I found Reza over at Care Patrol through a local community page. From our first initial conversation I knew we were in good hands. He really takes the time to understand our needs and narrows down the choices we have to obtain care. He really knows the ins and the outs of facilities and has the insider knowledge which is something I cant just Google to find out. We could not have gone through this process without him. We cant just Google 10 best memory care facilities which is what Im used to doing. We really needed Rezass wealth of information to make the best informed choices. He goes out of his way to advocate for us, our needs, and expectations. He is never afraid to have difficult conversations on our behalf to get us what we need for our loved one. We are so thankful to have found him and could not have gone through this overwhelming process without him.

A couple months ago I was looking to change my brother from his residency at a large assisted living program to a smaller board and care that would be able to provide a higher level of care for him. He is 78 years old. He has had cerebral palsy since birth and for his entire life has had difficulty walking. As he grew older this has become increasingly difficult. After a hip fracture and prepare 2 years ago he has not been able to walk at all and has required a very high level of care. Reza and his company came to the rescue. The service he provides is very personalized and does not use a cookie cutter approach toward placement. He really got to know my brother to understand him and his specific needs. He screened for the three best possible placements for my brother, and he hit it out of the ball park. He does remarkable work in that that he really knows the placement options that he presents. The options have been thoroughly screened and are confirmed reputable, caring, and of high quality. Before I even went to visit the places, Reza had been given permission to present my brothers case to them to enable them to confirm that the placement would be a good match. We chose a wonderful placement which was very careful to be certain that it would be a good fit. I cant imagine a better place to live over the one that Reza connected us to. It is awesome, and the owner and staff are incredibly caring and attentive and human intheir interactions with my brother. The owner is very vigilant to my brothers needs, and we communicate on a daily basis to keep abreast of and to tend to his changing medical needs. I previously made use of A Place for Mom, and they were good, but they are no comparison to the personal service given us by Reza. While A Place for Mom gave me a list of possible residences to visit, Reza personalized and physically participated in the process. Reza thoroughly screened and made contact with residences before I had contact with them myself. Also, while A Place for Mom did arrange appointments for me to visit, they did not otherwise engage in the visitation process, whereas Reza was present and participated along side me at each possible residence that I visited. He was a great support and helped me sort through things to Consider as I strive to find the best placement for my brother. And after my brother was placed, Reza later dropped by to see my brother and to see how he was doing. He said he wanted to give my brother something after my brother settled in. My brother asked for some ice cream, and Reza some days later dropped by to again check in on my brother and to bring him the ice cream he had requested. Reza provides an awesome, sensitive, caring, and highly personalized service. The service he provides is awesome. If for some reason my brother had to again move, Reza is the only person I would choose to go to for help.

Recently we were looking for a board and care for my mother. She had a stroke at 92 and was unable to feed herself and needed extra care. We were put in touch with Reza. He had my brother and I tour quite a few homes. After finding the one that we liked, we had my 96 year old father look at it.She is now at Harvard House in Anaheim Hills. We are very pleased with the help received from Reza and we are happy with this beautiful airy and bright home. We know that my mom is receiving excellent care and do not need to worry about her. Of course, dad is there all the time visithing as he feels quite comfortable.If youre looking for a home for your loved one, Reza is your guy.

Reza is an incredible person! Right from the start he made us feel comfortable, explained things in a way that we would understand, took his time and got to know who he was working with, our loved one, that added an extra level of care. He found a wonderful place that was a great fit for our family. He followed up, followed through and had impeccable communication. These experiences are hard enough sometimes but he made it as easy and comforting as possible. 100% Recommend!!!

I was given Rezas information from OC Global where my grandmother was staying. My grandmother has dementia and we needed to find an assisted living facility specifically for people with dementia. I called Reza not knowing what to expect. Reza makes you feel very comfortable and he knows exactly what hes doing. He listened to what my family and I were looking for and was able to find a home that was perfect for my grandmother. Not only did he find a place he doesnt stop there he follows up with visits and checks in with the home care people daily to make sure the home is going to be a good fit. Reza youre god sent!!! Reza is absolutely wonderful! He assisted us with finding a perfect match for a care home for a parent. He is incredibly knowledgeable about options for facilities as well as health policies and procedures for the elderly. He is so comforting, works quickly to arrange tours and provide insight, and is simply the best - an expert and your partner. He continues to share his expertise with us, serving as an incredible resource and visiting our loved one. We dont know what we would have done without him. An angel. Thank you, wonderful Reza!!

Reza did an excellent job of helping us find the perfect Senior Living Community for my father. He took us on several tours and listened to and responded to our feedback. We did not feel pressured in any way to choose a place and his advice was very much appreciated. It was also a relief to not get put on email/text lists from any of the places so we could make our own decision without be bombarded with advertising. Finally, after my father moved in, Reza visited him several times to make sure everything was going well and that his needs were being met. Reza made a difficult process so easy. We would highly recommend using his services.

Reza is an angel on earth! He guided me during a VERY stressful time with my father who needed to be transported from the hospital in Orange County to Ventura County. At the same time my mom was going through radiation treatment for cancer (a separate situation). Reza kept me calm and grounded through out the whole process. Not only did he help me find board & care for my dad but Rezas network and resources cover A-Z and assisted in finding me an excellent elder care/estate attorney as well as other resources needed in guiding the situation along. Reza went above and beyond, even came to visit my dad all the way up to Simi Valley to make sure he was doing well. Reza is in his integrity, honest, genuine, and is in it for all the right reasons. Fast forwarding six months later, things are manageable and no longer in a crisis mode. Thank you for everything and continuing to be a great resource Reza! The community is lucky to have you.

Reza was so helpful when my mom was not able to be at home. Things happened quickly for my mom, and Reza was there each step of the way, even though I live in Santa Cruz and he is in Orange County. He was quick to be ahead of every step I needed and even drove up here to help me tour facilities. He has been a major help and support when I was not sure what to do.

Reza was a great support to our family as our father transitioned into Memory Care support. Not only did he support us once in finding a location, but a second after our fathers care level increased. Reza made himself easily accessible, visited with our Father and also made follow up visits to ensure safety and comfort. Reza helped make a very difficult time seemless and perfectly executed
