AVOID ! Fraudulent dealershipOn September 6th 2023 i purchased a used Tesla from Car Mart OC. Within 3 months the car experienced a complete breakdown due to faulty car parts that the owner, Jamie was aware of. His assistant Patty was complicit and even sold me a bogus extended warranty that was near impossible to utilize for the vehicle.The specific defect of the car was purposefully omitted from all reports provided by Car Mart OC. This is fraudulent and unethical business practices!! I spent roughly $33,000 for a vehicle that requires nearly $10,000 to be functional.Both Jamie and Patty are fraudulent car salesmen who have no remorse in scamming their consumers. Will be telling everyone i know to avoid this dealership at all costs.

Highly recommend this dealership. Fair, honest, and excellent customer service. Owner is perhaps the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. Never have I had such a great experience car shopping. If you are looking for a car, this is the place to go hands down.

This is by far the best dealer and dealership you will ever find. Jamie and Patty are amazing! Every car there is nothing but the best used high end luxury and sports cars you can find. It was my dads best car buying experience hes ever had out of over 30 cars. They didnt hard sell anything unwanted, and allowed me to fully inspect every single thing I asked to see, he even brought us out a pad to look underneath the vehicle. The specific car we got was the best one available in the whole country, and all of his cars are in the same condition! I really enjoyed talking to them and was very impressed with what he (Jamie) has built not only as a dealer but as a business.Patty was very friendly and we had fun talking to her too. She went up and above to help us out. If you want a superb condition sport luxury car for a fraction of the new price, go see them and you will not be disappointed! This was the most enjoyable car buying experience Ive ever had and may ever have. Thank you so much Jamie and Patty! Well worth the 1000 mile round trip drive!

Jamie and Patty are top notch! I can not recommend them enough. Honest, professional and fast at what they do. I sold a vehicle through their consignment plan, while interest rates are slowing sales down, they were able to unload it for me and get me the maximum amount for the vehicle. The showroom is fantastic and they are so pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

Im not sure there is anyone Id rather be buying a 20 year old Porsche from. Received excellent service after discovering an issue with one of the speakers. Also had a terrific purchasing experience. Every time I am in the market for a used car going forward I will check with Car Mart OC first.

I bought my Porsche boxster here. Im going to be completely honest. I called to enquire about a vehicle and they answered my questions. They werent pushy at all; in fact, they didnt seem to care whether I wanted to make a purchase. Jamie is the owner I believe. He seems like a blunt, straight forward kind of guy. Not much of a smooth talker. He didnt try to talk me into making the purchase. He did sound very demanding and wasnt very accommodating given that I was 400 miles away and willing to do all the work with my bank and flying down to buy the car. Patty was a lot more personable. But in the end, they are an honest business and Im glad to have worked with them. They even saved me a lot of money by using my own address rather than my parents. I do recommend them, just hope you catch Jamie on a good day. Or just ask for Patty.

Happy to have bought my wifes Lotus Elise from Patty and the gang! Overall pretty good experience, although there is one pretty pushy salesman who tarnished our experience a bit (wont name names out of respect). Patty was super helpful the day we picked up the vehicle. Very responsive and helpful!

Patty and Jamie are a great team to work with! They truly care about their customers and the experience they have when purchasing their luxury vehicles. They will literally bend over backwards to make sure you leave happy and confident in your selection.I’m in love with my 2016 BMW X5, and am so thankful to have gotten the chance to work with them in the process.
