BUT THEN IT ALL WENT DOWN HILLI was hopeful when I got here, a nice clean new place, lots of cars to choose from.I was greeted at the door by about 3 sales people, all very pleasant.Eventually one of the sales guys told Diego to help me.You could tell Diego was new, but he was a really nice young lad. He brought me around to show me the cars and answered all the questions he could and found the answers to the ones he wasnt sure of.You could tell he would become a good employee with a little more experienceBUT THEN IT ALL WENT DOWNHILLDiego introduced me to the sales manager Joe.. who was not very personable at all.He brought me around showing me cars that clearly didnt suit what I said I was looking for... he treated Diego very badly and barked at him a few times while I was there.You could tell Joe (the sales MANAGER) was not interested in selling a car to me that day for whatever reason. I ended up standing up and thanking them and walking out.Diego walked me out and I told him that I was not happy with the way Joe was talking to him.Then Dan came over and introduced himself as another sales manager... he did his best to turn things around after I told him that the way Joe treated Diego was not acceptable... and it made me not want to buy a car there.He said they would try to make it right.. and to be honest Im fine accepting that... but it was a very unpleasant experience.I dont mind giving them another try, as they are the closest Hyundai to me and I really want to get one of the new Santa Fe.And Ive told Dan and Diego if they get a car in that suits me please reach out.If this happens and the next experience is better Ill adjust this rating to reflect that.If this review helps you in anyway, please consider liking it, it helps me know which ones help .

I went here to get an offer on my used car. I had done a Kelly blue book estimate online for my used car and they were very persistent in contacting me to have a look at my used vehicle and make a best offer. They left multiple messages on my phone. I had already taken the vehicle to another dealer who made an offer so I wanted to get more offers. The offer they made was extremely low and not worth my time. It was about one third of the offer I got from another dealer.

Dont trust any words from this dealer. This dealer called me after I requested a quote online. I told them I was ready to accept an offer from another dealer, and they promised to beat that offer and make it worth my time driving to their dealership. I drove 50 minutes (and I informed them of the drive time before setting out) to this dealer, but when I arrived, they said they couldnt match the offer. They didnt even come close to the number I mentioned. Moreover, the car they promised would be ready for me wasnt there. I drove another hour back home with nothing but frustration and exhaustion. They wasted my time and played me around for the whole afternoon.I finally got my car from Hyundai Inland Empire—they are the best. They dont play tricks or games, and they treat you like a human being (not a spinning wheel like here). If you need a car, go there and dont waste your time here.

Outstanding Customer Service!Working with Service Manager Hunter and his awesome team in the service dept was a blast! Positive, polite and professional each and every team member I met, a warm and inviting atmosphere punctuated with smiles on every face! The dealership is gorgeous with Wi-Fi that allowed me to catch up on emaisl while I was there and even a great selection of donuts to satisfy a craving for something sweet during my visit! I look forward to coming back and working with this awesome team at CardinaleWay Hyundai Glendora again very soon!

I was having issues with my bluetooth. I could hear people but they couldnt hear me. I was told that the diagnostic fee would be $219. If i chose not to have it fixed after they diagnosed it, that i would have to pay the $219. If i chose to have it fixed then i just pay to fix it. They came back and said that they needed to replace the microphone and that it would cost approx $378 (somewhere around that). I told them to go ahead and I had to pay for the part upfront ($158.16). I then took it back to have it fixed once the part came in. I was then told at the end of the day that it didnt work and that they would have to replace the whole unit and that it would cost a couple of THOUSAND dollars. RIDICULOUS!Then yesterday I was talking to a friend that had the same thing happen in his Santa Fe. He told me to just reset it to the factory settings. It took me a little time to figure out how to do that, but i did it and NOW IT WORKS.Your service department should have known to do that BEFORE they did anything else. Instead they made me paid $158.16 for a part I probably didnt need and then tried to get me to pay THOUSANDS of dollars more. Makes one wonder if they just scam people out of their money or if they are just not competent to be doing the job. My household runs on one income (mine). I do not have $158 to be throwing away let alone a couple of THOUSAND.

My car has been in the shop since June 21st. Scheduled for car repair for June 24th. The service advisor Isaiah Douglas was assigned to me June 21st and I have text messages to prove that. I was told that my AC compressor was going to show up Thursday or Friday and that it was approved by my warranty of June 27th or 28th. I did not get a phone call whatsoever on those days. My wife called asking about my car and service center customer service said my service advisor had quit and my new service advisor is Isaiah, the same person who was assigned to me on June 21st. That would be lie #1. They said that they were still waiting on the part to work on the AC. I called today being July 1st and they said that my service advisor would give me a call back. I waited for 2:30hrs until I decided to call back. Now the same person answers the phone and this young man is now being rude with me and incompetent saying I didn’t have a service advisor. I had to have him transfer me to another service advisor who is not Isaiah, and they are saying they haven’t ordered the AC compressor and have no record about talking to my warranty, lie #2. They now say that they are finally ordering the part. Okay I asked them to have Isaiah call me and it’s been another hour waiting for a call back. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I wish to get a discount for the repairs I’m being charged because this is affecting me a lot to be able to get to work. This is absolutely unacceptable.

After narrowing down a list of sub-compact vehicles, I decided to reach out to Cardinale Hyundai of Glendora and had the pleasure of working with Eric.From the first phone call alone, Eric Sanchez was very patient, throughly listened and paid attention to what we were looking for. Never condescending and never pushy. We came in one afternoon and he was very gracious with his time showing us different trim levels for the Kona. He never checked if we were comfortable with the price before showing us a vehicle. I really liked that about him. It shows respect. (Of course we were only going to look at cars that we were comfortable getting.) But don’t you just hate when car sales people do that?Then it was time to go through numbers, I would check in and schedule your visit with sales managers they recommend.Anyway, we did have some hiccups, to no fault of probably the kindest finance guy I’ve ever met, Jason Arrington!🙌🏽 But it was quickly resolved and made right by their amazing finance director Robert Chong.After all that the deal was fair and we love our 2024 Kona SEL. If you work with the right folks at this dealership, you’ll be in great hands!Oh they even got us coffees and got my daughter a cupcake! Very nice touch!

This review is for the Service Department.I have my vehicles serviced at many dealerships before (Hyundai, Toyota, Audi, Mercedes) and truly none of them have provided me the level of service I received from Cardinale Way Hyundai of Glendora. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Its not one thing, but its all the little things they did and they did them well. From greeting to me when I arrived, listening to me and my needs and providing solutions that worked for me.The team at this dealership truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.The level of communication was exceptional—honest, transparent, and incredibly thorough. They gave timelines when they were able and were honest when they couldnt guarantee a specific timeframe for repair, but kept me updated so I knew what to expect and could plan accordingly. Joe, a manager at this dealership, said I could drive the Ioniq 5N if I filled out a credit application first, which I did. I confirmed everything was in order before arriving at the dealership, 1.5 hours away. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told I could not test drive it in case I hit a curb or added unnecessary miles to the car. I was able to drive in the car with Joe and another sales person, Yulli. Nice car, no credibility on sales.
