Oil change prices are no more than the big-name places youve heard of, but the service here is superior. They get the work done faster and have an attention to detail that will prolong the life of your car. Theyll look up your specific car manufacturers specs and perform only the work your car needs.You can drop your car here and wait in the carwash lobby or visit one of the restaurants around the corner(sushi, tacos, pizza, etc). Theyll call you if they discover your vehicle needs more than oil, like filters or a leaking oil pan or tire rotation.If youre like me, youre always a little skeptical of oil change places - I bring multiple cars here, so I can say with some confidence that they are honest and would never try to fool you into getting work you dont need.Oil changes include a car wash next door free of charge - you drop it off at Castrol and pick it up clean at the car wash. I usually wait in the carwash lobby, which is very comfortable and clean - there are also several other businesses to occupy your waiting time inside the lobby(interior live koi pond, self-serve café, fresh to order tacos/burritos/juices/smoothies, shoe repair/shining services, mobile device repair services, etc).

Fast Service, friendly people, amazing service! I brought my car in after a theft accident for piece of mind. I noticed my car was leaking coolant. The owner took care of me! Not only did I need the radiator coolant cap replaced, but I also needed the air intake tube because it was torn! Everything was done in 1 hr. Which was PERFECT because I had plenty of time to pick up the kids from school. This is my Go-To Auto Shop! Very Trustworthy. Thank you Carlos!

Definitely recommend to anyone, Great pricing, quick turnaround time. Anything you need done to your car these guys can take care of it! If you’re looking to get your vehicle serviced, by an honest shop, look no further! I went to a handful of other shops before coming across Castrol Premium Lube Express and I’m so glad I did!I came in with other repair orders I was given from other shops but thankfully, they told me they’d diagnose it themselves. I can’t tell you how RELIEVED I was. They were honest about what I did and didn’t need and didn’t try selling me other BS services like the other shops did. There’s no comparison ! They were completely transparent, honest, were in constant communication and finished my services faster than expected! Thank you Carlos and Castrol Premium Lube Express! I’ll definitely be coming back!

My 2018 Hyundai Tuscon was letting me know it was due for service -3000 miles ago, oops! I was going to take it to the dealership for service but they never had any appointments available. I decided to reach out to Castrol Premium Lube Express and they were able to get me in right away! They were really accommodating to my schedule! I was able to drop off my car, and instead of waiting in their waiting area, I decided to walk over to the shopping center near by. I did some shopping while my car was getting serviced, which was great and really convenient for me. Juan Carlos (the owner) called me to let me know what my car needed done (oil change, tire rotation, windshield wiper replacement) and let me know the price (SUPER AFFORDABLE!). My car was serviced and even got a free car wash! I was called and let know my car was ready to be picked up! Two days later my car got a check engine light on. I called Juan Carlos back and he was really accommodating, he told me everything was great when he maintenance my car but that he would be happy to look it over again and run a diagnostics free of charge. Turned out my gas cap was just loose and that was setting the sensor off (oops!). Overall AMAZING SERVICE! If you need to get your car some maintenance, please call Castrol Premium Lube Express! I am never going back to the dealership or any other place! Fast effective service, and NO hidden fees or unnecessary charges!

Called and asked if they carried Edge EURO oil as my vehicle requires this specific oil. The guy said yes so I planned a time since its a 45min drive and they are the closest location to me. When I get there a few days later, the guy was very polite and courteous. I said I wanted the oil change with Edge Euro. He looked at me with some confusion. After talking back and forth for a few minutes he was able to confirm they do not have Edge Euro. I was super frustrated with this since I had already called and confirmed previously and this was a huge waste of my time. Anyway, if you need Castrol Edge Euro this is not the place.

Awesome job guys. Really took care of me and the prices I was quoted were cheaper than 2 other places, including a friend. Very fast and convenient for me. All work done before 5 and I had some larger ones. Get a free wash with every visit.
