I have had an incredible experience seeing Dr Nguyen at Carmichael Disc Center! The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. The doctor is highly experienced and accredited, she helped me learn stretches and exercises that I can perform on my own. The treatments I received were tailored to my needs & have improved my overall quality of life! 10/10 recommend visiting Carmichael Disc center!

My husband referred me to Dr. Nguyen when I started experiencing extreme neck and back pain/discomfort which was affecting my sleep and daily activities. After my first visit, I started to feel instant results. She took the time to show me hip & back stretches as well as ways to better manage daily stressors through breathing and meditation techniques. It’s evident she’s passionate about her job and truly cares for her patients.

I am a 17 year old student who’s accumulated a plethora of problems ranging from the cerebral vertebrae, to the lumbar, going as far as the lowermost of my body. After a course of 2 times/ week treatments with Dr. Nguyen, I can confirm the Chiropractic Adjustments have worked. I went from struggling to fall asleep, tussling for about 2 hours before finding a comfortable position to fall asleep, to fixing my sleep schedule- falling asleep within 15 minutes of laying down, to going as far as performing more efficiently in school. Walking around being a hunchback in pain is not normal, get help from Dr. Hongtruc Nguyen; it’s quite the bang for your buck!

Dr. Nguyen changed my life. I was desperate to find relief for my back pain and tried everything from chiropractors, massages, pills and her treatment is the only thing that worked. I can’t speak highly enough about Dr Nguyen, her staff, and her practice.

I saw an online add about Carmichael Disc center,and decided to try.I got approved by VA for treatment and that was a best decision I ever made. My low back pain and stiffness is gone and I feel like a new man. Great doctor and amazing staff. One thing I want to highlight that with decompression treatment you also getting a one of a kind manual therapy. I highly recommend this place, five stars!!!

I’ve been to a lot of chiropractors in the past 20 years and Dr Lily is the best I have ever been to. She is thorough and is the only one that has been able get me out of pain. She also is able to treat my 88 year old mom.

Dr. Nguyen has been very patience with me when it comes to long term back pain! She shows me the techniques how maintance my posture in my daily activities especially my job required sitting at computer everyday! She has done a really good job on following up my health condition everytime when i visit the office and wants me to improve my life and work balance in every way! I feel so lucky to have her as my chiropractor!

Wow! This place went beyond my expectations! Everyone I have met here has been fantastic. Dr. Nguyen is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever met and truly takes a whole body approach to her work. Dr.Nguyen and everyone in her office are so friendly and nice to begin with! They made me feel welcomed and ready to begin. I had neck and back pain that I would hear cracking and clicking but after the treatment I felt so much better! I feel less tension and pain in the places she treated. Would recommend and ill definitely come back to see her again!

Dr Nguyen is very kind, and she knows where I hurt and therefore cures me. Dr. Nguyens character is the same today and tomorrow. And when the treatment is over, it feels like I really had done a treatment because I feel light! In comparison to other Chiropractors, Dr. Nguyens adjustment is longer!

Dr. Nguyen is really nice with very accommodating front desk! I play sports and came in with pains in the back and shoulders area. Dr. Nguyen observed me and noticed other areas that were off and unaligned. Little that I know I had pain in those areas too. She adjusted me and I felt reborn with the treatment!

I had an excellent experience visiting Disc Centers in Carmichael. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and thorough with her examination process and assessment of why I was having lower back pain. I felt like she really listened carefully to my answers and gave me my first adjustment during my visit. I walked out feeling so much relief from the pain and rejuvenated to say the least. My second appointment was centered around spinal decompression and after that visit, I have nearly 100% of my mobility back again. Im grateful to have found Dr. Nguyen because she educated me about how my spine, surrounding muscles and posture all have to be in balance together to avoid future health related complications and issues. I also want to call out that Paulina was excellent with coordinating my visits and assisting Dr. Nguyen to make the visits exceptional. She is friendly, caring, highly communicative and responded quickly to make my visits super easy to book, even with a busy schedule. If you are having lower back pain, no need to suffer through another day.. just make a call to Dr. Nguyens office and you too will be on your way to getting your normal life back.

One of the best decisions I ever made was scheduling an appointment with Dr. Nguyen. I’ve been in excruciating pain for a long time, but I can honestly say the weekly treatments has improved my mobility tremendously. Dr. Nguyen and staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Very clean and comfortable office. I highly recommend!

No one. I mean no one had been able to relieve my neck stiffness and pain. Dr. Nguyen has done what others said couldn’t be done. Using her instruments, she has activated the muscles in my neck. Others have noticed the difference. It is not a permanent fix - uUnderstandable because I have had this condition for 6+ years and have developed some bad habits. But every treatment is less painful and lasts longer. I am so grateful that my neighbor told me about this doctor.

Dr. Nguyen is really good at what she does. My mom was having a crippling pain in her knee area, and after a couple adjustments, she is able to walk normally again. Dr. Nguyen is very friendly and is always ready to provide helpful advice according to the wellness of the patient. We are very fond for all the help she has provided us, so it is a five stars all the way.

I have been going to Carmichael Disc now for 14-months, on a once a week adjustment/alignment maintenance program. They are top notch in my opinion, and always take the time to ask questions, listen and then perform the adjustment. I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else at this point. Doctor Nguyen, is nice and pretty. I’ve gotten supplements from her such as high quality omega-3, which improved my memory, and have gotten essential oils from her, which helps me sleep better. I still use the oil and omega-3. She provides her service out of generosity and kindness and is very friendly once you get to know her!

I loved disc centers of America, Carmichael because Dr. Lily has really enlightening me on a different aspect of my health. After having my first adjustment I felt like a brand new person and have been conscious about my posture ever since. I’m mindful about the way I move and how to conserve my body which helps substantially being that I work in intensive manual labor. With adjustments I’m more productive at work and actually have energy to be active on the weekend to participate in leisure activities. Not only is she great at what she does by relieving my pain but she also goes the extra length to educate me by taking the time to explain the why and how. This extra effort has made a great difference in my life and gives me the confidence to know that I will be able to continue my career with out having to sacrifice my body for the years to come. I would like to thank disc centers of America, Carmichael and especially Dr. Lily for changing my quality of life, I actually wake up on the weekends pain free and the strive to do the things that I enjoy. I am so happy I found doctor Nguyen. I have had back pain for 40 years. At 74 I thought I was heading for a wheelchair. I was depressed with many health concerns . After just a few visits I felt so much better with less back and leg pain. I have more energy too. No regrets...and no wheelchair.

I highly recommend Dr.Nguyen (fondly know as Dr.Lily to her patients) She has helped me so much with my knee and back pain by keeping my body correctly aligned. Also, other conditions I suffer with like vertigo and arthritis in joint areas. Dr. Lily is both professional and one of the most caring people I know.
