Carly is the loan officer that helped me purchase my first home. She was so thorough and explained the entire process to me more than once. She was extremely patient with me and ensured that all deadlines were met. She made herself readily available for calls, texts and questions. She is so friendly and I highly recommend her services. She went above and beyond for me to fight for certain dates to be met because we were on a tight timeline. Don’t hesitate to work with Carly. She is so professional and very friendly for first time home buyers or any other buyers for that matter.

Being a Realtor in the South Bay I have worked with Carly numerous times and the experience has been great! When we went to purchase a home in the beginning of the year, our realtor led us to Carly and she has been nothing short of amazing. From the first phone call I had with her, I knew I could trust her to do everything in her power to get me and my family the home of our dreams. When the rollercoasters of purchasing our new home happened, Carly was there to both calm me down and help me come up with unique out-of-the-box solutions. Carly went above and beyond with her level of customer service. Not that I advice other people to do this, but Carly would jump on an early morning call or a late night text messaging session with me when I would freak out about various roadblocks. Carly is a a 5 star lender all the way. I’m a Realtor and have worked with other lenders in the past. Carly’s customer service and prompt replies to email and texts are a breathe of fresh air. Carly has a vast knowledge of different loan products and works very well with buyers on new loans as well as refinances. She works well with first time home buyers as well as the seasoned pros who have bought many houses. I would highly recommend her .

We worked with Carly on a pre-approval last year. We ended up seeing a home on a Monday and offers were due Tuesday/Wednesday, Carly managed to get us a pre-approval letter in time for offer due date (insane)! Carly is one if the best loan officer I worked. I have several properties and worked with several loan officers in the past. Mine loan application was very complicated due to my part time W2 employement, part time consultant job and income from properties. It happened during COVID time so the case got even more complicated. She was able to use her amazing skills and got us a mortgage loan product best suited for me, with best interest rate. She was very professional and timely updates us regularly during the refi process. I look for ward doing more business with her in future.
