I dont understand why people goto other eateries...Carls Jr is the only establishment that cooks meat proper...with fire🔥 Its having my favorite BBQ food, burgers...but better, since their super efficient staff like Teresa and Issac, take care of all the non-yummy aspects of a delicious lunch. I get all the goodies and none of the hassle. Kudos to Carls, keep up the great work!

My experience today on Wednesday, March 20 was great. An employee named Isaac took care of me today and made me feel welcomed, made everything simple in helping me order and even reminded me about chicken nuggets that I was supposed to order for my younger brother. He then brought me my food and when I asked if I could stay a while to wait for my brother, he said it was more than fine and it just really made me feel at home, thank you and huge shout out to you Isaac, youre all doing a wonderful job. This Carls Jr has been my favorite place to go to during breaks and after my classes. Keep rocking on

I was actually pleasantly surprised,the service was done quite well. They had this very attractive latina manager with a nice booty. I ordered 5 of the spicy chicken sandwiches that are currently on sale for 99 cents.They were fire, Im gonna get some more and the 2 fer 6 fish sandwiches tomorrow and watch the superbowl.

It was our first Halloween experience in the U.S with our kids. However, it became a true nightmare at this Carls Jr.(I used to eat another Carls Jr around my place.)We never write any bad reviews except this time.We spent almost 1-hour driving to Pasadena for a kids late afternoon Halloween activity. To ensure our kid and baby had a place to eat before going back home, we parked at Carls Jr.We left the car around 5 pm and went back for dinner around 615pm. However, our car disappeared. Theres NO time limit warning sign at our parking space.The Carls Jr. lady staff told us our car was towed as we did not dine in the restaurant. We explained that we were here for dinner but she replied it was not allowed.The tow company was around 25 mins. apart. That means our car was possibly being towed within half an hour after being parked.We did not park at the busiest space but a legal space at the furthest narrow corner. Also, we have parked only 1 hour more, not a couple of hours, not overnight.As we just newly moved to the U.S., may I know if it is the OFFICIAL POLICY of Carls Jr. to their customers here?If so, why is there another car in the lot parked earlier than us but was not towed? When we left the restaurant and waited for the Uber heading to the towing company in the dark, the cars owner came to pick up his car with his family from another side of the street, not from the restaurant.Can you please provide a reasonable explanation?

Im over this location. Service is short and never seem happy, not to mention hard to order with the language barrier. Food is always hastily thrown together.Just had to throw away breakfast burrito because it wouldnt hold together from half of it being the gravy and sloppily put together. Tasted old.Ive had problems before with my burger being cold and everything dripping from sauces, ask for ketchup and only get one have to ask a few times for more.

So I didn’t appreciate to call a liar and most likely judge me because I had a black eye. The food is good but the service at this location is horrific, they are always talking to someone else when taking an order and because of this they either for get something or put something that wasnt supposed to be there on my burger. I just spent two minutes trying to order a burger and the woman in front just would not let me get a plain burger with just the mustard and ketchup, she just kept saying well thats not plain. Went late; normally I go to Jack and the Box but their drive thru line was really long. I always forget that this location doesnt have business at night and so after waiting a while for food, my onion rings came back tasting stale and had a stink to them (think when food is left too long with other food then reheated). The soda I bought had a nasty moldy taste to it (considering it was diet coke im less than impressed), and no surprise, I got food poisoning the next day and had to take a lot of unpleasant bathroom trips. Im certain it was this meal since I had a really busy day and ate nothing... And Ive had nasty bathroom trips after going here in the past (I rarely get food poisoning, even from fast food locations). If I were you Id stick to the other places nearby to eat instead at night. If I was the business owner maybe Id consider oversight on cleanliness at night or just not open the store since its usually empty anyways

I used to work as an assistant manager at Carl’s Jr. Not even a year ago. I just passed by at 11:45 pm and they didn’t take my order because “the day was resetting”. I know for a fact the day doesn’t restart until 12 am. And if for some reason they do. They should be a lot nicer and not rude at all when they tell the customer that they are closed. I was going to spend over 50 dollars in food. I guess it was my lucky day since I just ended up going to jack bought more food that I was at the Carl’s Jr. And for a lot less too.

A woman spoke another language to them snd they gave her a cup but didnt charge her and then staff went back to ignoring everyone in restaurant. My elderly mother, frustrated, gave up and went home. The service is good and I would give them 5 stars for the food and friendly service, but over all I have to drop them down one star maybe two because too many vagrants and bums frequent the restaurant; at any one given time these vagrants will be sleeping in the restaurant and just sit there playing their radios really loud or they will have any number of shopping carts full of junk, bottles, cans, blankets etc just parked outside the restaurant doors. Also many of the vagrants enjoy smoking outside but with in only 5 feet of the restaurant exposing customers to second hand smoke. There are many restaurants nearby and they of course have the same problems so Im not singling out this restaurant. I wish something would be done about the problem because its really difficult to sit down and enjoy a meal at a restaurant now.

Sprinklers are placed facing into your cars window so when you put your window down to tell them what you want in the drive thru you get soaked by the sprinkler water. The $5 box meals are a great budget saver and it comes with a cookie- and coffee is less than a buck and you can get free refills-cant beat that. Great deal great price. Enjoy!

I was there around 3:40 pm when it was very slow, there was only two workers, one in the drive thru and other in the kitchen. it took about 10 minutes to get the order for one customer before me. The team turned around to take the drive thru order again and I waited about 15 minutes. I decided to leave. It was very sad at how bad the services was. It looked like our money not worthy to visit the store to buy food.

I havent been in Carls Juniors in a while so I am not sure if it was this location only or all the restaurants are overpriced now. Also there was no one dedicated to take orders in the register, the guy was back and forward between the drive thru windows and the register. Im new to Carls Jr, but after a couple visits, Im a fan. The Breakfast are a hot gooey, cheesey mess of good. On my second visit, the counter guy suggested I do the special they had going because it would save me $$. Finally had a $6, too and it was great. One of the better fast food burger experiences. Now I need to find one at home.

First time trying the 6piece jalapeño poppers (noticed people always ordering it when we go to carls) and they are delicious! bite sized pieces filled with cheese not spicy (and i have a low low spicy tolerance.) also had the spicy chicken sandwich well made and the cashier was attentive making sure i had everything and offering sauces definitely recommend poppers and this location!

The worst Carl’s Jr. ever. I ordered chicken tenders and I got the smallest chicken tenders I’ve ever seen at one of these restaurants. When I saw I was only given 2 pieces out of the 3 I had ordered I went up to the counter to fix it and the woman cooking in the back replied that she already knew she shorted my order. The cashier had to make her fix it. Seemed as though she really resents her job. The receipt had what said was the district manager’s phone number and when I call it the person says it’s the wrong number. It’s a shame because I stop at Carl’s Jr. back at least once a week

Staff is clearly under heavy pressure with only three orders on the board and will use that as an excuse for horrible service. I was really hungry in Old Pasadena just before a movie so i decided to go to this corner on Hill and Colorado because of the many dining choices within walking distance from each other. Ultimately i chose Carls jr. because i wanted their Santa Fe chicken sandwich but man i didnt imagine such a terrible experience. When i walked in there was literally just one other patron and the lady behind the counter seemed to be checking her phone not really doing anything, she started asking what i wanted without even greeting me first. The entire lobby area seemed to be really messy and i mean almost every table i walked to was dirty . There were napkins on the floor and spilled soda on the counter. Quite a few guests walked in after me and some of them waited over 10 minutes just to place their orders because the lady seemed to be splitting her time between the drive thru and the front counter. None of the people in the kitchen decided to take over and help either because they havent been cross trained or they were simply quite lazy. The food was decent but the service was mediocre at best but the reason why I wont be coming back is their apathy and laziness on top the fact there was such a strong weed smell as soon as i opened the front doors on my way out running from this joint no pun intended!!!

Literally the slowest fast food place Ive ever experienced. We were in front of the speaker for about a minute when the guy working said give me a minute - - thats fine, at least he checked in. When he came back, we started our order with one item - - low Carb Santa Fe Chicken sandwich. He repeated it back to us, then said hold on & disappeared for almost 10 minutes. When he came back again, we had to order that item again, plus one more. Then it took 15 minutes for us to actually get our order. The other two cars in front of us were complaining about the wait too... Everyones windows were down & we were all commiserating over the terrible service. I dont know if they were having trouble with something inside, or if they really are just THAT slow, but I dont plan on ever giving them another chance to find out.

Carls menu is an improvement over most burger chains. Unfortunately the store across from PCC has been understaffed all three or four times Ive been there (evenings), leading to significant delays in some cases. It seems like they have one person cooking and another to take and fill orders and payments for both the drive-through and the counter. Shes nice enough, but needs help when the lines are long.

Okay, so the food is standard Carls Jr. Carls Jr. has good food.During Covid-19 my complaint is that they dont have two people handling the window. The one person who takes the payments is the same person who is packing the food, and handing the food to the customer. They dont use hand sanitzer after a payment transaction, so there can be contamination. When they are putting those fries in your bag after watching them run your credit card it is actually worrisome. I tried to explain this to the guy at the window but he blew me off. I will return to Carls after the pandemic has subsided.

Came here last night. I got some onion rings and jalapeño poppers. The onion rings were great but the jalapeno poppers were not. I ordered the 5 out of the 6 jalapeño poppers were mostly empty inside with no cheese or jalapeño. I was a bit upset since we had already to far to return them and not feel inconvinienced. I parked my car and I went to neighborhood and came back before 20 minutes past. I couldnt find my car. I thought that my car was stolen. But I found that my car was towed by towing truck. I asked why...He just told me that the manager of Carls Jr. called and asked him to tow away.I had to pay $295.00 for picking up my car.I am sorry to park my car and went away.But its ridiculous and annoying.Carls Jr. Restaurant is neighborhood business.
