I am pleased to provide a truthful review for Cassileth Plastic Surgery and Skin Care Salon. What a fantastic experience I had. I’m approaching 70 years old, and I was skeptical about many of the procedures that are part of the modern day. I chose the filler treatment, a non-invasive procedure. This procedure was completed by a fabulous technician named Aubrey, her bedside manner is wonderful, and she is highly skilled. The outcome of this procedure has been a softer, younger – by about 10 years – look to my face. I am thrilled with the results! if you’re looking for a non-evasive procedure, that will guarantee a better-looking you-, choose this salon, and ask for Aubrey!

Dr. Kelly Killeen - FIVE STARS ⭐️Dr. Killeen did my breast reduction 2 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made! Her skill is incredible and the overall experience was top notch! I was able to get in touch with a nurse at any point after my surgery when I had questions and they would respond almost immediately! Everything was explained to me in great detail and the recovery was so much easier than I thought it would be! I won’t let anyone else ever do a breast procedure on me again. I will always go out of my way to see Dr. Killeen! I even received an amazing gift bag post op that had a book, notebook, water bottle, blanket, and so much more!Aesthetic Nurse Aubrey Mench - FIVE STARS ⭐️As an out of town patient, I was going to be in town for a limited time and wanted to have some laser treatments on my scars from my BR, as well as Botox injections for TMJ. I was able to converse with Aubrey before coming in to town and she set all of the right expectations! She is so sweet and definitely someone I would see again! She took her time with me and I didn’t feel rushed!My review of the billing department is not a reflection of the Surgeons and nurses as I believe they are completely separate experiences…Billing Department - 2 Stars…I have been working with the billing department for the last 2 years on my insurance claims for the breast reduction and it has been nothing but a headache. The original person I was working with no longer works there and when my case was transferred over to Heather, everything got lost in the mix. I ended up having to hire an outside company to help with the claim because I could rarely get ahold of Heather. I paid for my entire surgery upfront, and what was supposed to be fully covered from insurance ended up being less than 36% reimbursed by insurance because of errors and not being provided all of the documentation. Once they got their money, their help was almost nonexistent.Regardless, I will absolutely be back at Cassileth Plastic Surgery!

It is quite uncharacteristic of me to write a review but because of the exceptional care, professionalism and service I received from Katia, I felt compelled to share my opinion. I am not someone who buys a lot of products and my approach to beauty maintenance is more minimalist than indulgent. That is all the more reason why I wanted to share my experience with Katia. I had a second facial and couldnt be more enthusiastic to say this was an absolutely wonderful and extraordinary indulgence that improved the quality, texture and condition of my skin after having had only two facials. I intend to continue with Katia on a regular basis as my goal now is to feel about my skin in the future the way I feel about it today, after my facial. I am so pleased with the value, level of care and outcome I received from my treatment with Katia that I highly encourage and recommend others to experience these benefits; shes wonderful!

Casselith med spa is the best in town. From the moment you walk in, everyone is warm, friendly, and accommodating. I love Sandy and Aubrey. Theyre both so personable and they make sure to go over all your needs and wants - all while staying within your budget. Aubrey is the only person I will let touch my face with botox. She has a gentle hand (I never bruise) and is highly educated. Ive learned a lot about facial anatomy through the years by just by asking questions. Simply, the best!

If you want to age yourself 10 years, then Cassileth is the place to go. Dr. Hussain caused tissue damage to my lower eyelid and refused to take accountability. My self esteem has suffered, I look older than when I went in for treatment. I regret making the decision to go to this office. Dr. Hussain talks a big game but reality is, he’s inexperienced. Additionally, the office is disorganized and has poor communication between departments. At best, their communication is as good as a game of telephone. What a headache to contend with, not to mention the tissue damage I have to face every time I look in the mirror.

10/10 would recommend !!! I came to this facility twice for microneedling and Botox!Sandy, the med spa coordinator, welcomed me with a warm smile and addressed all of my concerns and offered suggestions and recommendations when appropriate. Aimee performed both the microneedling and Botox for me! She would always explain everything ahead of time and I felt super comfortable and safe. Her attention to detail led to perfect results! In addition, Aubrey also went out of her way to further discuss my skin concerns and offered recommendations for my under eye skin treatments. Lastly, the whole team did a great job of checking in with me regularly and made sure I had all my questions answered before leaving.The results are phenomenal and I felt super comfortable and safe! I can’t wait to come back for my second sessions !!

Dr. Killeen is not only a top flight surgeon -- deeply skilled and apprised of all the latest techniques and literature -- she really cares about her patients and achieving the best outcome for them. Before surgery Dr. Killeen clearly explained all of my options, as well as the accompanying risks so I felt prepared and completely confident in my choices as a patient. After a direct-to-implant double mastectomy (with Dr. Heather Richardson from the Bedford Breast Center), Dr. Killeen and my nurse Amy closely monitored every aspect of my recovery (including answering questions and checking on my progress in the evenings and weekends) with the rest of the team cheering me on. I will be forever grateful for the amazing care I received!

Wow Cassileth is just so beautiful! Found free 2 hour parking garage across the street which made things so simple. Aubrey and Sandy were so so welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease (which says a lot bc we are in the heart of Beverly Hills after all)! I had my first Morpheus treatment and they took such good care of me making sure I was comfortable, relaxed, & pain free. Can’t wait to go back in a few weeks for my next treatment!!

I love my lip filler and Botox by Aubrey Mench! I like a very natural look for myself and got half a syringe of filler in 2020 but the injector I saw then did not sufficiently numb me. It was a very negative experience pain wise and my eyes were involuntarily watering the entire time!However, I have a few friends who see Aubrey for their filler and Botox and their results are always top tier. I was impressed by how refreshed my friends looked after seeing Aubrey and decided to give it another shot (pun intended). My experience with Aubrey was a night and day difference. I finally understand what people mean when they say getting their lips injected isn’t abject torture. It was virtually painless and I love how chill Aubrey is. She’s super knowledgeable but has the best vibe and makes getting injections done a breeze. 5/5 would recommend!
