Entire experience went smooth. I was able to schedule an appointment online, the platform was super user friendly. Once I got there staff greeted me and took my information and co-pay. Once seated, it wasn’t even 5 minutes before I was called back. Once in exam room I was seen within 5 minutes. Doctor listened to my concerns and was very accommodating, kind and put my mind at ease.Customer service goes a long way. This was probably one of the best experiences I have ever had going to an Urgent care facility. If and when the need arises I will 1000% go back.

I have visited carbon health a couple times in the last few weeks. Both experiences were great. The staff that assisted us were excellent. Urgent care is not a place anyone looks forward to but carbon health and their staff make the experience much more bearable.

This is one of the best urgent care locations I have ever been to. I go out of my way to go to this location; the entire staff from the front reception to the medical staff are always very friendly and patient. I have gone here for myself and for my toddlers and they are absolutely the best. Thank you so much for all your hard work and your kindness!

Update: the owner or whoever refunded my co-pay only to double charge my card that was unbeknownst to me that they can just keep on file. This place is SHADY.Do not go here unless you have time and money to burn. Where to begin… I brought my daughter in yesterday with a sore ear. She had an ear infection this time last year also (from too much swimming) so I knew we needed drops and an oral antibiotic which worked last year. This appointment I let the dr know I still had the drops from last time. She said it didn’t look very bad at all and definitely wasn’t in the inner ear but she was prescribing “better” drops with an antibiotic. At this point I’m assuming I’ll be picking up 2 prescriptions but I found out later no it was drops with an antibiotic in the solution. I give my daughter the first round of drops and pain reliever and shortly after she goes to bed. She woke up at 130am crying and in pain so I gave her more drops and pain reliever. She maybe slept an hour and a half before she was uncomfortable and crying again. I tried to call first thing when they opened but you cannot get through and it sends you to voicemail no matter which prompt you use (🚩). So at 9am I drove to the clinic to talk to the receptionist to see if they would call in the oral antibiotic since the PA yesterday failed to do so. They said sorry no she has to be seen again (🚩). So I asked if they were able to provide a shot of antibiotics should it be deemed the correct plan of treatment and the receptionist asked the PA and came back and said we have to see her. So I relented and said okay I would return home to bring her back and the receptionist said she would put us down for an appointment. We got back around 10am, my daughter visibly uncomfortable and crying. We waited 45 more minutes before we were finally seen. The new PA apologized for us having to come back again since we were here yesterday but also just did the same things the other PA did and wrote us the script for the oral antibiotic. I asked about a shot and she said they couldn’t do it there and my only options were to go to another urgent care (pediatric specifically) or to go to the ER (🚩). And I’m not a doctor but my daughter is 10yo, over 5ft tall and 96 lbs. so any qualified PA should be able to do the simple conversion.Bottom line I feel this location does not have their patient’s best interest in mind and it’s very clear that they are just looking to take my money while letting my daughter suffer. I’ll never go here again.

My baby girl went down on the sofa and hurt her arm.(never fell)It was the first time she had been hurt, so I was clumsy and my heart was impatient. It hurt me too when she kept crying, but all the staff here were so kind and nice.As she took her x-rays, she was fine, so I was relieved.And when we come back home, she seems to be slowly getting better.Ill have to keep an eye out for more though...I was so shocked that I lost my mind, but I am so very grateful to everyone.Thank you again.

I came to get a required Covid test for work and they were absolutely awesome. Dominique especially was amazing, she gave great customer service and even assisted with my dr note to give to work. Staff is on point, I will definitely return and would recommend always.

Clean facility and great location. Appointment was on time and I was asked to send my symptoms ahead on the app so it was much quicker. They called in my meds immediately and was able to pick them up before I even got home. Really nice people too!

Upon entering I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took my information. Then Mark came out immediately to take me back. There he took my vitals and asked me some questions about my reason for coming. He was so kind and genuine. He completely put me at ease. Then entered Lauren, one of the nicest PA s Ive ever met. She continued with follow up questions, did more vitals and then we discussed my issue (cellulitis on my cheek) We discussed how to resolve it (antibiotics,). She asked where I wanted to pick them up. She ordered them, gave me more advice, told me any problem to call or come back in. She was such a lovely person. Urgent Care is never a place you want to be but I must say, those 3 people made it a very nice experience.

Every person at MedPost Urgent Care of Yorba Linda was fantastic. The front desk associate was so friendly and helpful (he made me laugh). The nurse was welcoming and made me feel comfortable during the x-rays. And the doctor was one of the best Ive ever met. His listening skills were absolutely fantastic. I felt reassured and confident in his assessment because I felt like he really heard me and took all of my concerns and symptoms into consideration. This is the second time Ive visited them and I had an outstanding experience both times. One last important point...the wait was so short! Nothing like Ive had at other urgent cares or emergency rooms. Thank you so much!

There was a delay because there was a more critical patient being treated before me and it took longer than they had hoped it would. I was briefed about the situation and updated within appropriate timeframe. They were very helpful and my care was excellent. I would - and have - recommended this urgent care to others.

I was able to get an appointment easily and the front office was great in checking me in. The medical staff were thorough and attentive. The Physicians Assistant J.Tan was great. He was extremely thorough and took his time to diagnose my issues. I am relieved to know we have a place to go if you can’t get into your PCP which normally takes days. Highly recommend!

Had an appt. Was taken back pretty quickly but then waited in the room for 45 minutes before the PA came in. Only 1 person in waiting room when we arrived. We were taken back before that person. Not sure why the 45 min wait. Frustrating when they tell you on the phone to make an appt. As this is faster than just walking in. I still waited just as long. Staff nice, PA did a quick check and prescribed an antibiotic.

I’ve taken my Grandmother to this location twice in the last 6 months. Both times, the wait wasn’t long & the office hours (being open until 8pm and on the weekend) were super convenient. Chris & Elijah went out of their way to make sure was at ease and had little to no discomfort maneuvering her during her x-ray. You could tell they genuinely cared as they were patient, careful & even if almost close to closing. Overall nice staff and & very helpful.

Im generally not one to visit urgent care facilities. But I recently had a minor situation that required me to utilize the services of this establishment. I was impressed by how quickly they could get me in (I called ahead) and you cant beat the convenience for a neighborhood urgent care. The waiting room staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly liked the ease of checking in through a tablet (no need to fumble through pages of forms and handle un-sanitized pens). Once inside the person who attended to me (I believe she was a PA) was very thorough and asked all the right questions. My particular situation was dealt with appropriately, and I appreciated how they followed up via email for aftercare instructions. Overall, a very positive experience (for an urgent care).

Easily made an appointment on a Sunday at the last minute, of all days, and turns out I didn’t need to since when I showed up, there was only one other person. I got to see the PA right away and she quickly got me on my way so I could get the medication I needed to fight off the sinus infection I had. No fluff, straight to the point and now let’s get you fixed up. Exactly what I expect from an urgent care. Thank you!

Do not go here, staff is rude and I felt like they didn’t even care, didn’t bother to check my problem list or what I was most concerned about. I was the only one in the office by this time so I would understand if they were busy but nope and even if they were that doesn’t excuse the very unprofessional appointment I had. After being labeled as “fine” my symptoms were now worse went to another doctor and was sent home with medication that I needed. Do not go here save yourself from the rude nurse, front desk person and doctor. Save yourself from a very long waiting list if you don’t have an appointment and even if you do be prepared to wait. I get it they deal with sick grumpy people all the time but in no way was I being rude or grumpy they could at least be a tad bit professional and understanding.

After 1 minute of waiting, she answered and said she cant hear my voice.The front deck customer service is pretending not to hear me.I called 3 times. There was nothing wrong with my companys telephone. I normally go to the other MedPost on Weir Canyon, which is a fantastic facility with fantastic staff. But this particular morning that facilitys computer systems were down so I was re-directed here. Unfortunately, I did not have good experience at this specific facility with the specific provider that saw me, and felt that the visit was frankly a waste of my time and money.When I arrived, it was only me and one other patient there - yet I still ended up waiting a full hour to be seen. Once seen, the doctor spent about two minutes with me and was dismissive of the duration and severity of my symptoms that I was trying to explain - symptoms which had already been persisting 7 days by the time of my visit. During the exam, she didnt even check my nose, even though I told her I was having sinus congestion. She refused to prescribe me any medication, even though I requested it. She told me I had a cold or virus and that I should wait a few more days and then follow up with my doctor if I still had symptoms.Two days later, my symptoms were worse than ever, and I ended up in a different urgent care facility. Not surprisingly, the doctor diagnosed me with sinusitis and gave me antibiotics. After two days on antibiotics, I was already feeling about 80% better.I know that quality of care and opinions on prescribing antibiotics can differ from doctor to doctor, but I still feel that the level of care I received overall and the treatment plan prescribed to me at this facility by this doctor was not acceptable in this case.

They performed and exam and took x-rays that were produced, analyzed, and burned onto a disc for me within a mere 15 minutes of arriving. I walked in as this is a Walk in Clicnic urgent care at 7:39 and I was told that the could not see me because it was too late. I asked for a manager and there was none. I said is only 7:39pm and your website has a 7:40 pm appt and Vanessa said no someone already took that appt. I called the phone number and I guess a customer service call center rep answered and said you are more than welcome to come in and be seen. Well that was not the case. First time I have ever been denied service, I though that was their main line of service walk in urgent care. I will never recommend them. Terrible customer service.

So I got back about an hour ago from a visit at this location. I went last minute to test for COVID as a walk-in since their facility closed at 8pm. All 3 staff members that handled me were were incredibly friendly and showed real concern for my well being. They explained everything clearly, were open to any questions I had, and had cheerful attitudes the whole time which really made me feel comfortable. Best of all the service was quick and efficient! I will definitely be returning for future services.

First time visit because of proximity to home and reasonable out of pocket price quoted over the phone. I had a quick check-in, very short waiting time in a very clean, cheery and comfortable environment. The friendly staff, including the doctor who examined my condition, made for a very comforting and relieving experience, despite my physical discomfort. The doctor was very efficient while treating me like a friend - such a great bedside manner. This was so much better than having to wait for hours at a Kaiser ER or Urgent Care! I checked that they were open until 8pm My daughter hooked me up with a breathing machine at 5:30pm. thought I had a handle on my asthma by 6:30, but by 7:30 I realized it was getting worse. Even though They had stopped taking patients they whisked me in and put me on a breathing machine. They took X-rays and discovered I had bronchitis, they had me out of there in time to get to a CVS by 9pm to get my prescriptions. Awesome! Awesome! I am so great full to the night staff!

I was involved in a cycling accident on the morning of New Years Day 2022. It was very obvious that I had broken my collarbone along with being covered in scrapes and bruises. After waiting 30 minutes in line at the Brea MedPost, I was turned away due to their lack of having a x-ray tech present. After calling around, I was able to confirm that this location (Yorba Linda) had a tech on duty. After arriving, I was told to wait because they were booked up with Covid test appointments. Long story short, I was left to wait for four hours, while being told almost every thirty minutes that I may not be seen today or you should go elsewhere. The excrutiating hours spent holding my left arm was probably the most helpless that Ive ever felt. If you believe that patients are seen based on the severity of their injuries, you may be in for a painful awakening. After the four hours and finally receiving x-rays, the nurse failed to clean my wounds or place a figure-of-eight brace on me (he said he doesnt know how this works), or write me a prescription for pain medication (the PA on duty is unable to write presctiptions for pain medication was what I was told).As a grateful customer of MedPost for the past 10 years I am greatly saddened. As a life-long defender of the medical professionals and the difficulty they endure daily, I felt truly disappointed by the treatment I received that day. It is clear to me that Covid tests are a much more streamlined and lucrative way for a Urgent Care to pass the time. But as long as the Urgent Care is the category of their facility I feel that I was grossly mistreated.Update 2/4/2022:As of today I was notified that that I will be billed $402.00 for the service I received on 1/1/2022 (x-rays and being seen by the PA). MedPost has been my go-to Urgent Care for 10 years but as of May 2021 they are now affiliated with FastMed. Although Aetna is listed (still currently) as an accepted insurance they are listed as an out-of-network provider. As someone who is still recovering from an injury the insults keep coming. I truly hope that no one else finds themselves in my situation.

Went to the ER the night before and the doctor spent a total of 5 minutes max with me and didnt listen to my issues and misdiagnosed me. My symptoms got worse and I decided to go to Med Post urgent care the following morning. Customer service was excellent and the PA listened to my issues and diagnosed me correctly. Im a 100% better within hours of being correctly treated.

We arrived after the Placentia office said they could not help us. They called this office, the Yorba Linda one, and they said they could help us. We showed up with our hurt son who could not walk and the receptionist said, Sorry, the doctor is not here. They left. Another one is on the way, but we dont know when they will get here. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of care and service after they knew we were coming. Please get your acts together and take your business/oath seriously.

Very disappointed! Even with an appointment for a PCR, I had to wait 3 hours before being seen and now 6 days later, Lab Corp still shows no results on line. I understand it is the holidays but waiting nearly a week for results is unacceptable and serves me no purpose. Fortunatelt I was able to get a PCR from CRS and had results in less than 24 hours. We will avoid using Medipost in the future

No receptionist in sight waited 15 minutes before I said hello out loud then someone came out saying they were not seeing patients until 12:30 and that I needed an appointment for later today and went to the back and I waited 5 more minutes and I decided to leave. I don’t understand why their hours are from 8 am to 8 pm but not seeing any patients until after 12:30 and no one available at the lobby and there was no patients waiting.

Rarely a wait. Can do so many things here and it’s super close to home. I even had a chest x-ray and EKG within a few minutes. Staff members are kind and genuine. Keep in mind you might see a physician’s assistant and not a doctor, but a doctor will review your test results/x-rays and call you with the results.

1. Front desk staff extremely rude; didn’t bother to look up in my face as I checked in-just stayed on their personal cell phones chatting away about after-work plans.2. There are absolutely NO real doctors at this place -ever.3. Medical assistant shoved a tympanic thermometer into my ear so hard it may have caused brain damage AFTER I told her my complaint included earache (seriously, that happened).4. The female cartoonishly tinted with bronzer “PA” I have had the misfortune to see twice lacks any discernible medical knowledge. She literally had no clue what to do with “vertigo”, and said “we are only an urgent care facility, you need to check with your primary care doctor” for that kind of thing. She was in the exam room with me for 4.3 minutes-total. Called in antibiotics to a pharmacy that is closed in the evenings for “maybe an ear infection, can’t really tell”.If you want to be taken seriously for a medical condition, my advice is to go ANYWHERE else.

My wife went here on a Friday evening for bladder infection. She was feeling worse by Sunday afternoon and she developed a fever around 100 degrees. She called to ask what to do and she was told to just wait until Wednesday. She called back to tell them she had developed a fever as well and the guy that answered the phone told her to take Tylenol and wait until Wednesday. I told my wife to go back to Medpost and she decided to go to a different Medpost in Placentia on Rose Drive instead. Luckily she went in because the bladder infection has spread to her kidneys and the doctor changed her antibiotic to a stronger one. Yorba Linda Medpost provided inadequate medical advice and were very rude. We will not be back to the location at Village Center in Yorba Linda.
