Update**** Julio (manager) reached out to me after I left the review. He said he was not aware of the situation. He promptly set up the refund and the check was delivered within a business day._____________________I had to cancel my trip due to layoffs at my company. They told me the check would be mailed out between 30-60 days. When the 60 days were approaching, I called back and the woman helping me said she would expedite if. It’s been almost three months and I haven’t received it. I called today and again, they said I would receive within 7 days. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

This company is a scam, the agent name Jeff is not being professional. He lied to me that if I change to condominium option, I will pay a little bit more, but then we can have 2 to 3 rooms available and can invited as many people as we would love too. However when I book a reservation, there is nothing like that, only available for 2 people and cost more money. It’s also hard to get a hold of any of them, and the available date is very hard to find. Don’t waste your money and ruin your vacation with these scam company. He even cancel my order even I don’t approve. Very Rude service.

We attended a travel club presentation and were given a certificate for 2 free nights from Casablanca Express. After following all their rules and paying $70 to cover taxes for the room we were assigned 2 nights at a Motel 8 outside of Sarasota. The agent advised us to upgrade due to the poor quality of the hotel, which we did. Basically this was a scam. She did not tell us the true cost of the room and after receiving the statement we actually paid full retail. They did not return phone calls, and they do not honor their offers.I would never believe any of their offers.

I took an offer from them to attend one of their presentations in exchange for a free trip to Hawaii Honolulu. They later charged me a tax and deposit for the trip which I had no problem paying. After realizing we would have a very limited time there they offered a 7 night stay at one of their timeshares. I have been trying to schedule that for months now and they are not responding to me. Absolute joke! 100% do not recommend! Received a trip to DisneyWorld, when my family was ready to plan the trip (after we paid our deposit, mind you), our assigned travel agent ghosted us for WEEKS! When she FINALLY got back to us after daily phone calls for several weeks on end, she gave us a final quote for the trip that was DOUBLE the amount of the original. Called back an hour later to cancel all together, and we were told we would get our refund by mail in 30-60 days. We are past the 60 day threshold with no refund. Again, we have been trying to communicate with them for a couple weeks now on our refund without ANY response. This company is a scam! DO.NOT. USE. THEM!

This is a total scam. Do not fall for this timeshare presentation. The gift card for $25 is not valid. The number from the person who sent the email confirmation is invalid. You cannot get through to customer service (no customer service). Jake, the timeshare sales person told us to contact him if any problems and he is nowhere to be found as he is out scamming others. Do not give them a penny as a deposit. Also Jake gave us this sob story and we now are assuming it was all made up.

I called in today requesting to see what airlines they partner with. The representative I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional. I did not capture his name. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he stated that no supervisor was available. I also received a voucher from sitting in a timeshare presentation. Im happy I did not sign up if this is the type of customer service they offer.

Absolutely horrible experience. Took 9 months to get a hold of someone to book our Vegas trip that was “free” minus us paying the taxes… we paid the taxes. Then still took an additional 2 months to get the “free” trip. Then they asked if we wanted to pay $86 to have a direct flight to Vegas rather than having a stop along the way. Worth it (so we thought). We paid the $86 for the non stop flight. Only to get to the airport at 9:57am the morning of our flight that was scheduled to depart at 11:25. Thinking we were plenty early, our tickets were not even in their system at all. We had to pay for our flight to Vegas that was suppose to be a “free” trip. We had already made reservations and paid for vip tickets at a museum, so we went ahead and paid for our “free tickets” Then we were promised a 5star hotel on the strip, which technically speaking that was correct. They just left out if was one of the cheapest hotels in Vegas, and took 22 mins to get to anything from the hotel by car. The only thing near our hotel was an McDonald’s and an Walgreens. Our hotel was surrounded by demolished buildings decorated with a lot of graffiti. Our hotel was in the most run down part of Vegas there was. Our “free” trip ended up costing us over $700. The only thing that was accurate with this scam of a company, was the flight coming back home. Everything else was very much mislead and or false all together. Avoid this company at all costs! They will not refund your money either. We will never recommend them and have been turning friends and family away. Friends and family we once recommended this company to, because they make it sound so good. Don’t fall for their customer service sales pitch. It’s all BULL and you’ll very much be left disappointed and out a lot of money.

What a bad experience. They leave out that you will stay in the lowest quality place, an hour away from anything they enticed you with, oh… and they want you to get up at 3am to go home the very next day at the theme park they make you drive an hour to and from. I also had to go through multiple forms, calls and such throughout the year it took to book this trip. Sometimes you will be told that is all…. But it is not. Watch your mail! Because if you miss something you didn’t know was coming they threaten over and over that you lose it all. When you try to call you get out on hold for 30 min at a time AFTER already getting a rep on the line, probably so you’ll just hang up and run away from the cluster mess horrible service they provide. Do not get tricked into “a good time”. Run away and never look backAfter what I have been through over the past year of hell, they better refund me asap before I contact my lawyer. They should OWE me a trip for all the time they have stollen from me and the stress THEY cause. Complete SCAM. They literally hang up on you or pretend to not hear you. I’m not going away until the refund posts and unfortunately I think this is going to be more headache. If I had nothing better to do, I would stand outside of their building to warn everyone away until they shut down

Most disrespectful customer service representative I have genuinely spoken to. Gave no direction whatsoever and was extremely impatient with me. I have been waiting for a refund check for 3 months now and keep being told that the finance department needs to issue the check and no other update every single time I call. The person I spoke with was a male and seems to be the only male representative there. He honestly needs to consider a career change where he doesnt deal with any customers directly.

GARBAGE. SCAM. BAIT AND SWITCH. Bait you with a free trip to big name brand hotel brands, you find out its really to affiliate hotels of these big brands in Mexico and its not all inclusive. Then they wont tell you where youll be staying until 14 days prior UNLESS you want to upgrade and choose your hotel. The cost for the so called upgrade for just the stay at the hotel is more than both hotel and airfare combined if you booked it yourself and it would be all inclusive. Also, once you activate your free trip, theyre supposed to contact you months in advance and they dont, they take forever despite how many times you call, then when you finally do get ahold of a travel agent they say you have to choose by tomorrow or youll lose everything. DO NOT GET SCAMMED.

Horrible place, they never returned my calls. I was always the one chasing them. The so-called free was going to costs me more in upfront hidden fees and deposits that I just eventually asked for my deposit, which also took forever to get. They conveniently had to forgotten to mail my refund over the allotted time that was due, which was over a month. Beware of these people, also very rude at times over the phone. By the way, when I did get my refund, it was not the full amount that they had told me, so the deposit being fully refundable? I felt like I got scammed by this scam, big time.

Would not recommend going with this travel agency. I should have known better; from the beginning it was RED FLAG. All the employees are frustrated any time you call (I assume its from all the upset customers). We had trouble in the beginning due to misleading statements by the sales reps., then they tried to make it better with free trips so we bought into it. Theres all sorts of caveats like black out days, you can only travel during certain time IF the dates you pick are AVAILABLE. Save your time and money. And to the company, please dont try to make it up to me with more DEALS. Thank you!

Scammers.Do NOT fall for their timeshare presentation! I was approached by a guy in a shopping mall offering to attend a timeshare presentation. I argued with him for 10 min telling him I prefer to book trips on my conditions instead of relying on some shady companies. Eventually, he convinced me to go to that timeshare presentation, promising a 3 days/2 nights luxury trip at one of their 5-star properties. After attending the presentation and selecting a destination location, I was offered a crappy motel in SF (who wants to stay at a junkie motel there?) with a very inconvenient flight (early morning, one-stop flight). Of course, I refused to take this luxury trip and was told that my $238 deposit would be returned to me in 6-8 weeks.Its been 8 weeks, and of course, I didnt get any payment back. I called customer service today, and the agent was very rude. He said hed expedite my request to a financial department and hung up on me after that. I guess Ill just use a stop payment on my check.Stay away from these crooks, folks!p.s. Update. Eventually, I received my reimbursement check. However, it doesnt change my opinion about the company.

They never respond to emails, it’s takes a good 60-90 minutes to get a hold of anyone over the phone which doesn’t matter anyway because they simply talk a mile a minute and then hang up on you without addressing any of your questions or concerns. Ultimately due to how horrible it’s been trying to communicate with them I just asked for my deposit back and to forfeit the trip. They said they would send it back and gave me an estimated date. It’s been 2 weeks since that date and no one will respond to me, yet again. Don’t waste your time or money.

This is a Time Share SCAM to get your information. Book your own travel; you will get what you want and when you want it.They just want to sell you a time share and will put you on hold for hours on end to book all your travel. By far the worst experience Ive ever had with aTRAVEL AGENCY. They lied to me about upgrading my stay I paid an extra 250$ just for them to tell me I never upgraded and that I was lying. Our First Trip to Disney World Was amazing! they helped us every step of the way, organized, professional and friendly people. Not everybody can afford this kind of trips. Especially when you have 2 children. My flight had too many layovers from Houston to Orlando. However, the friendly staff from Casa Blanca made it non-stop, accommodate us in a very nice conform inn Hotel 1 mile away from the Magic Kingdom and for our surprise the hotel was full of magic! MICKEY AND MINNIE EVERY WHERE! from the breakfast pancakes to the room. I cannot be more thankful; all of this for an incredible affordable price. We had an amazing trip, the whether was great & Our children had a blast! We are never going to forget this vacation♥ Amazing team ♥ i am very thankful and really appreciate their hard work. The customer service is top notch and friendly.We easily booked our trip to Lake Tahoe for my husbands birthday weekend. So my husband started this tradition of going to Vegas every year to celebrate our Birthdays that happen to be in December. So, it was such a surprise to have a free trip provided by Casablanca Express, during the same time we go every year! Me and my Husband had a blast with just us two. We upgraded and stayed in Circus Circus Hotel, and we have no regrets. We were able to walk to the strip and didnt have to take a cab or bus to get to where we wanted to go. The fun thing about this trip is that we didnt plan financially well, and it actually happened to be the best trip ever without all the money we had saved for past trips! We got to see the Cirque de Soleil show courtesy of Casablanca Express, and loved the experience! We are so thankful and really enjoyed the trip and cant wait to go again! I sat through a 90 minute timeshare pitch with a different company after winning a free 7 day hotel stay and got a voucher to book through this company. Was disappointed once I got the voucher and details for the trip. The process is convoluted (have to mail a cash deposit to claim the free trip and cant pay online, etc.) Ended up not claiming the trip as it would be too much hassle and based on the details described in all these reviews. Disappointed I wasted a couple hours of my life and dont recommend booking through this company.

Like many others, I “won a free trip” and had to endure a timeshare style presentation. I have done many of these presentations before and I don’t mind because their high pressure tactics don’t work on me. I listen to their pitch, politely decline, and collect my gifts.I finally decided to use one of the trip vouchers I had for a trip to Honolulu. You have to send a deposit to get the ball rolling. Something around $500, can’t remember exactly. And I had to send a check. Once the deposit was received, they called and I selected my travel date. When that date drew closer, I received another call to go over details and to see if I wanted to purchase an “upgrade” for my trip. Here’s where the catch is. The “free” trip has the absolute worst flights and accommodations. You will spend more time traveling to your destination than actually being there. Unless you spend more, and you honestly have to or the trip just isn’t worth it. Believe me, I wanted to cancel outright. But they already had my deposit and I knew I would never see that money again. So I purchased the upgrade and my “free trip” ended up costing me around $2,000 when it was all said and done. I could have booked the exact same hotel and flight for much less. They won this round, but I will never take one of these free trip scams again.

We have used Casablanca Express for three years in a row. Not only have I used it but my family and friednds had the chance to get great rooms for a great place. The first time I stayed at the plaza was on March 1, 2014 for my wedding. My husband and I got married at the chapel in the Plaza. Not only was a great place but also affordable and great people help me on my special day. Since then my family and I have planned all of our trip with Casablanca for the Plaza because we love the Hotel, view, restaurant, employees but also the location of where it is at Downtown Fremont their is lots to do. I love the newpool area its great. My husband and I always encourage our family and friends to try and see for them self how great this hotel is. Two reason why we always go back to Casablanca express is because of Linda she is simply the best great customer service and makes us feel like we are part of the family always going that extra step, and Julio well he is great as well helping with all those last minutes rooms needed and the prices are simply the best very affordable for a family on a tight budget. WE LOVE CASABLANCA AND WE LOVE LINDA AND JULIO! We just booked rooms for end of February and boy are we happy to spend another anniversary in Vegas thanks to Casablanca Express and their helpful people Linda and Julio. thanks again for everything you do. Update: After four months, I finally received my refund.Ive been waiting for my refund for 3 months now. I recently had a baby, moved into a new house, and cut my hours at work. I was so excited that I won a hotel stay back in March since I didnt think I could manage a nice summer vacation on my salary. When I called to book my free hotel, I was told I couldnt book it until October. Not really what I had in mind for a summer vacation. I asked what hotel options I had at that point and was told I would have to speak with someone else closer to my arrival date to even get a sense of options. At this point, I had already snail mailed a couple different items including a $100 deposit and had been waiting on them to mail me a phone number and confirmation to book - a one month process. At that point, I told them I wanted my REFUNDABLE deposit back and they said I would have it in 30-60 days. Its now been 90 days. I guess its on me that I believed companies will actually be honest these days. Im not sure how they have a 3.9 on Google. Ive been looking at the newest reviews and they are all low.

We started our summer with an amazing time in Hawaii. Casablanca Express gave us an unbelievable accommodation. Our hotel was just a few blocks away from Waikiki beach. Local restaurants, shopping centers and late night events were accessible. The patio and spacious room was a perfect place to rest our tired feet after a day of fun and adventure. Me and my sister went Las Vegas and stayed at the Rivera. They just finished remodeling the hotel so the hotel and its amenities were amazing. We walked the entire strip and toured the original downtown Vegas nightlife! No ifs, ands, or butts about it (see the pictures to get it) we had a GREAT time!

However he we are 1 year later still trying to get this FREE trip and to no avail theyve selected the dates we requested but didnt inform us. Usually emails are another form of communication much better than sending stuff through USPS! I typically don’t write reviews, but I am today after reading so many negative ones about this company. My review is based solely on my interaction with the company since we ended up not going. Our voucher was for 3 days/2 nights economy airfare and economy hotel in Hawaii after sitting through a timeshare sales pitch. We followed the instructions as described on the voucher and we experienced no issues throughout the entire process. Having to do everything by mail was a bit of a pain since everything is digital these days. When it came time to finalize our trip over the phone, the agent tried to sell us an upgraded package and we politely declined. The agent was a bit pushy but hey, I’m sure she’s trying to get a commission. About 1 week prior to our scheduled trip, we were contacted again by phone and were told a lot of flights were being canceled. We were offered an upgrade with direct flights and a hotel on the beach if we paid $400, or a refund of our paid deposit. This agent was not pushy at all but we decided not to take the trip in the end. It just seemed too short of a trip to fly out to Hawaii, even with direct flights. I was pleasantly surprised to see our refund check arrive in the mail on Saturday, post marked a few days since that last phone call. I don’t know why so many reviews call this company a scam, they seem legit. Maybe it depends on the agent that is helping you. My advice is to read the fine print, follow the instructions exactly, and don’t get pressured into upgrading without having time to think it through.

I recently went on a week vacation through this company and have to admit was very disappointed with the level of service, demeanor, and out right rudeness of their workers. The primary interaction I had was with Simon Lewis.The call started off rather innocuously as he tried to upsell me, which is understandable since he probably receives commission. But when I stated that I was good with the normal rates and hotels he proceeded to insult my treatment of my significant other, stating that she isnt very classy. I guess he thought humiliation would force me into a sale? Not a tactic I would have chosen but to each their own.After we had completed the discussion he told me that I would be contacted a week before our trip to finalize everything. I began to ask Would I be contacted by phone or email, but before I could finish the sentence he hung up on me.A week before the trip I emailed Simon asking if there were any updates and how I needed to proceed to which I received, Andrew if you took a basic trip I have nothing to do with that booking as I told you. Essentially once I was no longer an upsell opportunity he wanted nothing to do with me.I am not sure what is more concerning about this transaction. The lack of customer service? The rudeness? The insults? The dismissive behavior? Regardless, I would likely not use this company again in the future.

I strongly advise against using this agency. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, when we were booking our honeymoon, their agent, Mauricia, not only overcharged us but also mishandled our prepaid deposit. Instead of deducting it from the final price as agreed, she added it, resulting in an unexpected upcharge. Its baffling that such a basic error could occur.Upon raising the issue with the manager, William, he assured us that he would rectify the situation and refund the upcharge (our deposit). However, two weeks passed, and there was no sign of the promised refund. Every attempt to contact William was met with the excuse that he was in a meeting or with other clients. Its unacceptable for a manager to avoid addressing a serious matter in such a manner.To make matters worse, the agency had the audacity to suggest that I contact my bank, claiming they had already sent the refund. This turned out to be a blatant lie, as they never provided any receipts as promised. The level of unprofessionalism, the complete lack of customer service, and the overall deceitful behavior displayed by this agency are deeply disappointing. Their actions demonstrate a severe lack of integrity, and its bewildering how they continue to operate with such low standards. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this agency at all costs.

Great first time experience! From the time we arrived at our Hotel everyone was so nice and helpful. When we ran into a hiccup, I called Casablanca Express and my agent took care of me right away with no hesitation! The hotel was perfect it was smack dab in the middle of so much to do, and just a short walk to an amazing beach. I could spend a whole week just wandering around trying the local hot spots. I will always remember my first Luau the food was absolutely amazing, then everything seemed to intensify and come alive once the sun started to set. Having the opportunity to explore some of the most beautiful scenery in the world was something I will never forget, I will defiantly be returning!!

Went to a vacation club presentation. Got the week stay at a hotel through this company. You have to jump through so many hoops and cant set up the reservation till really close to your travel dates. Between that and only being able to call during small windows of time a week it comes down to the wire pretty easily. We were looking to upgrade to a place that had an extra bed and all the prices we were given were exactly the same as what was on other hotel websites. No discount at all. After realizing this and a bit of back and forth we decided to take the refund which we havent received after almost a year waiting. Not really worth the time for the presentation.

My partner and I were excited to redeem a promotional certificate for a cruise trip. The idea of a 7-day cruise for two people at the cost of $600 sounded like a steal. Little did we know, we were in for a series of disappointments.We chose September 30th as our preferred travel date and went through the process of confirming everything. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse.A month before our planned departure, we finally heard from Casablanca Express. But heres the kicker – they had the audacity to call us at 8 PM! Who in their right mind calls customers at such an inconvenient hour, especially when the trip had already been scheduled, vacations had been arranged, and time off from work had been taken?The conversation with their representative started off with a bombshell: because this was a promotional offer, we were to be relegated to the lowest grade cabin on the ship, we couldnt select a preferred dining time. If we wanted anything better than the bottom of the barrel, they had the nerve to ask for an additional $709. Yes, you read that right – nearly the same amount we had already paid. This was apparently for a better cabin and to secure our spot. But hold on, it gets worse.We asked for a moment to discuss this unexpected turn of events. Literally, within a minute, the Casablanca Express representative told us that the spots were miraculously all taken, unless we shelled out the extra $709 for the upgrade. Can you believe the audacity? Just moments ago, they claimed there was still an option not to upgrade, and suddenly, without any logical explanation, all the spots had vanished into thin air.Their excuse? COVID. According to them, the global pandemic was the reason for this sudden change of availability. :) :) now is august of 2023 :) But heres the catch – they had claimed just minutes earlier that there were still spots available. The sheer inconsistency and blatant lies were staggering.In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone reading this to steer clear of Casablanca Express. This whole experience reeks of a scam and a poorly organized company. The bait-and-switch tactics, the complete lack of transparency, and the disregard for customer convenience make this the worst company Ive ever dealt with. DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. My family had won a Disney trip, and that other company uses these guys for the travel. Well, the hotel was near LAX, not Disneyland. Which is about 1 hour away. Then there are no direct flights, so youre going travel for 6 to 8 hours just to get from Salt Lake City. Which is normally a less than 2 hour flight. Then the flight back is at 6 am, according to them. But for the small price of 1500 dollars they can make your trip all better. For less than 1500, I was able to get my own trip and direct flights for 5 days, not 1 day. So I gave them 340 dollars for the deposit and to cover taxes. When i canceled due to it not working. I was told the money would be refunded in 30 days. Here I am at 45 days and no money. Called customer service, and the dude told me it was 30 to 60 days to process the refund um Im sorry, but you can issue the refund immediately. They are just holding onto it to gain that interest. Now, the lady on who worked with me to try and figure out all the trip stuff was great, very personal able and very forthright with info. The customer service guy, though professional, was not helpful.Update- Here we are sitting at 65 days since when I put in a refund. Injust called in, and its scheduled to go out in 9 more days, so a total of 74 days of them holding onto my money. I repeat, DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY.

My first and only time (so far) booking our trip through Casablanca Express was easy and fabulous! It was also my first time staying in Downtown Las Vegas, and when we arrived we knew right away we were going to have a great time. It was right in the heart of all of the action, and our stay was way more than we expected. The hotel was great, pool was super fun and energetic with the DJ (it had very recently been remodeled and opened), and we couldnt believe we hadnt explored The Plaza before. We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing time, Casablanca Express! Between the hotel, the Garth Brooks concert, Fremont St. experience, exploring the Strip, and the dance competition, our stay left a huge impact on us all. Seriously, awesome!

I won a trip in a drawing that was facilitated through this company, and that was amazing and I’m grateful for it—but trying to actually make the trip happen has been a HORRIBLE experience. First, they do everything via snail mail, which in this day and age of internet and email is utterly ridiculous. Their system is a series of back and forth dance steps—calling a number, receiving a letter, signing the letter and sending it back with a check, receiving another letter with a different phone number to call, calling the number, then receiving another letter that needs to be signed and set back, and so on. It’s also entirely on you to make sure they receive everything—they won’t give you a confirmation call or a second letter if the first goes astray. Second, their materials highly misleading. The information packet I received said to choose three sets of dates at least sixty days out from the day I called to schedule and thirty days apart from each other, with some other requirements about time of week and proximity to holidays. My travel partner and I worked hard to figure out dates that would work for both of us in terms of work, spouses, childcare, etc.—but when I called to submit those dates as instructed, I was told they were entirely booked out for six months and gave me a completely different series of dates we would be allowed to choose from, and we had to start to whole schedule balancing process over again. Finally, their communication is awful and they will take no responsibility for mistakes. After my travel partner and I finally submitted our dates, I was told I would receive a letter confirming our dates that I would need to sign and return, and that I would then receive a call a month out from my travel dates with further information. I did that—I even paid to send it certified mail so that it would have to be signed for on arrival. I have the receipt. I then heard nothing from them for months. Three weeks before our travel dates, I called to find out when we would be flying out. They informed me that they had never received the confirmation letter and that they would instead have to schedule me for their next available dates, six months away. My travel partner and I had already bent over backwards to make these dates work and had had relatives change plans and work schedules to be able to provide childcare, and moreover we had been looking forward to the trip for months. This trip was a gift (again, for which I am truly grateful, assuming it ever actually happens), so I didn’t have any choice but to go through this ridiculous rigmarole. If you have any other possible option, do not go through this company. It’s not worth it.

They told us that we will be receiving a call from the travel agent a month or two before the date and we never received one. We had a terrific time on Catalina Island thanks to beautiful accommodations from Casablanca Express! Our spacious room and balcony was a wonderful place to relax between all the activities the island has to offer. The cruise was perfect in every way - they accommodated our special dietary restrictions for the three of us (we brought our adult daughter with us), the entertainment was superb and the excursions we went on were great. They seem to have received all my mail when it comes to receiving my cheques/ money but as soon as I send back my confirmation letter for them with the dates I want to go they seem to not get that letter so they cancelled on my schedule trip date. Worst experience ever! We were given a very short promotional trip to Hawaii, but told we would have flexibility to extend our stay at our own cost. After several months of waiting to get confirmation from the organization we finally had to call them because the promised window of confirmation that was to be between 60 and 30 days before our departure date, came and went with no phone call. When we ultimately forced someone at the company to contact us at approximately 29 days before our departure, we were told that to extend our stay by three nights at a hotel would require an upgrade from their entry-level property to a 3-star Hotel at a cost of $1,581. Upon doing our own research we could take a trip for the entire length we were planning to go and pick our own hotel for approximately the same price. When I mentioned to Nadine that their extension of the stay was equal to that of booking an entire stay on my own, she said we have no flexibility and cannot control any part of that. That makes no sense to fly to Hawaii the first day stay for the next 24 hours, and then fly back home the following day for literally 24 hours. (20 hours of flights with layovers for a 1 day stay) there is no flexibility to make changes and they will not allow you to change Properties, or flights, for a nominal increase. Once you leave the confines of the promotional offer you might as well purchase your own vacation at full price because you will about break even and not have to deal with this fly-by-night organization! Buyer beware, dont waste your time!

The resort fees were higher than the fine print ($45/day). Looking at Booking.com, I probably got a $20/night discount. To get access to this complimentary stay, I had already paid $60!After so many calls, I had tried to cancel and get my money back and Casablanca Express offered one last option, which I eventually took. The hotel was not a 4 stars. I felt going in a dive. I ended up being completely constrained by this complimentary offer. Oh, and should I mention that the $100 of free meals was completely disallowed by all places I asked?I will never ever try these crummy deals. And neither should you. The offer is certainly not complimentary. You dont save money, but you are constrained by the days and location. Totally not worth it.

I won a fabulous trip to Las Vegas in September of last year. My boyfriend and I made the most out of the trip that we could. Do not use this company for travel at all. I had a Hawaii trip for four days. They let me know that with airfare that they selected this trip would actually last for around one day. To change flights and not to stay in a motel 8 situation (as they described), I would have to pay 1500 dollars. Their free trips arent very good. I think the point their free trips is really to upsell you. I get the business of upselling, but not when it feels a little like a misleading offer. The time share company that gives the free certificate is not really free. Do lots of research before you spend $1 with them. Example: they have a free Disney trip. That includes airfare, a late evening flight out of your home airport and 6am flight leaving your destination. And they book the hotel in LA over an hour and half a away. When I was presented with this very inconvenient offer, they were quick to offer the upsell. I think they are a travel agency with a very creative marketing tactic. I think if you add up their up front costs and the upsell, I believe you can just buy the package for the same costs.

They tell you they can book wheelchair accessible rooms, take your money and then tell you they wont actually do anything for accessibility and youll just get what you get and youll find out when you arrive if you have somewhere to sleep or not. They wont give you your deposit back even though they lied about accessibility accommodation and when they informed me they couldnt accommodate and I tried to ask about canceling, they hung up on me and wouldnt call back after I left multiple messages. I had to file a report with the ada against them because I told them I was in a wheelchair several times and wanted to make sure they could accommodate before paying and they kept telling me they could until they had my money and then the story changed to, we dont book things without accommodations so you might get a ground floor room but you also may not. Reminder this is in a hotel with no elevator so I couldnt even get into a 2nd floor room. Dishonest company.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I knew a “free” trip was too good to be true. I went and listened for hours to their travel scheme and then got a “complimentary” trip. First I had to pay $70 then their stipulations on dates you could use it and how many people could go and when you had to reply was ridiculous! But I jumped through all those hoops just for them not to do what is written on the travel voucher that they would do. They didn’t give me the destination I wanted. They were supposed to contact me to book the Hotel 14 days before my trip. They did not. I called three times at 14 days before my trip and each time they told me to wait. That I had to talk to my travel agent who would not return my calls or answer my messages. Then when it was five days before my trip they called and said it was too late to change my travel location and that the hotel that had been assigned to me was not in the city destination that I wanted. They told me I had to speak to a manager to change that. I could go to the city I wanted but it would be a $200 upgrade fee. What?!?! They blamed me for why the trip wasn’t able to be booked and I was so tired to dealing with them I just asked for my money back and cancel it. I had to take time off work and had promised my 2 kids this trip and now none of that will happen because of this terrible company that does everything they possibly can to not give what they have promised without making people pay more money. No one should ever work with this company!

We got a free trip to San Diego, Vegas or San Francisco for sitting through some timeshare pitch. I thought it would be a nice way to take a quick vacation. The process of constant mailing to get the trip even selected and confirmed is honestly so silly, but I jumped through the hoops. Once I was confirmed for San Diego a customer service rep called me and tried to sell me on upgrades. She was very kind and thoughtful, but the upgrade cost was $600 and I could book a trip myself for that; I passed on the upgrade. I got my final flight and hotel info to find out we would not be arriving to San Diego until after midnight (told it would be 10-11 pm previously) and they would be putting us in a dumpy motel outside of San Diego about 20 minutes. The next customer rep I worked with was amazing. They offered to refund me my deposit plus some, or rebook me for Vegas. We opted to go to Vegas since we already had the time off, but still have to pay the resort fee and they put my $100 deposit toward the change. Ultimately the Vegas trip will be fine, but I could have saved myself a lot of time and headache and booked the same trip for about $200 (only $100 more after they keep my deposit). The customer service is great, the “free trip” is garbage.

The Hotel room was clean, right in the middle of the all action and it was great time which made it enjoyable for the Network meetings. They did keep our deposit because this domestic trip was somehow an upgrade from our original choice of going to Cabo. We chose Vegas because for Cabo sales rep told us it would be a motel in the “bad part of town” and we would spend 2/3 days traveling. Dont waste your time. Id give them 0 stars if I could. Theres so much red tape to even book your free trip (which actually requires fees, taxes and deposits that totaled several hundred dollars) that youll likely never get to take it. Lots of back out dates (only about 110 days you can depart (only Mon, Tues, Wed, not withing 7 days of a holliday, 60 from submiting deposit but within a year of registering online, etc)). You must pick three of these dates that are 30 days apart and they give you one of them. You also have to go through several steps and submit several checks (deposites, taxes, etc) before they let you request these dates. The agents I talked to for booking had no desire to work with me or find solutions that would fit MY availability. When I told them to forget it and that Id just send someone else on my trip, they gleefully reminded me that it was non-transferable. And to top it off, the accommodations are not that great (they pick for you).***I recommend to save your tume, frustration, and deposit money and put it towards a better trip.***

I called the office every day, spent 10+ minutes on hold for EACH CALL, and was told it would come soon. Two days before my trip, I get a final call asking if Id like to upgrade, again I say no. THE DAY before my trip, I still have not received anything - I call several times and get hung up on, then eventually reach someone who says the email is on the way. I receive the email...and its for a one star hotel at the airport. Apparently, the hotel I had booked over a month ago was sold out - which didnt surprise me, because just the day prior they had asked me to upgrade (implying they still hadnt booked my original room).After all this trouble, Im booked at an airport hotel in a poor location (over 40 minutes from where I was originally expecting), and honestly not even certain I have a reservation. The package included airfare, hotel, and tickets to Universal Studies. A deposit and reservation hold of $220 was required and would be refunded with trip completion. Two weeks later, now in the beginning of November, the refund was not arrived. I contacted Casablanca for the third time and received the same answer; refund not sent, will be expedited, seven to ten business days. It is now November 21st and I have yet to receive a refund as promised. In my opinion, this constitutes fraud.

I have to say the 2 interactions Ive had with Casablanca Express have been outstanding. We got some free tickets for sitting in on a timeshare presentation. That being said, my expectation was pretty low. Somehow, after paying my deposit, I never received the letter in the mail. It took some time for me to figure out who to contact, and needless to say time passed and I did not receive the form or turn it in on time. I called thinking they wouldnt help me, but to my surprise they did! The woman I spoke to put me on a brief hold to chat with her manager and they agreed to extend the deadline for me! I asked her to email me the form because at this point I dont trust the mail... When I hadnt received it by Monday afternoon I decided to call and thats when I got Dustin. Dustin was super helpful. He found the form I needed and gave me a call back to make sure I had received it. He was very pleasant to talk to and super helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I wanted to give people an idea of what they’re getting into with the “free” Disneyland option. You do receive four tickets to Disneyland, flights, and hotel, but…They tell you to send in a $100 refundable deposit by mail. At this point, they don’t even give you a phone number or website to refer to.Next, they send you another letter. They tell you to send an additional $240 to pay for “taxes” as a deposit (somehow the taxes will take up that whole amount). So we’re in $340, $100 is refundable.The confirming letter gives us a number to call. They say they need 60 days advance notice to book. We call in Nov. Next availability is in APRIL. We book our date and wait.Two months before the trip, we get a call from our agent. She told me I had a few options. I could take the promotion as is. She told me if I did this, we might have layovers (it is an hour flight to California from our airport by the way), we would likely arrive late at night, we would stay at a hotel in LA, and then have to visit their welcome center the day of to pick up the tickets, then drive to Disneyland, which is about an hour away.The second option was an upgrade for a nicer place near the park and better flights. The third option was to take just the tickets for any date and figure out how to get there on our own. I told her we’d stay the same, thinking there was no way she must be exaggerating to try and sell this. She tells me that she will hold my reservation until the next day in case I change my mind (I have no idea why-I just said what I wanted). If I didn’t call back, then she would book us with no upgrade.The next day she calls back. I don’t answer because I’m busy. She leaves a message asking what I want to do. I don’t call back because I don’t think I need to reconfirm.She calls again a few days later. I’m again busy. She leaves a voicemail saying if I don’t get back to her, the trip will be canceled and is an automatic opt out. Utterly frustrating when she volunteered me to maybe call in for an upgrade. I call back. I tell her that I would like to stay with the same.A month before travel. I get a call from someone else. They inform me of my current itinerary. Which involves traveling for 12 HOURS. We would arrive at 11pm, stay at a Motel Six in LA. After that late night, we would go to their welcome center to pick up our tickets, then drive to Disneyland. Our flight returning the next day would also be two layovers and begin at 6am. The day after being in Disneyland. The utter ridiculousness of the situation almost made me laugh. It was the most purposefully bad itinerary.He then told me that wonder of wonders, there was a promotion going on right now. For $329 extra, we could get direct flights, a hotel by the park, and our tickets emailed to us instead of picking them up (which begs the question why any tickets needed to be picked up and not emailed?).Me, doing the math in my head, decided that although this was frustrating, my option was to either take this for $329, or get flights on my own that now cost a lot more for the month of. One thing they did not tell me was that my $100 refundable deposit would be put towards this upgrade. So it was a $429 upgrade. I get the upgrade.This now brings the cost of the trip to $669.We get our tickets sent to us. Spirit Air (So our two checked bags were $188) Hotel with some unappealing reviews. It costs $79 a night to stay there usually. The flight back is not direct.We arrive at the hotel, we’re told we were booked for a room with only one double bed. Not sure where they expected two of the people in our party to sleep. We paid $30 to upgrade to two double beds.$887 for everything plus food and rental car.The total intent to have you jump through hoops and pay more for an upgrade or make things as miserable as possible is just sad.I would wholeheartedly say we would not do this again. We paid for a trip and did not save anything total. If you do this, plan on just taking the tickets and finding your own way there. You might save some money that way.

I was told I would receive a call 2 months prior to my trip to book hotels, flights etc… one month before my trip and I still didn’t hear a word. Due to there have not been any recent posts about this company I thought I would give my two cents. I will say that this is not a scam. I won this through another company via a bridal expo. It will feel like they do not get back to you soon enough. They did not ask for any money until I spoke with an actual agent. Why I am giving it mediocre rating is the fact that I felt like I had to play catch-up with the people, there are a few employees that will transfer you to the assigned agent but sometimes you are not able to speak with said agent so you must try again with another employee. The assigned agent was apologetic what with being overwhelmed and whatnot. I do wish that they could do more research on the hotels. I was told that my husband and I would be given a room with a kitchenette. The view is nice and high up but it is tiny and the closest thing is a mini fridge, a microwave oven, a Keurig, a few plates, and some utensils. Obviously this is not free, I paid a discounted price due to we wanted to spend more than 3 days and 2 nights at our destination but I would recommend not going through an agency.

My free trip needed to have taxes prepaid before I could talk to a human. The address they gave me to mail in my money was old, so my mail was returned as undelivarable. 2 weeks wasted, and I had to call for the right address and start over. I sent them the money for the taxes for my free trip and then I got put into a new line with new vouchers to be mailed in, again. (By now the process is starting to feel like a maze intended to discourage the user from getting the free trip...) The new forms demanded even more money for more prepaid taxes, so even more money was necessary I could have access to a travel agent. Honestly, the taxes they demand are enough to cover a trip Id book myself. I wonder how much of these prepaid taxes actually go to taxes? So I called today a half an hour before closing and asked why they are demanding a second round of prepaid taxes. The man said hed look into it and put me on hold. After a half an hour on hold, at precisely 5pm, the phone line disconnected. I suspect the individual helping me was enjoying having me tie up his phone line so he could clock out half hour early and look like he was on the clock. In conclusion, this company is of very poor quality, and I would recommend avoiding them, and any free trips provided by them, in favor of a bonafide travel agency.

I had a certificate and followed the deposit schedule and date reservation rule, had my travel date locked in 5 months ago. Instead of planning to fulfill the certificate, they wanted to sell a customized itinerary with 1 day extra to my certificate and had me pay every single penny. Ita a scam. CBE violated every single listed TERMS & CONDITIONS in terms of delivery on their part. For a trip to Hawaii during Valentines Day, I could not get any itinerary 10 days prior to our planned travel date that they committed in Sep. So I pulled the plug, requested full refund, and filed BBB complaint.READ TERMS & CONDITIONS ON YOUR CERTIFICATE and follow up based on those date if they havent delivered what they suppose to. DOCUMENT your communication in email and PREPARE TO FILE BBB COMPLAINT or take them to small claim court. Dont just give up. YOU ARE ENTITLED!! We only requested what they would have paid to fulfill the certificate. I could easily use that money to book similar trip myself via Travelocity or Expedia with better flight schedule. That so called customized package they offered a months ago, I searched online and could book direct flight with better schedule for a couple hundre dollars cheaper so I wouldnt trust them to handle my travel at all.

A month later i get a call from this company claiming that I have been selected as the winner for a trip for two. It sounded too good to be true but i went through with it. I informed the lady that i needed her to stay on the phone with me until the e-mail came through. She asked to put me on hold saying that she needed to use a different computer to send the confirmation email. I was on-hold for about 10 minutes and then she hung up on me without sending the email. I called again, and again and spoke to different agents where the call would just drop. Finally i called again and requested a refund of my deposit and this was back in February of 2022. The agent was rude and condescending. I provided him with my mailing address and guess what, it is now April and i still have not received my refund nor the trip for two that they claimed that I won.

I redeemed a certificate for a cruise and paid $100 for a deposit and then another $490 for the taxes. I received an email stating I have a confirmed cruise. Then I received a call from Beth at Casablanca who told me I needed to pay another $500 to upgrade my trip or it would just be canceled. It was already canceled one time previously, by Casablanca not me. Beth was very rude and flat out said that if I did not pay to upgrade I was almost guaranteed to not get my tripped booked because even though they confirmed my travel dates, they don’t purchase the tickets until last minute and my trip will keep getting canceled until I decide to pay more money. This is a very unethical business practice. To resolve this I would like to receive the cruise that I have paid for without being forced to pay for an upgrade.

I called yesterday and worked with someone who made me want to get a refund of my deposit. He was not helpful at all. I spoke to my husband that night and we agreed to get a refund if we couldn’t book our trip on a weekend. I called back today and spoke to Dustin. Dustin started off the conversation stating the first available date that we could book our trip and advised that since there was no availability before our reservation expired that he would extend it out an additional 2 months. Went to a time share presentation to get a $99 flight to Hawaii, we were bummed we werent able to use it for this years trip due to unavailability until February next year, but Dustin was able to accommodate our first choice next year, which was very helpful.Havent gone on the trip yet so I cant give it a full rating, but thus far despite some hoops someone always answers the phone when I call and I get a real live person and not a machine. And so long as you ask questions youll be more informed and aware of whats going on. Dont wait till a month before you want to go on your vacation to try and go to the presentation as they say they need at least 60 days advance to request a date, however they are booked out for about 6 months. Take this into account with your planning and time it properly.Weve been told it wont be a problem to extend the trip duration but that well have to speak to the Travel agent who should be reaching out in about 2 weeks. Were hopeful and excited and the time share opportunity seemed really reasonable compared to our shell vacations time share which were not happy with how expensive the maintenance dues are!Update:After having been assured it should be no problem to extend the trip, we were told in no uncertain terms no changes could be made. The travel agent was very clear and firm about this and we felt we were given false hope to be intentionally misleading in order to get us to put down the money up front. It took a long time to receive our reimbursement when we had to cancel our trip due being unable to make changes. Very restrictive and not surprisingly pretty much a total scam. We had the worst experience through Casablanca. We got a voucher through Welks Resort for Disneyland tickets. They make you jump through so many hoops. You have to send in the voucher and money order (it cannot be done online) and it takes them 30 days to process it. Then, it takes another 60 days for them to book the date. After one whole month, they sent the voucher back to us, claiming we didnt send all of the money. We had sent all of the money and didnt want to deal with the hassle anymore so we just requested a refund. Their system is archaic, their customer service is rude and annoying, and they take forever to book a simple trip. Do not work with them. You will have such a headache before you even get any help from them.

Horrible!!! I paid an extra $1600 well in advance to upgrade my lodging to accommodate 5 people. When I arrived in Hawaii, I spent my entire first day 12 hours trying to find a place to stay, since my place was not actually mine come to find out, due to double booking. I was given the option by Casablanca to get a refund, which would not have been enough to get a decent place to accommodate 5 people. So I took my other option offered to me, which was for Casablanca to get me a place. The place they got for me was a total dive with a king bed, hideaway and a roll away in a 15x15 room. Total miserable experience on a vacation that should have been over exciting, but it wasnt knowing we had to go back to that place. Not to mention I now had to pay resort fees and for parking, which I didnt at the other place and Casablanca was expecting me to pay it. It wasnt till I argued it with them, that Casablanca offered to refund me that money, which they did. Casablanca explained that the cost of the room was more than what we had paid. AND??? How about taking into account what the room was listed at initially, plus $1600 on top of that and most importantly the lost day of my trip and not knowing if I had a place for my family to stay. Casablanca should have asked me what I wanted to make up for it and what it would take to accommodate my family, no matter what it cost them. They should have been trying meet the needs of 5 people, not matching just the cost of what I paid to upgrade. All I can say is Ill never use Casablanca express again and Ill discourage anyone thinking about using them from doing so. Possible once in a lifetime experience destroyed. The phone call to ask some questions seemed suspect, very poor customer service, bad audio quality that made me feel like I was calling a fake agency.When I finally talked with someone, the customer service was not great, sounded like they were out running around and could barely hear them. Not to mention, there’s fine print on fine print and most definitely a catch with everything. You have to do everything via mail, nothing over the phone or email or online. I figured I will give my two cents here. My family and I have done two vacations through Casablanca Express. First off, you should know that nothing is free. I went to a presentation and was given a voucher which we chose to be Hawaii. This being our third trip I know what to expect. It will be a hotel not in the middle of the city, more in a less traveled area. We went to San Diego several years ago and had a wonderful time! Then we went on the Mexican Riveria cruise(which I will never go on again or definitely never pay for). It was going to be my wife and I with our two kids. They were going to put us in bunk beds(which I didnt even know was a thing.) Also, it included flights, but the flights from Salt Lake to Long Beach(a 12 hr drive or 1.25hr flight) had us routing to Denver, to Oakland to Long Beach for a total of 15 hrs of flight and layover. Or we could pay $500 and upgrade to direct flight and get an ocean view room. That is the way this works, you can get your free vacation at the expense of comfort. However, if you know that then there is no reason to be surprised or angry.This current trip, I just recieved a call to extend my vouchers expiration for 6 months in exchange for a refundable $200 that would get me 4days/3night in Vegas(listening to another pitch) in addition to a cruise or airfare cert or 7 nights somewhere. You cant blame them for the attempted upsale. The reason I gave 4 stars was the crummy original accommodations from my cruise. I mean, a bunk bed with toddlers, seriously? Otherwise, I appreciate that this service exists.This is my honest review, I am a normal guy just trying to be able to take his family on vacations which are ever more increasingly expensive. If you follow the instructions to the tee, you will get your vacation. Be prepared for an upsale call, but thats ok. If you decline be prepared for an out of the way location but you can still have a great time. Just know your added costs to get to where you want to be and then you can make your informed decision.

Just spoke to my travel agent Nadine. I had a Tahoe trip that was offered to me. I paid the deposit, and set aside my dates. And only after the fact was informed that I can only get a 2 star motel on the OUTSKIRTS of Tahoe where the parking charge would be $40-50 per night and a hand sanitizing fee will be charged. Save your money and book your own trip. I promise you that you will not save any money with your free trip. If you do get through the hoops of mailing information and deposits back and forth then you will get an actual trip. However, at the last minute youll be told your trip departure times make so youre at your destination for 24 hours and in a dumpy hotel. I promise you, just save the headache and book your own trip on your own time.

After receiving a “free” trip to Disneyland, I knew there had to be a catch. We had waited and looked forward to this trip for almost a year.Worked with Nadine for the booking process. Horrible experience. Our trip was originally scheduled for 5/6/19 – 5/8/19.On 4/2/19: I spoke to the booking agent (Nadine) and told her we had our 3 year old daughter who will be with us on the trip. She stated, “She will need to be on another flight. The current flights we have, have connecting flights and we cannot guarantee they will be the same connecting flights.” What blew my mind right away was her suggesting that a 3 year old go on a different flight. Wow. I had called weeks prior to see which flights were currently picked in order to purchase a ticket for my daughter so she would be on the same flight, but the representative back then gave me the run around saying the booking agent will discuss flight details with me.She also mentioned the trip is a 10+ hour travel time. From a Bay Area airport to a LA area airport which should be less than 2 hours will take 10+ hours. We could drive there in less time.Nadine then stated that we would need to upgrade our room since our room was only for 2 adults. Adding a 3 year old I couldn’t imagine the upgrade being that much more. She then proceeded to “upgrade” our package so that we can all be on the same flight and room. She found a package that would be $600+ to accommodate our family of 3.From a free vacation to $600+. We opted to just have the Disneyland tickets. No flight. No hotel.Nadine then stated the tickets would be emailed out on 4/8. No tickets. Waited a week to follow up and I asked her if she knew approximately how long it would take for the tickets to be emailed out since I had already requested the days off from work for this trip. She bluntly stated, “Just wait for customer service and tell them you need the tickets. It’s out of my hands.” Finally received the tickets on 4/23/19. Spoke to a guy from customer service who was very responsive to this detail.Nadine has been a nightmare to work with. 0/10 would not want to deal with Nadine again.

I was being suspicious about this company, since I received free coupon for the whole trip, and I have been mailing to communicate about the trip. However, speaking to one of the customer service agent, Linda, resolved all of my concerns. She is so kind and patient that she explained step by step of the reservation process.She is also attentive to my needs after hearing my distrust of mailing communication. With customer service agent like her, who truly cares about customers, I look forward to our trip and future business with the Casablanca!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!Last month I went to the lakers vs raptors game and I was given a ticket to play those games where you earn free trips etc so I did play and I won a free two night trip to Orlando fast forward to 7-14 days later I get a call from the rep agent telling me what to do with my trip and he gave me a deal where I can go on two trips so i picked Vegas and of course my Orlando trip all expenses paid for I just had to give him a $100 deposit so I did and I get an email on the information and I still didn’t get my billing info so I tried to call him back left him two-three voicemails because one I was trying to schedule the dates for the trip and two I was still waiting on my receipt and certificate ID no call back so I tried to email them of course no response and then I tried to call the main office and what do you know I was on hold for almost 30-45 minutes trying to get a refund of my deposit back because I lost interest in going on the trips so I had no choice but to file a claim with my bank to dispute that $100 deposit that i was cancelling. So yeah overall they have the worst customer service and lesson learned not to book with no more travel agencies because 9 times out of 10 they are not always legit and looking at the previous negative reviews from other customers explains why they have such a bad rep! SO NEVER AGAIN!

So terrible.... do not work with this company. We won a trip and we would get a three-night stay in the Dominican Republic + air travel. They had very specific details on what you had to do and when they would be reaching out to collect specific dates and booking and everything. I constantly had to call requesting what to do and reminding them of the trip. When it came time after me calling 4 times to get ahold of the travel agent that was supposed to help me finalize the booking for the trip. Beth ( who is not nice at all) who was the travel agent inform me that the flights available would have long layovers and would take over 18 hours to get to Dominican. We would only have a day and a half with two nights in Dominican and then an early flight out that was 27 plus arrows back home. Basically they promised us three nights day plus airfare but could not give us a flight that would get us there in time to have a three-night stay. Very shady company and they definitely seem to take advantage of people once again do not work with this company in any way shape or form.

We had a free cruise trip lined up from Welks restort. Casablanca helped plan with us, but when it came time to pay I have found out that I have paid for the entire cruise, and a little bit extra! Which means that I won a free trip, only to have paid for the entire trip myself and a little bit to the people helping us. I was promised my deposit would be refunded upon the trip ending if there was any extra, but thats a lie. I tried to obtain a itemized receipt of what Ive paid, what Welks is covering, and what my refund amount should be, but customer service has been silent on it. They will not provide any itemized receipt (probably so I dont sue them). Im excited for my trip, but sad that I could have booked my trip for less money if I didnt win this free trip. Dont trust Welks and Casablanca with free trip promotional offers. Just book the cruises/vacations yourself for less money.

Started this whole process back in 2019 before the prepandemic. It has since become a joke. $100 to start your free trip. Then Disney shut down. Had to pay another $250 to keep our free trip. Finally this year 2022, we are getting it all booked. Started in March. Here it is September, we are supposed to leave on the the 3rd which is one week from now. They now tell us they didnt book us in time even though we finalized all of this in July. Now in order to take the trip we want and the theme park we want, we had to pay another $206. For those of you keeping count at home this free trip has cost us over $600. This is for a two night stay, air fare one way, and one disney day pass for two people. Yes, it is better than paying for it our selves but this sure aint free by any means. We told our selves that if we win another free trip with Casablanca Express, we will go ahead and decline to save us the head, money and time.

We moved and never received our reservation deposit invoice and Anthony was nice enough to send me one right away and extend my deadline so I can make sure we get our trip! We knew there was a possibility of the booking process being difficult with the reputation of some vacation companies, but Linda went above and beyond to help us get the dates we wanted. I got a free trip as well and Im wondering if this is even worth my time. With so many real bad reviews Im surprised someone hasnt done a class action lawsuit. We feel that Casablanca Express is 100% Scam. We were told that we will get a stay at Resort near Disneyland and Disney ticket. But we were not aware of the devil in the details. The procedure was very cumbersome. In between the procedure they asked us an additional $50+ dollars which was never mentioned to us before. They said it was for Taxes and Fees. We agreed and paid them an additional of $50+ and then the cumbersome procedure continued. At last we got our dates.Around a month before the date, we got another letter from them that we have to once again confirm the dates we have to call their number. We called the number multiple times but no one picked the phone. Then at last we were able to reach the customer service agent. She told us to pay another $89. Otherwise we will get a motel up to 30 miles away from the resort. And if we want the resort they told us we have to pay an additional $89.We told them to refund our $50+ dollars back to us as it was collected as TAX on a nice resort. She said, she will only refund $10 if I dont want to stay at the motel they will give me. I told them for $10 motel why are they charging $50+ Tax, he hung up on me. I called them again, she said, either i should agree with her, or she will keep me on hold. I did not agree with her, so she hung up again. I called another customer service line. It looked like she is the same person picking up all line. She told us to get back to her 10 days before the date again. This is a scam and please stay away from Casablanca Express

When we went to the sales pitch, the Casablanca sales representative claimed that we would have hotel accommodations at the Marriott or Hilton, now that we paid our money the Casablanca travel agent Nadine is telling us that we will be at a budget motel equivalent to a motel 8. The legally binding contract also says that the trip is for 3 nights in Hawaii, Nadine is now trying to say that we will only have one day in Hawaii. The first day is traveling, second day in Hawaii and the third day is traveling back. But that’s not what the contract said, it clearly states that we will have 3 nights in Hawaii. Not that we’ll be traveling back on the third day. Get everything in writing, record all conversations legally for future legal purposes. But honestly just stay away! They’re nothing but a bait and switch! I’m challenging the charge on my credit card, they’re a scam straight up!

I was given a voucher for a cruise of Newport Beach harbor and a 1-night hotel stay. I completed my initial form and received my confirmation letter. I had been waiting months to find a friend that had a mutual available time to go with me. I was finally able to book, but failed to remember, after months of having the letter sit on my dresser, that I had to mail in the deposit. I was not able to pay it with a card, over the phone. Dustin, the customer service representative, noticed that I had to reserve by the next day, so he informed me to mail the payment in and he will ensure that my reservation date was extended. What awesome customer service, Dustin!!!!!! Im such a busy person, keeping track of everyone elses dates and tasks, I dont have much time to spend on my own tasks or even myself. So, Im so happy that I will now have the one day to go out and actually relax and enjoy myself. Thank you again, Dustin!!!!

So far, I have only booked our 3 potential dates for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. I had a small concern that upon my 1st call, Dustin was able to take care of for me. This is complementary future travel in exchange for traveling to a past time share event; it requires some reading and following instruction, but so far, the experience has been as expected, with no negative surprises. The travel agent I was working with was very helpful in the beginning, but when I was trying to get ahold of her weeks before my trip because we never received a bite card she promised I had to call the company. The company was not aware of the deals she offered us and said the travel agent no longer works for them... they said they would mail me the bite card to use whenever I tend to go back to Las Vegas, who knows if they actually do, and that I can call and re-book another trip with them.I just wish the communication with the company as a whole was better and that they were on top of everything.

We received an offer for a trip through Casablanca Express back in October (2019). We sent our $100 deposit, which was immediately cashed, and then never heard anything or received anything. I called yesterday to find out what happened. I was told they could resend the instructions via mail or email it. I asked them to email it. Never got anything. Called again today and was told nothing was ever noted and its too late anyway to do anything. The best they could do was cancel it and mail us back a check. Very disappointing. Now Im just going to hope that I actually receive a check in 30 days. Would not recommend trusting this company.
