Seldom does an experience exceed your expectations, but such was the case working with Cari and Britt. From the moment we contacted them, they could not have been more attentive or accommodating in finding us a home, locking it down and even helping us troubleshoot small problems arising in the home after the sale.Working with them was a flawless experience. They are consummate professionals with very specialized knowledge and insights into the local real estate market.We had been searching for a home for over a year and found very few appealing homes. Within a month of meeting Cari and Britt, we were in our new home!As it turns out, knowing a professional realtor with deep knowledge and insight into the local market was invaluable. Forrest Graham is a knowledgeable and personable realtor who helped us choose a new home and sell our old home.When purchasing a home, we did not feel pressured to buy just any house on the market—Forrest understood what we were looking for, and showed us the types of homes we were interested in.Before we purchased a home, Forrest also provided professional and knowledgeable home inspectors who were able to give us advice and answer our questions.When we went into escrow, Forrest helped us negotiate a successful sale. We wanted certain things fixed or upgraded; he gave his opinion as to whether the seller would agree to do so.Forrest always responded to our enquiries within minutes—day or night. He was in constant touch with our lender, letting us know if things were needed from us and keeping us informed as to the loan progress.After purchasing our new home, some minor problems came up. For instance, one door was not closing correctly, and the water heater was not heating water too well. Forrest sent a handyman who fixed both issues without any cost to us.When it came time to sell our old home, Forrest did a great job making it saleable, recommending what should be done to spruce it up at a reasonable cost. For instance, we replaced bathroom vanities, fixtures, dining and hallway lights, carpeting, and had the entire interior repainted. We thought about replacing appliances and floor tiles, but Forrest indicated buyers wished to choose their own, thus saving us money.Forrest also recommended a reasonably-priced and efficient moving company. All items were well packed and arrived safely at our new home.Again, we are happy to recommend Forrest Graham as a realtor.

When we first met Cari & Britt, we thought that selling my mother’s house would be quick with only minor repairs before we could list it. During the pre-inspection, it was discovered that over 30% of the foundation needed to be replaced or repaired. Cari knew the right engineering firm and foundation company to get the job done well. The entire process, including city permits and inspections, was completed in an incredibly fast four months. Cari and her team used that time to prepare other areas of the house, which allowed us to list quickly after the repairs were made. Their network of subcontractors is extensive and the firms responded quickly due to Cari & Britt’s reputation for professionalism and integrity. My mother’s house was listed late on a Friday night and we had four offers by the next Tuesday. All four offers were 100% cash and all were above market. I cannot stress enough what a great experience it was working with this team!

We are first time home buyer. Forrest did a great job educating us about the whole home purchase processes and offer writing. He was very responsive to all our questions and proactively helped us trace down the answers. He would do all the research for us to ensure we made informed decisions. He helped to negotiate down the purchase price and worked beyond to help us get the wall heater fixed and trim the grass. It’s a great pleasure to work with Forrest! Highly recommended!

Cari was so outstanding I dont have enough words!! She sold our home AND negotiated a great deal for our new forever home. We had a complicated home inspection that included a septic tank and several things we werent familiar with. Cari took over, met every inspector, submitted reports, had the repairs done, and we didnt worry about one thing. I would recommend her for anyone buying or selling!!!! We have bought and sold 3 homes over the years and this was hands down, the most seamless experience we have ever had! A+ all around and her team supporting the sale and purchase was not notch.

Cari, Britt and their team are outstanding! We were selling two different houses and buying another one so we needed a team that could handle pieces of the transaction when we werent available. It would be very difficult to top their responsiveness and their immediate access to a wide variety of subcontractors who handled tasks quickly and completely. Their real estate knowledge is very comprehensive and absolutely everything they told us came true. We are so glad we followed their recommendations about the pre-inspection, which repairs to fix and which to leave alone, pricing, which offers were most likely to close, etc. I have told all of my friends about the outstanding experience we had with them and how they made the process seamless for us.

Cari and Britt recently helped me sell my home in the South Bay.
