I had my first appointment with Dr. Castillo recently. Was very impressed by her kindness, patience, professionalism, and thoroughness. We went over my health history and addressed issues with my teeth and the importance of healthy teeth on ones general health and wellbeing. Her staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful too. The dental clinic is in a new building on Aviation Blvd. It is beautifully maintained and spotless. Great first impression and experience!

Dr. Carmen has been taking care of my teeth and gums for over 25 years. I’m a dental sissy and she’s gentle. While I’ve always been terrified of dentists, my experiences in her office have always been relatively painless and calming. She truly cares for each and every patient and has always given me the best dental advice. As for the office staff— they too go to great lengths each and every interaction.

As somebody who has known Dr. Castillo and the team for many years, I want to say that Dr. Castillo never fails to impress me! She is amazing at what she does. I had internal bleaching done for two teeth that have root canals, the process was not painful at all and I can already see results!The staff is also excellent! They are knowledgeable, caring, and very good at what they do!I highly recommend Dr. Castillo’s office!

Staff is professional and friendly. Doctor was also very thorough at explaining my dental situation and consequences. At the end of the visit, the office staff went through my treatment and payments point by point, so they were clear and understandable. I was given friendly, individual attention. I was always so fearful when it comes to going to the dentist. That all has changed after having the best dental experience Ive ever had here. Dr. Carmen’s office is the best! It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. It was my first check up in years and she really took time with getting to know my health history, current concerns, bad experiences & future desires for my teeth. It’s a well kept state of the art facility with COVID-19 safety precautions in place. I was able to enjoy Netflix with a personal set of headphones which helped with my anxiety while in the chair. She’s excellent with pain and making sure your comfortable. All office staff are super friendly and accommodating. I recommend that everyone looking for high quality dental care schedule an appointment ASAP.

The dental care is first-rate professional service. Carmen has a charming inquisitive nature as she searches each tooth for problems. And my dental hygienist, who I followed after she transferred from a different dental practice, is excellent. She is known as Gentle Jen because of her sensitive use of modern technology for dental cleaning. I feel safe in her presence since she uses state-of-the-art protection garb for covid.

Always an amazing experience with Dr. Castillo and her staff. I never have to wait too long, there’s netflix to entertain you while you wait AND while the procedure is going on, if you prefer. Dr. Castillo has been our family dentist going on 15 years now. My most recent visit to fill a cavity, she was on time, was beyond thorough and made sure throughout the procedure I knew what to expect and wasnt in pain. I was out within an hour. Her staff was also pleasant and helpful.

Due to travel, and moderate to severe pain, Dr. Castillo‘s office got me in right away, which was greatly appreciated. I was very impressed with Dr. Castillo‘s comforting bedside manner, her expertise, explanations, and assessment. She then referred me to an endodontist for a root canal, who also scheduled me in the next day.I wish Dr. Castillo could be my dentist in north Idaho, where I live!Thank you very much,Mona Kim-Brown

Jennifer was still sick, so I was scheduled with Kim. Kim was very patient with my teeth, which were (due to the pandemic) months overdue for a cleaning. she also had to do all the procedures manually, since the usual machine could not be used. I can see why Nancy has stayed with Kim for many years! Thanks, Kim. I also made the unusual request for a link to where the shoe covering machine was procured. And this unusual request was also fulfilled. Above and beyond good service. Thanks.

This exam (new parient) was the most thorough I have ever had! The x-rays are digital which takes substantially less radiation. Photos are taken of all teeth and Dr. Points at the photo on a computer to explain what is going on in your mouth. Allot lots of time but it is worth it. I am relieved to be getting better care!
