7/14/18 I live in San Diego but drove all the way to Corona for this more than a great deal. We arrived and the vehicle was just as described. We test drove and dealt With Derek the owner. This was the complete opposite of any car experience I ever had. He was upfront and honest with the purchasing process. From test drive to keys in my hand was no more than 30minutes. After shopping around at various big brand dealerships I stumbled across this little gem Catalano motors. I inquired about a gently used 2019 Honda CR-V on a Sunday and got a quick response from Greg. I was already exhausted from dealing with sales men who just wanted to sell a car and told Greg from the start no funny car sales business. He said the sale price what he could and couldn’t do and gave me the information I needed. I was ready to make the trip to Corona from Murrieta. The vehicle was just as described on line and was about $2,000.00 less than the average sale price for that same year, make and, model. Greg was patient, communicative and totally understanding when we faced some financing issues. Luckily we were able to seal the deal and I left with a great extended warranty and a vehicle that will last longer than the life of my loan. Greg exceeded my expectations and even repaired a broken fog light I didn’t notice at the time of purchase. I’d highly recommend Catalano motors.

Best experience Ive had and a long time. Saw the dream truck I wanted online called Catalano Motors and Derek answered and was excited to work with me. My credit history was denied several times. Derek introduced me to Gregory who also tried several times. Days in I was still denied. So 3 days later I decided to go to the dealership and look at their other vehicles they had on their lot. But I only desired one truck. I eventually broke the news to both of them that there was only one truck I was interested in and did not want to compromise to another vehicle. I was just about to walk out when Derek asked me to wait a moment as he tried one last thing. He eventually called a bank and explain my situation and my work that I do. The bank eventually decided to give me a call and question me about my work and credit history. I dont know how but Derek and Gregory created some kind of magic that allowed me to get the loan from the bank and the truck of my dreams. I couldnt be more thankful to both of them for not ever giving up on me, and and having the relationship they have with their Banks to be able to work with me was a blessing. He was knowledgeable and forthcoming about the pros and cons of each truck we were looking at and there was zero pressure as we made our decision. Derek at Catalano motors was helpful and genuine throughout my entire visit and he made it an easy decision to choose to do business there. The vehicles on hand were of great quality and I was given plenty of time to look over the primary truck I came to check out. Just purchased our new family car from Catalano Motor, and had a very positive experience. We found the vehicle we were interested online... which led us to visiting Catalano Motors in person. I’ve always purchased vehicles from larger dealerships. The smaller dealership size and my lack of being familiar with the area had me nervous and my guard way up. Within the first 30 seconds of chatting with the salesperson I realized I had nothing to worry about. The guys were friendly, easy going, and very upfront and honest. I feel that 5 stars are well deserved. I’ve never had an experience with such great customer service! I ended up surprising my wife with the car the next day, and they went above and beyond to make it special with a delivery of the car directly to our door. I saw a great deal on a 2013 Ford Edge Sport with low miles (under 47k) and got in touch with the dealership. My hopes werent very high having dealt with another dealership and my banks denying me financing so I didnt expect much. Ive always heard of horror stories about dealing with used car lots. This however, was a completely pleasant surprise. I worked with Javier as well as the owner Derek and both were very professional and honest. They gave me a great deal. They even let me take the vehicle to a mechanic who checked a few things out as well as hooked it up to a code scanner so I can see with my own eyes if there were any codes thrown. All came back perfect. I took it to a new dealership to take care of a warranty item that I knew about before the purchase and they told me it needed new brakes. I was a little surprised, however, I called Catalano and let them know the situation and they said no problem they would take care of it for me and to drop by their mechanic that does all their work for them. The mechanic showed me the brakes that were replaced and they didnt even need replaced. They still had about 50% life left. Seems like the new car dealer were the scammers. The only pressure I felt from them to purchase was good pressure. They kept offering me things to get me to take it and lowered the price even more. They made it so I couldnt refuse. Ill recommend these guys anytime for somebody looking for a used vehicle.

There was an issue with the cars braking system, where the emergency brake wouldnt release. It was due to a brake job that was done on it. We took it to the Land Rover Dealer, and they said brake job was the culprit. We talked to Derek and Kevin, and they sent us a check for the entire bill! They are great, and they dont try to scam you. They even got us better financing than we were previously approved for. They go above and beyond to make sure you afe happy, and thats a rarity! Go pay them a visit!

Shopped around... test drove a few trucks. Everything was by far a horrible experience. Then I found these guys online by chance. Just by the pictures I knew I wanted this Dodge Ram 1500. And honestly it was like buying a NEW truck... I am a very picky and detailed guy with my rides. Got what I wanted!!! Plus I had to take my rental car back and had no way of dropping it off and buy this truck. They drove my new truck to the rental place and took me back to the deal. They really went beyond what anywhere else would!!!! no way will I ever go anywhere else to buy a car or truck but here. Good job guys!!! My only problem is I can’t give out more ⭐️’s. I thought I was working with professionals. Worst dealership I have had to deal with and one that needs to be taken off the market for selling a truck to a customer with Major problems (known to them and covered up) to include cracked heads and a broken Y pipe. The Oil cooler was also clogged and from the hoses it was told to me this is more than likely a problem that has been ongoing for a while. I would steer clear of this dealership and their cars. I was asking questions to them and they acted as if they had no idea about any of the vehicles. Be Warned they are Con Artists. When I called to request the vehicle be purchased back (2 days after buying and bringing to a mechanic) or if they could help on an approximate $7k bill they said they might be able to work $3-500 max. but he would not take the vehicle back. He said you bought it as is, it is no longer our problem.

Scam. they buy beat up cars at auctions for dirt cheap, up the price and sell it back to you with a FAKE CARFAX report. I bought a car, first off they messed up the registration, and they gave me the falsified CARFAX report because they wanted to hide structural damage to the vehicle.
