carpet removed, old windows removed and replaced, walls remediated, where water damage and termite damage had done their job. In places where the plaster wall needed repair, his staff was careful to make sure that new materials properly fit and were flush to the old wall.Sharon took extra care in assuring that we had the right molding for the job and the proper door locks. His electrician was prompt and did exactly what was needed to have downlights placed in the ceiling.These are people who go the extra mile, not only to see that the customer is pleased with the work but that the work pleases them because of its quality and workmanship.Naturally, we highly recommend Cavalier Builders and plan to use them for our next project.

My sister recommended Sharon Moshe of Cavalier Builders to me and Im thrilled with their work. Sharon had the best price on my full kitchen remodel. My wife and I knew what we wanted but occasionally Sharon would make a recommendation and now that the project is complete I can tell you his advise is spot on. Sharons workers are wonderful. Fernando is an excellent painter, plasterer, and jack-of-all-trades. All of Sharons guys arrived on time and left the jobsite looking great. My husband and I just finished remodeling our kitchen with Cavalier Builders, Inc. We own a mid-size townhome, and the original kitchen from the 1970s was still in place and badly in need of an overhaul. We found Cavalier Builders through a local Facebook group, and then looked them up on Yelp. What we loved the most was the idea that they are a family-owned business and are not juggling multiple projects. We have worked with another large contractor in the past, and the experience was not good, so this time we were really looking for someone who would treat us as valued clients, and we found this experience with Cavalier.From the start, we worked with Sharon Moshe who came to our home to give us an estimate. He was very open and honest about what could be done with our small kitchen, and the overall layout. Sharon was careful to point us in the right direction with our remodel that would make the most sense in terms of the usability of the space and the budget. He was respectful of our choices and made great recommendations in terms of tile, countertops and even appliances. So, we signed with Cavalier and continued to work with Sharon.Sharon was extremely responsive throughout the construction, constantly checking on the work and his team, and spending sometimes hours making sure the work was being done according to his high standards. Sharon estimated that the project would take between 4 and 7 weeks and the work was completed in 5 weeks, well within his estimate. The project remained on budget, with no hidden extras. We have worked with contractors who went well beyond budget and whose jobs took months to complete, but you will not find this with Cavalier.Sharon’s team were also amazing – he works with experts whose standards are just as high as Sharon’s. Carlos the carpenter, for example, created the kitchen cabinets of our dreams, and Felix the tile guy performed miracles with flooring and backsplash. The team were neat and tidy and ensured that the work area was cleaned up at the end of each day and made sure that our floors and home were protected with plastic barriers and floor coverings throughout the work.Another reviewer mentioned that Cavalier stands by its workmanship and we agree. There was a slight problem with a couple of outlets, and we called Sharon. Within an hour, on the weekend, Sharon’s electrician came out and fixed the problem within a few minutes. Sharon and Cavalier are dedicated to making the experience as smooth as possible and the outcome to be everything that you dreamed of and more. We highly recommend Cavalier, and we will definitely be using them again!

In addition to the great work he did at my house, one thing I really appreciated is that he often suggested more affordable alternatives to our proposed plan in order to save us money. Other contractors would obviously try to run up as big of an invoice as possible, but Sharon was honest and always suggests the most affordable route to getting a job done. We recently completed a remodel of two full bathrooms and replaced the flooring of our entire second floor and stairs with Cavalier Builders. I had previously received several quotes and Cavalier made me feel the most comfortable. David spent time going through every aspect of the remodel making sure my expectations were understood in advance. Other contractors quoted a lower price but only included demolition and labor. Cavaliers quote included everything from start to finish.David and his team did a fantastic job throughout the project. We were not home during the days for most of the remodel and the employees were completely trustworthy. They cleaned up at the end of each day and locked the house when they left. They were very conscientious and timely even as we added on to the original project.David was great at communicating what would be going on each day and provided solutions for any unforeseen issues that arose as a result of our original builder. He had resolutions for any issues and was always very responsive when we had questions.I highly recommend Cavalier Builders! They did a wonderful job and were very professional and thorough. I LOVE MY HOUSE! After living in our Agoura home for a year, we set out to completely overhaul the house. Cavalier Builders was recommended to us by our Designers, and were excellent partners. They had the most competitive bid, and really gave us everything we were looking for. You always hear horror stories about how contractors drag a project on forever, but that couldnt be further from the case with David and his team. They were as motivated as we were to begin work, and deliver a quality product. As unexpected items came up with faulty electricity, David simply passed new expenses as is to us, rather than marking up the price significantly, and we were able to finish the project with 5% of the initial bid. His team also offered the fastest turnaround time on the project, and delivered. Throughout the project David and his nephew Tal were like family, always checking in with us to make sure we were OK with this, or that. They were also able to help save on costs in many places by using their connections.Basically, Im obsessed with everything about our house, and wouldnt hesitate for a second to recommend david and his team.

My husband and I just finished remodeling 2-bathrooms with Cavalier Builders, Inc. I know most people talk about the tasks performed during their construction but I want to talk about the people since they are a critical and intricate part of any construction project.This is a family-owned business and during the duration of our remodel they extended their family to include us. We were treated as PERSONS requiring assistance with our home not an easy way to make a quick buck. Keep this in mind when making your decision as to which company you allow to reconstruct your home.My first contact was with Sharon Moshe who came to our home to give us an estimate. What stood out was his honesty as to what could be done for us within the bathrooms and cabinet remodel and what could not. He was more interested in making the spaces “useable” for us then doing a lot of useless/additional remodeling to make money. I did not get this impression from the other companies. Based on this premise, we accepted Cavalier’s estimate for the remodel. Sharon informed us we would be working very closely with his brother David on our remodel.Davis Moshe is a perfectionist. He is very compassionate about his work product and it shows. David looks at every angle of a situation and comes up with a resolution. This is the type of on-site manager you want working on your project. One who is readily available and more importantly capable of handling any problem(s) that may arise. Remodeling is very stressful. However, David made every situation appear to be par for the course in effect causing you to also assume his calmness. I would also like to mention that David is fantastic in responding to your requests and needs.Now, I am going to say thank you to some of the crew members. Please forgive me if I forget anyone. Eric and Andre David’s left and right arms. Thank you for doing all the hard lifting. Uriel the tile guy. This guy is amazing! The crews are respectful of your property and with cleaning up at the end of each day. I will miss this crew because for a very short period, we also felt like part of the crew.As I mentioned above, we also had our front porch rebricked (by Uriel). The quality of work made our neighbors stop and comment on his workmanship and how it gave our home additional curve appeal. We have lived in our house for 21 years and these neighbors have never spoken until the remodel. Fantastic craftsmanship!!Finally, and most importantly, Cavalier stands by its workmanship. If you have problems after the construction is completed, this company will stand-by you and address any concerns.In closing, I would highly recommend this company for ANY type of remodeling project.

A pleasure to work with! Were so glad we chose David and Cavalier builders to build our dream project.We underwent a complete Kitchen and Bathroom renovation with David and Cavalier Builders. This was a large project which involved a complete teardown of our existing kitchen and bathroom and building them up again from the ground. There was foundation work, structural work, framing, re-roofing, windows, tiles, cabinets, plumbing etc etc. And we went for a number of custom finishes and designs including Merlex plaster, a custom sunken bathtub, built in cabinets and high end materials. Have a look at the pictures posted on the review.The bidding process was clear, the pricing was fair, the workmanship was great, they were incredibly reliable (even in the middle of the pandemic), and the job looks fantastic.When you work on a long project like this the test always comes when you hit problems or unexpected issues and David was always there to work through them with us. He would always pick up the phone, was fair and straightforward with changes and took responsibility for anything that wasnt perfect.We are difficult clients with high standards and unusual designs, and we are glad to say that even after a long and complicated project we consider David to be our friend and partner. And he still picks up the phone and helps us with anything that comes up.To top it all off, David really is a lovely guy. Hes kind, helpful, friendly, positive and very very proud of his work. And this attitude and approach is reflected through his whole team. We lived in the house for most of the renovation and they are all just great vibes to have around. Always smiling, friendly and helpful. Really a lovely group of people.If youre looking for a contractor for a project you cant do better than David and Cavalier !

Sharon and his team remodeled our bathroom – a small, dark, room that had outdated styling from the 1980s. They demolished everything to the studs and installed the tub, vanity, plumbing, lighting, and tile to transform it into a bright, inviting, modern space. While all of the work was really well done, the tiling for the bath and the niche were especially nice, with Felix’s meticulous attention to detail that gave us a beautiful finished product. Sharon gave us helpful advice about lighting and ventilation, helped us to problem solve when we needed it, and completed the job right on time. The entire crew was proficient and professional, and we recommend Cavalier Builders without reservation.

We are so glad we hired Cavalier Builders to do exterior work on our home. We had some water entering during last years rains, and Sharon was able to diagnose the problem and recommend a great solution. They removed an old balcony where water was entering and waterproofed and repaired the stucco and installed a faux balcony (custom made by someone Sharon recommended). They also painted the exterior of the house, which included a lot of detailed work on columns and trim.Sharon was great to work with, very responsive and clear and provided fair pricing. Eddie and Rigo were here everyday and did excellent, quality work. They always arrived on time and cleaned up every day and were great at consulting with us if any questions or concerns came up. My husband and I had a great experience working with Cavalier Builders and would certainly recommend them to friends and family. Anyone who’s done work on their home knows how hard it is to find an honest, reliable contractor at fair market value. We feel very lucky to have been referred to Sharon and his team.Sharon is extremely responsive via texts and voice messages before and during the renovation. We appreciate his guidance as we were figuring out materials, fixtures, appliances, etc. He was always available to consult with us, even on weekends, though we tried not to bother him on his days off.We had work done in the kitchen and two bathrooms. His team arrived promptly at 7:30 every morning and wrapped up between 2-3pm every afternoon. Eddie and Fernando always got to work right away and frequently asked us our preferences before getting to work. They were also quick to make any minor adjustments.Anytime we needed a plumber or electrician to work on something they’d be available within the next day or two. Sharon manages his team and projects well, so we were able to finish our renovations within the estimated timeline. I found Cavalier Builders from Yelp and carefully read other reviews before setting up an appointment with Sharon. After a couple of days, we set up an appointment to go over the scope of our bathroom renovations, and right after the initial meeting with Sharon, I knew he was the right person for us. He was transparent, genuine and extremely friendly. We texted for the next couple of days for some follow up items, then signed a contract agreement to start the process. After that, everything was exactly as expected and Sharon and his team made sure that they were delivering what has been promised. If you have done more than one renovations with different contractors, you understand how hard it is to find a honest, reliable and easy to work with contractors. I found one in Cavalier Builders. Our experience with Cavalier Builders was fantastic! Our project involved a large addition/remodel to the existing structure of our house and garage. We ended up interviewing about 8 different contractors before starting, but what ultimately sold us on Cavalier was David. He was very open, forthright, and honest. And this was a sign of things to come throughout our project.The initial estimate for our job was ~4 months, but it ended up taking over 10 months to complete. We didnt mind this much because there were several items that we added on throughout the job that extended the length of this. In addition, we had one of the wettest winters on record and that ended up delaying things because we were building in the middle of the rainy season. The best part about everything was that David and his team did a fabulous job accommodating everything we asked for. Despite this being a major project, we were still able to live in the house the entire time and they worked around us to ensure we still had adequate living space.But what really impressed us was the people at the company. Starting with David, he was about as open, responsive and communicative as you could ask for. We were pretty much able to reach out to him at any time and almost always get a response back immediately. Even on New Years Eve night when it was raining and we were dealing with some leaks, he called us back to do what he could to help us out! He listened to all our requests and addressed every single item we asked of him and his team. And his workers are all top-notch! Especially Martin, Angel and Sergio, who did the most work on our house and were extremely detail-oriented and always addressed our questions and concerns.We are very pleased with our entire experience at Cavalier Builders and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. This is our third project with Cavalier Builders, and Sharon and his team did another excellent job. Theyd already remodeled our kitchen and one bath, and this second bathroom needed to be completely rebuilt from scratch. Sharons estimate was detailed and thorough, and he double checked the sizes and specifications for the fixtures, vanity, toilet, etc. to be sure the things we picked out would work. When it came to the actual renovation, everyone showed up on time each day, wore masks inside, and was incredibly respectful with our home. We recently had both our bathrooms remodeled. We have been waiting a LONG time while reading all the horror stories. I talked to two other contractors, one of which quoted me and then never called when he said he would. The second quoted and said they would have done in two days???? Did not sound like it would be a very good job. Plus, we had to hire some else to come in and complete the patching/painting.With Cavalier, Sharon was very up front from the first meeting. This was our third project with Cavalier, and it was far more extensive than the remodeling of our bathrooms. We converted our garage into a 500 square foot studio apartment for my mother. I’m the kind of person who likes concise and informative reviews so I would recommend Cavalier builders to anyone for three main reasons: Communication, Expertise and Flexibility.Firstly, if you have ever had any work done you know how important quick communication is. We have a toddler at home and don’t have a lot of free time. Sharon is always so quick to respond and communicates through text, which is perfect for me. Sends quick updates, videos, and in person he is very helpful. I had him come quote me and he gave his opinion on what he thought needed to be done to get my house ready to sell. Sharon even told me what he thought I didn’t need to do, not many contractors would do that. He talks you through every step and his contracts are very detailed so you know exactly what to expect.Sharon and his team have a lot of expertise and are all very professional, this is the third time working with him and everyone has always come exactly on time, been super courteous, finished the project on time and left my house as clean as it was before.Finally, one of my main reasons I continue to work with Cavalier builders is their flexibility. It is a large business but everyone acts like a family. The benefit is that you can get a job done quickly and on time but they will also take on little jobs that are hard to get other big companies to do. I had a roof leak once and contacted a large roofing company, they said they were booked four weeks out, I contacted Sharon and I had it done one week later. I had an old wall heater that was broken and I wanted to remove it. I contacted a large heating and cooling company and they said they wouldnt do it. After three jobs I even recognize faces behind masks and worked with Eddie, Felix, and Sammi a few times. We had some mudroom lower / upper cabinets installed along with a sliding patio door, exterior doors, doggy door, and a room painting + bathroom re-grout. Some of the work required stucco and exterior paint touch-ups which they matched very well to the rest of the outside of the house. One day we realized we had forgotten to buy the knobs for the cabinets, so he offered to pick some up while at Home Depot. He searched for and bought several pairs that matched our cabinets in our Kitchen. Surprises always come up in construction, so I usually expect to pay a little more than the quoted price for the scope of work (we needed new door framing for one of our doors), but the costs for additional work and materials was reasonable and they addressed issues immediately. All I have to say is WOW!! David just finished working on my bathroom and I am so impressed by how smoothly the whole process went. I was not planning to remodel my bathroom but my shower pan broke so I had to immediately spring into action. I met with a few different contractors but I instantly trusted and liked David. We recently bought a townhouse that needed some work done before we move in. The kitchen is updated and just needed some touch ups but it did not have a pantry. The measurements for the pantry we wanted was not standard so it had to be custom built. Tal and Jose Luis did great work and went above and beyond our expectations. We remodeled our bathroom with Cavalier Builders after taking bids from six contractors that had high rankings from Yelp and Angies List. Cavalier was second lowest, but I was impressed by co-owner Sharon Moshe and his many reviews were positive and credible. Sharon estimated three weeks and thats what it took. The demo took two days and they did a good job setting down paper and sheeting to protect the rest of the house. The electrical and plumbing subs were all competent and arrived on time. Felix with his brother, Marcelo, assisting did the tile work (a lot of difficult mosaic) as well as the carpentry. Felix is a real craftsman with a terrific work ethic- really a special guy. All the workmen seemed to respect Sharon and that made for a good work environment. Much better and probably cheaper than me trying to contract it myself. Totally satisfied and would use them again.

We interviewed a few contractors for our ADU project and we have decided to go with Cavalier builders after a referral from our neighbor. The job they have done for our neighbor was great and upon meeting David - our contractor and owner of Cavalier Builders, we felt he was someone we could trust for the process. David knew a lot more regulations than any other contractors we have interviewed.From the beginning - the meetings for the structural design went smoothly, David and his team listened to our needs.The permit process took a bit longer due to Covid and the city but David and his team again helped greatly to speed up this process. The timeline and the cost were right in line with the estimate Sharon gave us at the beginning of the process. I can see why customers use Cavalier builders several times. This is the first time I used them and I was impressed.The first thing to note is that this job was relatively small. I understand if contractors only want to focus on a large projects but youd think they would at least tell you that. Many phone calls were not returned to me by other prospective contractors.But Cavalier was very responsive and meeting occurred quickly and I can tell Sharon listened to what I said as I had a clear idea regarding what I wanted to do. He didnt try to upsell me or blow up the scope of the work.The job involved opening up a section of wall for open concept and fixing drywall where a closed up doorway used to be. In addition, relocating a bedroom entrance to be closer to the bathroom. It was knocked out in 3.5 days versus the 5-8 originally estimated. The workers were clean and work very hard and you can tell theyve probably seen almost anything in terms of this kind of work. Great attention to detail. I absolutely will reach out to them in the future.

Had several house projects completed by Cavalier. Highly recommend them. David was terrific from start to finish. There was no interruption in the plan. The workers came every day. At the end of the day I was informed who would be coming in the morning and at what time. Popcorn was removed from cathedral ceiling, ceilings and walls painted, carpet removed, laminate installed and two bathrooms remodeled. David coordinated the painters, plumbers, shower basin installer, tile guy, floor installers and electrician to be here at the right times. We used Cavalier Builders to redo our bathroom and they did a fantastic job. The previous owners hired substandard contractors to build a bathroom addition. They failed to properly waterproof the shower and after years of leaking, dry rot developed in the subfloor. Sharon and his team came in and were able to remove the dry rot from the subfloor and save as much of the existing floor as they could. They then redid the bathroom properly and it looks better than ever. It pays to have things done right the first time and I would absolutely use Cavalier Builders again.

The craftmanship of Cavalier/ David Moshe’s team was very impressive.All of the flooring in my two-story condominium was replaced with hardwood laminate. The work on all of the stairs, risers and landing showed great attention to detail. The old baseboard was removed throughout, and replaced with tall detailed baseboards, creating a custom finished look. Equal attention was paid to refinishing all of the ceilings, re-grouting and caulking all of the baths and kitchen tile, and to painting the old stained kitchen cabinets a fresh white.All of the crew were provided with “covid-19 masks”; the job was finished in the time frame given with no cost overruns. I found Cavalier Builders through the incredible yelp reviews. This was my first expensive project and was nervous about finding an honest and RELIABLE contractor. Sharon is my new go-to company.I hired him to remodel our master bathroom. His price was comparable to the other quotes we got. Sharon had three workers here each day (one was Eddie). They arrived out front every single day by 715am ready to start by 730am. The guys were respectful, efficient, and polite. They took a short lunch and maintained a clean work space. Every single day they swept and vacuumed any dust they dropped, put away their tools/supplies, and organized tools over night to take up less space.While doing the tile inside the niche of the shower, it appeared uneven. I told Eddie and Sharon of my concern. The very next morning it was addressed and fixed - NO argument or hassle! Eddie and the guys were extremely meticulous with the work they did (haning interior doors, installing vanity and cabinet, shower tile, light switches and fixtures). I noticed they were so detailed the screws for the two electrical outlets were all lined up evenly (vertical).After the last day I noticed a hose to the toilet was leaking. I called Sharon who offered to come fix and replace it on a holiday. Before he came out, I checked it out a little further and saw it just needed to be tightened. The point here is the toilet and hose were not part of his contract and he had no responsibility to do anything, but he was willing to go above and beyond to make me happy. 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG!!

We recently use Cavalier to remodel our only bathroom in the house, and we had a great experience. We originally wanted just a few simple updates but learned from the initial meeting that our bathroom would need more to be done properly and up to code. He showed up almost every single day to check in on his crew and with us to see the progress.
