I just want to say that our sales rep in the store made the process so easy. I appreciate the time she took and steps she made to assure to us we could have a dinning set available asap. The Curacao messed up our order we cancelled after 3 weeks of trying to pick up our dinning set which their sales rep lied and said the dinning set was available (it wasn’t) customer service is non existent at the Curacao. Casa Linda’s sales rep was the total opposite so transparent and made sure we didn’t experience that again especially during the holidays. Thank you!

I usually love Casa Linda, but this last experience was awful. I purchased a twin bedroom set. I paid for my own personal person to pick up and assemble the items. After everything was assembled, we discovered that I was given the incorrect bed size. I already purchased mattresses from a different place. I called and reported the situation. I was asked by Denise to bring back the bed. Excuse me? I already paid to have it picked up and delivered as well as assemble. I received a call saying they were going to come pick up the bed and assemble the correct one. Well, the next day, a twin bed was delivered and was not going to be assemble. I keeped them out of my house and did not allow them to take my already assembled bed. I will never go there again.

Purchasing was the easy part. The headache is that the people that delivered also built the bunk beds for us. It was missing a whole row of screws. Didn’t leave me the extras or didn’t say hey we have or didn’t have. Now they also screwed one so crooked it split the wood. Now time to return the whole thing.Don’t worry we will never purchase from your company again. We paid for the beds to be built and your employees didn’t do it correctly. Maybe your company is a punishment from god.

Good selection of furniture, we went for a sofa advertised for $399.00, good price but they get you on the delivery and assembly, we paid about $150.00 extra for that, you have the option of picking up at their warehouse and assemble yourself if you want to avoid that cost, I dont have a truck so we had to have it delivered. They did arrive on time and assemble the sofa in about 20 minutes not too bad.

And what I enjoy even less is the lack of customer service I have received since the delivery of what is a very similar couch to the one I choose and paid for but is more definitely not the same!Keep on shopping folks.

I might have enjoyed them more if they didn’t come damaged. I think you guys need to check your product before shipping it out to customers because the couches I received are damaged and now I have to make time and call off work to be home so you guys can come and check them out and get them replaced. Because you guys can’t even give a time to where you’re going to be stopping by.

If I could rate this place with 0 stars I would!I purchased a bed set from the Downey store as a gift for my mom and went back within 2 days to return it because she wanted a different bed frame. They charged me a restocking fee of over 50%, a delivery fee of $130( even though the website states the delivery fee as $100), and charged me for a queen sized box spring (even though the bed I purchased is a full and I had already paid for the base/box). The bed was supposed to be delivered the next day and they were supposed to replace the bunky board I purchased with the box spring. Yet when I arrived home I found the bed In 3 parts NOT ASSEMBLED and the bunky board still there with NO BOX SPRING in site. I called the warehouse and they hung up on me repeatedly. I finally spent an entire day trying to get in contact with anyone who could fix the issue and was unable to. The manage refuses to speak to me and the warehouse will not give me the numbers to higher management. I would like to know WHY MY MOTHERS BED WAS NOT ASSEMBLED WHEN I PAID THE FULL COST OF DELIVERY. Why the box spring I purchased was not delivered. Followed by sn apology and full refund of the delivery fee, box spring, and restocking fee since nothing was restocked. Do not purchase from this store. The sales rep who help me was Wendy Aguilar she was nice but the one who wrote my information wrong. And the warehouse people are the ones who had the audacity to drop off a 3 piece bed set and not assemble it leaving a 71 year old woman to sleep on the floor. I attached photos of how those warehouse workers left the bed frame.

The furniture was delivered broken. They took it back and returned with furniture not in the box. I refused it because I paid for new furniture, not used or floor sample furniture. The next day they were closed and the delivery men refused to come back. My birthday was on the weekend so I could not accept delivery over the weekend. I told the warehouse lady that if I didnt get new merchandise the same day that I would cancel because it was a birthday gift to myself. The warehouse lady Conchete was very pleasant and told me that the furniture was new and they opened it in the warehouse to make sure it was good. I asked why didnt they put it back in the box after checking it because it looked used to me. I also did not understand why they would transport new furniture without the box. She convinced me it was new and made the two men return the merchandise. They were very angry. I gave them a tip and he didnt say thank you. I also noticed a Harry Potter pen set missing after they left. It was not a great experience.

Came inside looking for 2 dining chairsWas told a price of 150 per chair. Even at that ridiculous price I was in need of chairs so I agreed .. than once I was ready to pay they told me that’s the price per chair without it being built ( so built an added 50 per chair ) and extra 100$ charge if I wanted it delivered ( one black away )They wanted nearly 500$ for 2 dining chairs. How ridiculous. Never coming back again.

Umm Im not convinced with the purchase of these sofas! Because they make a lot of noise, when we sit down, they are sinking and I have only had them for a month. And they no have a good guarantee. Before Casa Linda Furniture offered an extra guarantee plus that of the manufacturer in case something happened to the product. I feel very bad because my long-time salesman let me down today. Because he made a contract when I had not made a decision when choosing the sofas because I was not sure they would fit in my apartment and I was not so sure of the style of the sofas. But my surprise was that he had already made me sing the contract and he did not explain the terms of the contract or anything regarding with the guarantee because for me that is very important the guarantee. If he had explained the terms of the contract to me I would not have made the purchase. I trusted him because I have known him for many years at Casa Linda Furniture. Now I have see the short three-month warranty if they repair them. I am not satisfied with this purchase. I realized that the contract was already signed when I got home, we only talked about if they fit and I made decision I would buy them, I feel seriously scammed.

Excelente service. Maggie a sales rep a wonderful greater. She was great at explaining things about the furniture made sure we would get the best prices took her time in detail making sure we understand everything. She showed us the difference in different items. Always with a wonderful smile to the end. We highly recommend going there and if you can ask for MAGGIE Im sure shell do the same for you. I been a costumer for over 13 years. It took me years to realize that everything I have ever bought there is garbage. They make it look like is good quality but its not. You dont realize until you buy and starts to break down days sometimes months after you buy it. Plus the fact that its way to expensive. Apr is worse then curacau. Yet I love customer service at curacau. They fix things even with no insurance if recently bought. Anyways. I am now customer at different furniture stores that actually have strong furniture/electric domestics, that last way longer then any of the 100 things I bought at casa linda. I advise people to STAY AWAY FROM CASA LINDA!

I went there on January 10 2021,spent over 2 hours there for a PS4, when I received it was the one on display, when I was advised they had one in storage. When inspecting the package, the seal was dirty as it had been opened, I asked for the Manager, the employee said the manager could not leave his desk we had to walk to him. I said I want a refund im not purchasing an item that is opened. I have a receipt showing a refund till this day January 22nd I have not seen my money. Very bad management, and store. Dont recommend to purchase at this location.

Its lengthy but worth reading. I purchased a stove, a fridge, and a sectional/corner sofa. I was happy with the first two but the quality of my sofa wasnt 100% Within the first couple weeks of my purchase, I experienced a minor issue that I fixed myself due to not having the time or energy of going thru the whole exchange/return scenario. If it was major, of course I would. However what made them earn 1 out of 5 stars is their hostile and harassing way of recovering a late payment. Unless Im the only one this happens to, heres what you can expect. If youre late on your payment the first week, you opened the floodgates of phone calls. Ignoring their calls? Next youll get blocked or unknown numbers. The second/third week; theyll be calling your place of work, your relatives, and anyone whom you put as a reference. Later than that 3rd week, youll be getting a knock on your door in a gangsta Where he at? Hes late on a payment fashion. I mean, not even my mortgage providers go to that extent and it hadnt even been 30 days. Yes it may be my fault for provoking it, but life happens people, sometimes payments go past the due dates. Also, I tried scheduling a later payment being sincere with them letting them know I was gonna be late and their response was only no, you cant do that so I said Ill call them back later and simply didnt contact them again until I was ready with my payment since they dont allow post-dated payments. At least I had been faithful to 1year+ of payments not letting a single one go past a month. It wasnt worth it purchasing from them ultimately because it doesnt help my credit score. They apparently dont report to credit bureaus. Anywho, for this place I lean more towards displeased. I wouldnt recommend it to my friends.

I had trouble just getting prices over the phone with these people. I had the Coaster furniture catalog online along with the model numbers for the exact furniture I wanted and they couldnt even give me a price. The first time I called the sales person was not available and the second time I called only the manager was able to release prices (not present at that time of course). I work in customer service and I would never put any customer through this. If there phone skills are bad than their store service must be horrible. Its always a good idea to call these places before you even step foot in the store that way you know what kind of service your going to get.

Worse customer service experience, walk in and yes they help me to get approved it all started by the time they should of done the delivery, they came in to deliver my bedroom set which it should came with mattress, but It was not deliver until late night 10;30 pm. After an argument with the lady at the furniture store she made it seem like if they were giving me the furniture for free (not because Im paying for it). Then the 2 chest that I order they told me you should received then in a week from now. The weeks came and nothing not even a courtesy calle for an update. Call the following week I ask to speak to the supervisor, spoke him he did not seem like if he care not even an apology nor a sorry, then he promise to call me back the next day and try to see if he can give me a discount. But till this day I still havent heard back from them nit even the supervisor. I would really NOT recommend anyone to this place. I have work for more than 10 yrs in customer service and I would not give any of my customers the service they have provided me...I hope and wish I could just returned everything and buy it from some were else since my bed room set is still incomeplet. It has not even been a month and I told the supervisor when I spoke to him that If they could u ustedes come and pick up everything they brought and his answer was NOOOOO....... you have it and we cant take it back. I bought a sectional about 1 yr ago and have had to come get service on it 4 times already, springs popping out and recliners going side ways and breaking. When purchased was told that if minor damages they would come out to fix but anything major they would replace, now all of a sudden they say my coverage wont replace them, LOL! A horrible experience when buying a refrigerator. You lie to yourself by saying that they only have one on display and another in the warehouse and they send you what they want. First they go to the wrong address, second they send me a battered refrigerator, I returned it and told the person I spoke to that if he gave me a discount I would grab it, I laughed when he said $50 dollars. The next day they sent me another one worse than the previous one, all scratched from the front door and he told me that if I didnt want it, they were going to take it away. I told him to give me a discount and he didnt want to. I wanted photos and proof. If Im angry and calling its because something is wrong, I paid for something new and they still have the nerve to send you something wrong and they dont help you. First and last time I shop at this store and dont waste your time here. Bad service, they are liars.

Im very good but you (that is, I) dont think youre very well because your account is late and we need you to make your payment... 🤐🤐😱😱😨😨 I stayed like that already explaining what had happened, I scheduled my payment and I activate my automatic payments again, what Im going for, I have never missed a payment and for once they made me feel like a criminal 😖 Today, 5/21/2019, I receive another call with the same thing asking me to collect the payment from a person from the Czech office in the system that had already scheduled my payments again and it only tells me that it already saw in the system and quickly hangs up on me.
