A few years back Don, the owner of Cassel Air Conditioning & Heating Service did an excellent job in installing a new HVAC system. We made a service call to Don on 5/11/24 because our AC was not going on and it was evident that the termostat was not functioning. Don found a problem on the HVAC system and got the AC working again - thankfully because it is scheduled to be in the 90s all week. He was there for nearly two hours, fixed the problems and refused to charge us for the call. Quite a surprise and speaks volumes about the credibility of Don and his company. Both Bob and I highly recommend him.

On 3/18/24, I had Cassel heating and air replace my HVAC unit. The price for the system and equipment was very reasonable compared to other companies. Don the owner was very knowledgeable about the system and explained the operations. He replaced my old system with a two stage Trane heater and AC. I highly recommend Cassel Heating & Air.

We hired Don to replace our ductwork and add a new air intake. From the get go, he was really responsive. Don is really knowledgeable and during his visit he was able to identify several deficiencies, including the need to upsize the ducts. It feels like we have a whole new system! Our home is much more comfortable with the heating on these past weeks. Our furnace doesn’t have to run as long to meet the set temperature. It will be interesting to see if it translates to cheaper heating bills. Don’s rates are really reasonable and were actually less than competitors despite having an expanded scope.Follow-up 05/17/2024 - We have just reviewed our winter gas bills to see how they compare to previous years. Our bills were around 35% lower than previous years. Astounding!! Thank you Don for helping us to improve the overall system.

Don was everything he was tenty years ago. I got back from the tour de France it was hundred degrees at 1 am it was miserable. I came home to house that you could not sleep in. I dont know how I got Dons number but I called him at 5 in the morning thank God he fixed what was wrong. We both got on with our lives. But tenty years later I called him again. Same super person. This is a good man. This time I had really big problem. It took all day, and Im so happy I kept hes number. Thanks Don

I was so pleased with the service we received from Don Cassel. I first called him on a Sunday and he came out on a 109 degree day. We did need a new unit because ours was 20 years old. He got everything in less than a week. He was on time, professional and did a much improved install compared to our previous system. There were no surprises and the cost was exactly what he quoted us even though he had to do some extra repair work. I highly recommend Cassel Air for honest, timely, neat and professional service!!

Mr. Cassel is a very knowledgeable professional and knew exactly what the problem was with our system. He had the parts needed for the repair and had our home cooling again in less than an hour. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their heating and air needs.

On the hottest day in recent history, Don came to our rescue! I came home early from my office due to the excessive heat only to find out that my A/C at home wasnt working. I did a quick Google search and found Don. Spent a few minutes reading reviews and called thinking he would be much too busy and I would have to call several repair companies. Don not only picked up right away but was kind and courteous and honest. Due to the location of our HVAC system, he asked if he could come a little later. The fact that he could come that day was enough for me so I agreed. He arrived promptly at the time he gave me and was very efficient with locating the issue and making the repair. Within the hour, my house had cooled down completely and my kids and dogs were super happy! He offered a very fair price and we were happy to pay it. We will be calling again when our system from 1994 has another issue! Thank you, Don, for providing such a great service!

Highly recommend!! We loved Don and his guys. Our AC was old and was having issues. We got it fixed and got an estimate from another company but we should have called Don from the beginning. Only if we had known earlier.I knew as we had our first consultation that he was trustworthy and honest. It’s hard to find people like him nowadays. He’s genuine and really looks out for your best interest instead of what’s best for his business or trying to make money off of you. He just feels like family and is such a sweet, nice person. Their service was fast and immaculate. They got our AC replaced in two days and even got our whole house fan working. Amazing work and even better staff.

Cassel Air Conditioning and Heating Services is simply the Best. Don Cassel’s word is golden. His work is excellent. Doing business with Don is like “Painless Dentistry”. Easy and with no drama. He is extremely knowledgeable and his pricing is very fair. If you don’t do business with Don you’ll both lose.
