This is the worst dealership ever. My MIL got a car at the Arizona location and within 2 days the AC stopped working. They never fixed it, it was the compressor and they said it wasn’t their job to fix it. Then a week later the car started jerking and she couldn’t accelerate without it jerking even on the highway. which is so dangerous and is a major vehicle problem according to the car shop and auto zone, but car hop said they won’t cover it because it’s “not a major problem”. The Arizona location shut down because they sell lemon cars (obviously). So she’s been dealing with this location to make payments, etc. Well her car broke down while visiting us and she left it at our apartments. We went on a trip and put some stuff in the trunk of the car, car hop towed the car while we were on the trip and she forgot to tell us they were coming. She decided the car was no longer worth paying since its value is only $3000 and they’re charging $10,000 to begin with. With all the problems that were diagnosed it would be over $4000 to completely fix everything. So now the auction place that has the car said we can go pick up the stuff with permission from car hop but car hop won’t let her authorize me to pick it up. (We’re not trying to pick up the car, literally just the baby stroller & shoes that are in the trunk) They are saying only she can pick it up even though she explained she’d be at work during the auction business hours and she lives an hour away from the auction place. It’s so annoying that since the beginning they have done nothing to help her with this piece of trash car they gave her. Now our stuff is gone because they are too hard headed to understand the trouble they have been causing us from the start.

SAVANNAH AND ILLANA SOLD ME A LEMON!!! I’ve been having problems with this car for months from needing a new motor to a new motor mount to radiator hose, Spark plugs, A new coil, And a new radiator fan and now my car barely wants to start. They told me I can’t switch out the car even though they sold me a lemon. They said the only thing that I could do is pay this car off in full and then get a new car with them. They’re very shady and they will say anything they can to get a sale. They made me pay out of pocket for fixing something that should’ve been fixed under Warranty and when I confronted them about it, they told me I didn’t have to pay one payment because of this. Now I’m calling Because when I got the car, they told me that they sent me the sticker for registration for the car. Savannah just told me that they don’t do that. They don’t have to because it already came with the car. But when I got it, I had my friend with me. She was saying what she could say to make them look good and for her to win that promotion. They convinced me buy the “best car in the lot right now,” now I’m stuck with this car and they’re still expecting Payments. Don’t get Stuck in a contract with these people like I did. Worst mistake I could’ve made.

Dont get me wrong, I like the staff at this location very much. The one star I have to offer this place goes ONLY to them. Theyre nice hard working people, trying to make an honest living. My main problem with Carhop is how the system works and how their staff have no choice but to uphold it. They feel they do not need to disclose verbally OR written, any issues the car may have if it does not affect your ability to get to Point A and Point B(I was told this over the phone). Unfortunately they cant be trusted. When purchasing a car, anything that may need a repair or may not work should be made known to you ahead of time so you have the opportunity to decide if you want it. I was sold a car with absolutely NO working audio. No sound comes from the speaker and the radio will not turn on (this is a 2014 by the way). When I was in the office, I was told that the car should have Bluetooth connection since its a newer car. Imagine my surprise when NONE of it worked. When I called Carhop the next day to inquire what the actual issue with the audio was I was told right away. Its not their problem, they will only intervene if its an engine related issue I then asked if it was mentioned that the audio did not work in any of the forms I filled out (wasnt in any forms I remember reading) but I was told they cant do anything about it. Even if they want me to fix it they wouldnt even tell me what the issue was so I could save a diagnostic charge. Im now stuck with a car that cant play any sounds or music at all and was offered no answer on what the issue even is. At any point they could have made it known either that the audio/speakers dont work. If you have any other options, go with them instead of Carhop. At least you will get honesty and not feel scammed by the end of it. Just felt very slimy and made me regret going with them.

I had a very exciting experience with Anna at carhop. I was able to get into the truck I wanted with a low down and reasonable monthly prices that last for only a few years. Im excited to drive off with my car today. This was my second purchase with them recommend them to anyone that needs a car at a reasonable price.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Anna the branch manager. She was kind very helpful and encouraging. I didn’t get a car that day but they did a follow up call and assured me I’d get a car so I went in and lo and behold I drove away, happy thank you carhop for your excellent service and dedication of hard work

The staff is amazing I went in today and looking for a vehicle and I found it thanks to Savannah. I highly recommend carhop. My credit is not the greatest and they helped me out so much today. Thank you all.

All staff was excellent in providing the best service possible. I was able to get approved for a car quick and when I couldnt get approved anywhere else. I definitely recommend coming here

I would not buy a car from carhop anymore. I don’t care how bad your credit is I bought a car I told him the tire was low. They said that’s my responsibility. It was low right from the beginning. My horn hasn’t worked for over a year and all I have to do is take it back to the mechanic and he’ll try to fix it for me. They don’t care about the safety of people this car has no spare tire in it. The tires are bald and I spent over $600 for tires on this car, but they don’t give a damn they just want to double the amount of the cars in this car is value is only $4000. They charge me 9000.
