Their service was excellent.I dropped off my car and they called rental company.Had file on my car all insurance authorizations before I arrived.They kept me informed of changes. And most of all no delays on picking up my car.Oscar took the time to go over in detail what was done.One Happy Lady

I took my ford fiesta in to fix the driver door and fender. I gotta say they did a really great job, the car looks brand new again! Id highly recommend CARSTAR to anyone in need of vehicle repairs or a paint job. The staff was super nice and helpful. They really made the process super easy, thanks again guys!!

I got rear ended and they had my car out the shop looking good as new very quickly. the communication was consistent and very thorough. their customer service is really like no other, they were super helpful during such a stressful time. i couldn’t recommend a better location to get your car serviced at! :)

Very easy-going and professional. They make it genuinely nice experience to have your car collision work estimated. You can tell by the showroom and the ease of service that they do good work here. Besides everybody else gives him five stars, too! You really can’t go wrong getting the work done here. big shout out to Amir for his outstanding service and friendly personality. It would be wonderful if all businesses could be conducted this way.

Ive now relied on Carstar La Habra twice, and each time, theyve proven why I keep coming back. Their work ethic is exceptional, from the moment I called after my most recent fender bender to when I picked up my repaired car. Rocio at the front desk was a standout, guiding me seamlessly through the rental car process and keeping me informed about my vehicles status. Their communication was top-notch, ensuring I never felt in the dark about what was happening with my car. The great part is that they work effectively, and my car was completed sooner than expected. Overall, from the person answering the phone to the mechanics and front desk staff, their professionalism and dedication to customer service are unmatched. Personally, I cant recommend them enough.

I dropped my car off at La Habra Body Shop because it was close to my house. Firstly the service was excellent and very friendly staff, especially Thank to Richard Kim and Denise. Of course the car was well repaired, and they took care of customer’s convenience until the end by informing me of the repair process along the way, so I was very satisfied with Carstar’s process and felt comfortable while I was leaving the car . So I highly recommend Carstar body shop.

Car Star has the best employees with great customer service ! I would definitely recommend to anyone to get any of their car fixed or any services needed here. My car was recently broken in to, the rear driver side window was broken. Carstar was great, they vacuumed out all of the glass for me, replaced the window, replaced my passenger side door which was broken and fixed the door rubber lining which had been coming out. The customer service was excellent as well and they even found a place for me to get the window tinted. Thank you and I highly recommend them.
