They were ALWAYS available for home tours. Their responsiveness was incredible. They worked to make my desires a reality. Their cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done — and they did!!!! We were able to get our dream home in less than 1 month. Working with Marisela and Erica was a fantastic experience! We never felt rushed yet they moved quickly once we found the right place for us - we were able to close in under a month!As first-time homebuyers, they answered all of our questions and kept us at ease throughout the process. They also went above and beyond to coordinate inspections, etc. while we were traveling or working. Would highly recommend working with them on your next (or first) home search.

This review is written for Casa Bella Realty specifically referencing Marisela Ruiz and her team. They were very professional and courteous in guiding us in the selling of my parents house. Marisela was always available to answer any and all questions and provided direction on what we needed to do to sell the house. She took care of many of the details in preparation for the sale. Joanna Recinos and Casa Bella Realty made the process of selling my condo and buying a new home as smooth as possible. Joanna was very attentive, patient, supportive and kind, but also super on top of all the moving pieces. She even was great with my 2 year old. Her team was also great with answering questions and following up on missing items. Buying and selling at the same time is always stressful but knowing you have a realtor in your corner that isnt just in it for the money was wonderful!

My wife and I didn’t have any realtor to help us to sell our house, after some research my wife found Team Ruiz in some website with great reviews, so lucky us we gave them a shot. I don’t usually write reaviews, but they deserve not just the best review possible, but all my gratitude for helping us selling our house.Everything started when we didn’t even have a date to sell the house. So Marisela had to explain how everything was going to work and she had to wait a few months until we gave the go ahead to put our house on the market. Her experience in our city made a big positive impact. Marisela knew everything about other properties on the market, right price to ask, how long (more or less) was going to take, “open house” during the pandemic with appointments only, facemask, all kind of protection was amazing specially for us with a newborn baby at home.In 2 weeks we accepted an offer and the process was always super well explained.Team Ruiz was super easy going and they never took more than 1 or 2 minutes to reply a txt for example. They were ALWAYS ready to answer any question we had.My family appreciate Team Ruiz big time!

It was an absolute PLEASURE working with Elma Pulido and Alejandra (Ale) Romo. Elma helped me buy a home out in the inland empire and Im incredibly glad and thankful that I had someone like her in my corner, ESPECIALLY during the escrow process because it was VERY STRESSFUL at times. We had a few ups and downs with the sellers and their agent as they were really tough and unreasonable at times - they made the process so complicated. But Elma kept a professional, positive, calm and collected attitude which put me at ease (which I very much needed). She was firm when she needed to be but always fair and gave me her input. She was always willing to work with my schedule and just truly wonderful to work with. Ale was also AMAZING to work with! Once we finalized all the documents, she made sure to explain absolutely everything to me in detail so that I knew what I was signing. I felt that she was trustworthy and reliable. I loved their work ethic so much that I recommended them to my boyfriend who is selling his house and he is very happy as well! Long story short..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!

But our story doesn’t start here, we have been working with casa Bella since 2003 when we purchase our home on Firmona in Inglewood. During the toughest buying market in recorded history, Esperanza made our housing purchase possible. She took all of our questions and walked us through every step of the way.Weve fired other agencies, before meeting Esperanza, because they pushed us toward the top of what we could borrow (Im talking completely unstainable payments) . Esperanza was the opposite, she set us up to find properties that made us comfortable and then carried us over the finish line. It wouldnt have been possible without her.
