2024-04-24 14:31:25Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Junior, our salesperson, was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we didnt have any unanswered questions. If there was something he didnt know, he knew where to find the answer. Signing also went super smoothly and the all of my questions about the forms were answered by the signing associate.

I was looking at this car for quite some time but I had other deals that just didn’t work out and thanks to Joey and the team here at GMC they were able to help out and give me a really good deal that I was comfortable with. 2024-05-10 04:45:29First - the people. I met Junior at the door when I got there - it was pi$$ing rain - miserable day.. but he made sure it was set up so that I could see the trucks.. I was not 100% sure what I wanted and had been driving a GMC loaner from a friend for a few weeks and loved it. ( I have been a Ford guy for 40 years (1984) - this is my 2nd ever GM vehicle. Junior was great. Knowledgeable and straight with me I drove the truck off the lot that day. A shout out too to Sylvia who was super friendly. Converted to GM after 40 years - no going back

2024-04-30 17:03:21Update:04/30/2024 - Im happy to report that my truck was fixed by the Cardinale GMC Service Team and its running great with no check engine lights or codes. Ryan Gantz, the sales manager, did a great job in handling the situation. He made sure I was taken care of, including a loaner vehicle while they completed the work, and had good communication through the process. The service team also did a thorough job in ensuring the problem was solved.I understand that when you buy a used truck (2022), not everything is going to be exactly as it should be, but a good dealer makes sure the problems are solved, and I feel Cardinale GMCs team did that. So thank you!Old: 04/24/2024 Well so far Ive been waiting for a call back from the Service Department. The truck I bought had an engine light come on within a week of driving it. I took it in to get repaired but it looks like they only cleared the code because the same code came up around 40 miles after they said it was fixed. I used my code reader to verify it was the same code. I was promised that they would schedule me a time to come in but its been a few days, I left a voice message for the service department, but no one has returned my call or scheduled a service time. Im pretty disappointed in the experience. Thanks Joaquin Gomez

From choosing the right vehicle to financing, I’ve never had a more hassle free experience purchasing a car! 2024-06-18 04:11:04After dealing with 3 GMC dealers and all of them giving me the run around, I was fortunate enough to see that Cardinale had the truck I wanted also. It was a rather far drive for me and I doubted my self. Made a call and Joey picked up and helped me professionally. Not only did Joey and the Cardinale Team were professional, they got me the best rate and price too with none of the haggle the other dealers were giving me. If you are looking to buy a new GMC, go talk to Joey, he’ll take care of you guys.
