We’ve been with Care Choice Home Care for my 95 y/o Dad for over 2 years now. It’s been a very good experience all the way around! From the office personnel (esp Marcy & Ashley) who work so hard to get a schedule that works best for us, to the wonderful caregivers we’ve had since DAY ONE! Some have become “like family” and have brought joy and comfort to my Dad and peace of mind for me. (shout out to Elisa and Jessica!) It’s easy to see that these caregivers really do care and are not “just doing their job.”So today, I want to specially acknowledge our current main caregiver, Heather. She consistently goes above and beyond and her happy attitude is contagious! Dad is a happier human when she’s there.When people do a good job, it should be acknowledged. Thank you, CareChoice!

I have been receiving care starting in february 2024. The set up was smooth and very helpful. Since then I have received excellent services. I want to point out Two of my favorites: Marisol and Violet. Not to exclude other caregivers. These Two are amazingly thoughtful and are providing the care I needed. As a disabled veteran it is hard to ask for care, didn’t realize how essential it is to get proper support. I am grateful, and would not be helping others if I didn’t tell my side.

I first used Care Choice back in 2016 when my father was very ill. Their compassionate care of my Dad, as well and the kindness they extended to my Mother and me, made me reach out to them again in 2023 when my Moms health was declining. My Mom really needed someone to care for her and encourage her not to give up. Then came Rubi, who walked in with a smile and immediately started to change things for the better. With her great attitude, killer cooking skills, and loving touch, my mother started to re-engage in life. My Mom is stronger and happier and it is 100% due to Rubi. Jeani (owner) thank you for really listening to what Mom needed and sending us Rubi. I dont know what I would do without you guys! THANK YOU!

My caregivers have been wonderful caring for my husband. They are so friendly, caring, compassionate and respectful. I have used Care Choice the past year and cannot be more satisfied.We have two caregivers taking care of my mother. Gabby & Aida. Gabby and Aida split the days during the week. With her midwestern and folksy style, Regina Gregory has been a joy to have as Tom’s caregiver. Her “can do” attitude and “of course” response to our requests is very much appreciated. Elizabeth also helps me with household chores that I find difficult to do, many times she has suggestions that I find very useful. When I leave my home I know that my husband is in really good hands the are givers Violet, Alexis, and Danelle take excellent care of him, they understand that someone with Parkinson’s needs extra understanding. We have been beyond blessed to have Jasmine as my husbands care giver over the last several months. She is always punctual and responsive to Mikes needs. Her manner fits in with our family extremely well - love her sense of humor! She is able to get Mike up and out of his wheelchair to take short walks using his walker and usually can persuade him to exercise (which I, as his wife, cannot do). She is an absolute angel who helps him shower & get dressed. Jasmine is always willing to do more than we ask of her. I honestly dont know how we would manage without her.Thank you so much for the excellent care your company provides. While I am relatively new to Care Choice, I feel we have a good strong start. The staff is helpful and eager to meet our needs. Ivona and Katherine have been professional, and know how to pitch in and make my life easier. We are pleased with both these caretakers and look forward to seeing more of them in the future. I want to give a shout out to Marcie, who schedules caretakers, and to Violeta, who is a caretaker. We had an unexpected problem with a scheduled caretaker and Marcie and Violeta stepped up big time. They worked together to rearrange things so that I could go out of town and not worry. Marcie was so patient with me, I was very stressed out, and she went out of her way to make sure my mom was taken care of with someone she is familiar with. He struggles with his health and memory, and Beatriz Alvarez, our Care Choice caregiver, walks and plays games with him each time she is here. The communication between the office and caregivers is absolutely immaculate, any questions or concerns I have are taken care of immediately. They have always showed gratitude for hard work which really makes you feel appreciated by the whole team. That being said they also hold each team member accountable to up hold the most important aspect of this industry, safety. Even during these hard times of covid-19 they haven’t budged on safety. In comparison to other agency’s I work with the regulations regarding covid have been more strict and implemented more intensively thusly preserving the health of our clients. I would suggest this agency to anyone looking for either employment or care for themselves or loved ones.

I worked here for about a month and it was my first time with an agency as a caregiver. It was fine in the beginning but as I stayed they would put me on and take me off shifts without telling me. Some of the clients are abusive and they take a while to switch your schedule. Towards the end of my days there I only had about 20 hours. As I would talk to my clients they would say the same thing about communication, that there isnt any. One client in particular would always have call outs from the caregivers and and have to call them to see whats going on! She said this was a weekly thing. Same story with other clients. If youre looking for an agency to work for or to work for you this is not the one.

The Bad News: I fell and broke my right wrist Halloween afternoon. It was a very bad break - both the ulna and radius bones and one of the bones broke through the skin. I have an 18 cm strip of metal in my arm as the bones were were badly shattered.THE GOOD NEWS: My son Chris, who lives in London, immediately got on the internet and found Care Choice Home Care. He called and talked to Jeannie who spent a long time with him on the phone. Chris was VERY IMPRESSED with her empathy and she came the very next day for a 45 minute assessment of my needs. I KNEW QUICKLY this was the help I needed. I had EXCELLENT HELP arriving Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7 a.m.CARE CHOICE HOME CARE has literally been a GODSEND for both me and my son who lives so far away. Poor management and services. 5 different home health aides in 3 months-not my choice. This company took my assigned worker and sent them to another client, effectively changing my time for help without asking if I were agreeable to the change. I never had a employee from Care Choice who was not late multiple times, as well as call in sick .Staff knew in advance when a worker was not showing up and failed to call me multiple times as well. Most of the office staff and home health aides are poorly trained and unprofessional.

Wow! Everyone is so professional and kind. My father-in-law has dementia and fell, we needed help in a hurry. Care choice had staff ready for us the next day. Thank you all so much as you are continuing to help.

I’m a caregiver for care choice home care and I love the way they work with you . They give you the choice to make up your own schedule and work with the client of your liking. You are one on one with each client, I love that the staff are welcoming and understanding .

For me this is a nice agencys.. they follow the schedule what you want.. and if you really hard worker even have second job.. this is the right place to get part time or full time.. they have nice stuff ther not rude if you show to be nice and to your client..
