I can confidently say Casey is an excellent attorney as someone who knows lawyers well, and anyone would be extremely lucky to work with him for their personal injury needs. Casey assisted me with a dangerous condition of public property case that left me with serious injuries, and he was extremely knowledgeable about the complexities of litigating with public entities involved.After all our talks about my case, I always came away feeling so confident and at peace having Casey as my personal injury attorney because he is a great person as well. He showed so much compassion for the injuries I had sustained and made me feel like he really cared about my case/defending me throughout. He aggressively litigated my case, but exhibited the highest ethics, skills, and professionalism while doing so. I was introduced to Casey after a family member and our dog were attacked by another dog that was off leash in our neighborhood. It was an incredibly stressful and scary time for us and we are so grateful that we were able to connect with Casey for legal advice.What most stands out is how patient, responsive, and helpful he was even though our situation was likely not one that would turn into business for him. I feel like this is the true indication of what kind of person you are working with. He gave us a roadmap for thinking about our options, helped us understand our relevant city ordinances, and even provided comments on a written document we needed to submit.We hope to meet up with him for coffee after the pandemic ends to say thank you in person.
