I always go to Carbon Urgent if I need immediate care. First of all, there’s very little waiting, if any and the Staff is always professional, friendly and ATTITUDE FREE which I greatly appreciate. Especially since I’m not feeling well when I arrive there, They listen intently to my complaint and appear to take a sincere interest in fixing my problem. This is exactly what happens every time I’ve had to visit the location. They get a GOLD STAR, 1st Class Rating in my book and My Book has great and honest pages.🤗Thank You CARBON! You’re the Best! The facility was very inviting and so clean. We had a appointment which we did not have to waitThe receptionist was very nice and made us feel like we were important. The technician that took my vitals was kind and made me feel less stressed. The clinician that took care of me was just great took the time to explain what I was dealing with and how she was going to take care of it. I never felt rushed she was very understanding. I am on holiday from Canada and felt anxious as last year I went to a urgent care and my experience was not great so what a welcome relief to have such wonderful people this time to take such good care of me. Honestly if you need any help with a medical issue go no further than Carbon Health in town center.

I went to Carbon Health Urgent Care yesterday and everyone I encountered was very professional and caring. Kristin the Nurse Practitioner as well as the X-ray Tech were very personable and provided me with information about my possible fracture. Kristin followed up with me first thing this morning verifying my wrist was fractured. She was great!

If I could give zero stars from my experience, I definitely would. There was a doctor there that was extremely rude and condescending! I was surprised considering this place has high reviews. Didn’t catch her name but her description was in her mid 30s/40s with long light brown hair. If you go here and get her as a doctor, I advise you guys to request a different doctor!!! She’s the worst!

The place was very clean. The woman who drew my blood did a great job.Although there were only a few patients waiting, I had to wait 20 minutes to initially be brought back to have the physical started and then waited 45 minutes for the PA to see me. I went out to inquire after having waited for 40 minutes and was told she was on the phone calling patients while other patients had been waiting to be seen including myself. Another man was in the waiting room and went to the desk after he had also stated he had been waiting for 40 minutes just to go back. I think dealing with patients who are in the office should have taken priority over calling people at home.

I was on vacation and took my girlfriend in because she believed she had a sinus infection. Doctor took about 30 seconds to check her out and told her she was basically overreacting and it was a cold. We then stated our concerns and strong beliefs it wasn’t just a cold and the doctor proceeded to try to make us look asinine. While she felt sick over a week later, a doctors appointment confirmed that she did indeed have a sinus infection. Do not come here!

I arrived in Palm Springs with an ongoing, acute history of 6 months of long covid. No one I saw and nothing that I was prescribed worked to get rid of it in Boston. When we arrived in Palm Springs, I needed continuing care. I read reviews of Carbon Health Urgent Care and was lucky enough to meet Vanessa Guzman. She listened intently, prescribed a series of meds and within one month I am finally healthy. On top of this, it was simple to get an appointment, the front desk reception is kind and helpful and the facility is clean and nice. It is worth the drive from Palm Springs - 20 min or so. Let me first start by saying that if I could give this place zero stars, that’s what I would do. Just to walk in the office it is extremely unwelcoming. The staff seems bothered and has unbelievable attitude I would think they weren’t being paid or something with the way they act. They seemingly have an issue against people with disabilities (genuine disabilities), which is a huge discrimination problem. Once I directed the issue at hand, they keep changing the story about the reason as to why we are receiving this treatment “this is the reason, that is the reason, we’re scared, we have allergies” it makes no sense if you ask me if you had a straight story, you wouldn’t have to think about it or change it that sounds like a lie to me. They bluntly refuse to give the doctors name to allow us to speak to an office manager, and continue to outrageously be rude so beyond this point I will be contacting the board and other resources to see what I can do about this because what I experienced and what my family has experienced is beyond me, especially in a medical profession I would expect them to be the most understanding of people with disabilities, unfortunately, they are not. Then not to mentioned, without seeing the patient AT ALL because his “disability intimidates them” they went ahead and charged him double the price without even seeing a doctor it’s completely out of line. They are in the wrong profession. Bottom line do not waste your time or your money on this place. They do not deserve our time or money. This is coming from a disabled veteran that they have absolutely no courtesy or respect towards. I’m sure you will be hearing back from us soon.

I took the online option to make an appointment. Appointment was scheduled for 3:00 p.m. I got a confirming text at 11:15 a.m. and a reminder text at 2:00 p.m. We arrived at 2:40 p.m. and completed all check-in items. We sat down and waited. I wasn’t called back until 3:45 p.m. At that point, a woman whose tag said X-Ray Tech, took my vitals and asked questions about my condition. At around 4:30 p.m., another young woman came in who had no tag and did not introduce herself to me. She asked additional questions; listened to my heart and lungs; and indicated that they record all interactions. She said I had a virus and offered a steroid for my laryngitis and cough syrup for my cough. The interaction was less than 15 minutes for which I waited 1-1/2 hours. The people here were very nice, but there should be a way to alert patients if there will be that type of delay. Care was okay, but only 1 person seeing patients.

By far THE WORST medical experience I’ve ever had. Even making an appointment I waited for two hours before the doctor saw me. When drawing blood they took one vial, messed up the second vial and had to draw blood from the other arm. Both arms were bruised. Waited three days and had to call them to ask for results that showed ready in the app. Then they had to resubmit information that they hadn’t previously submitted to the labs taking an additional 7 days to get my results back. upon finally receiving a message in the app about my results they told me the wrong outcome - I had to look over my own lab results and correct them upon which they told me they were mistaken and I was correct:Horrible experience when you are dealing with your health - you want things done correctly, submitted correctly and told your true results.

We are here from OH for a few weeks to golf n winter over. my husband pulled muscle in his lower back which he isn’t getting relief from. we finally looked up some urgent cares in area. everyone here was super pleasant and helpful. location is clean. i would recommend you just book a time if u need to go but they got us in fairly quickly without one. highly recommend this facility.

Extremely disappointed I came for a 1 o’clock appointment. There was no one at the front desk. Her name was Mayra when she came in. She was very not helpful. There were too many people there. I had an appointment I relied on that appointment or I could’ve just gone to any walk in and sit around. She just basically took my credit card told me to sit down didn’t even talk to me and then said well, she’s the only one Problem. If you can’t staff your location properly, I will never go back.

I used this urgent care for two painful medical issues while visiting Palm Desert from out of state. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and took time to listen to me and understand my concerns. They also provided options for treatment and included my input in that decision. However, upon check-in, I was disheartened to witness a lack of coordination and clarity in your operational processes. Came as a walk-in on Monday morning around 3PM. The receptionist said I would be in within the hour and should only be a 20-30min appt. After waiting 2hrs they finally had a room available. By this time all the other urgent cares are closed. After waiting in the room for 30min I asked if anyone was going to be with me and in a snarky demeaning tone the PA said she’ll be there in a few minutes. Now everywhere else is closed and I’m still waiting to see a dr. If you don’t care to help people then don’t work in healthcare. Employees need to be trained how to set realistic expectations so people can make alternative plans if needed instead of being concerned with profits.

Apparently it is a very new opening. Greeted by receptionist, never asked named. Told me to give her my DL, insurance and credit card to pay for visit & sit down. Several other people waiting. We wait over 30 minutes and there has been no patient activity at all. Def weird to have all my cards for so long, so I ask her if she’s done with them. She says no that mine will be next. About 15minutes later she says she’s done with them.???? She had me sign HIappa electronically. Not sure why she did with my debit card. I wait another 15 minutes & still no one is taken back. COST TO HIGHI hope you read this before making an appt.I was charged $575.00 for a 15 min visit.After numerous emails, it does not matter what procedure code or how much time allowed, they claim they charge everyone that.This is worse than an ER visit and very much a scam on charges.They claim self pay is $200, wish I would of just paid cash out of pocket,, it would of been cheaper than submitting my insurance. I had to pay $250.00 for the visit.It is no wonder they ask for a credit card to put on file, because they know they wouldnt get payment otherwise.

Complete waste of time. Went in for torn rotater cuff in severe pain. Wasnt given any prioroty even though I sat there moaning and groaning for 2 hrs. I even had an appointment which wasnt honored whatsoever, was seen 2 hrs later. Was given what was supposed to be a referral for MRI which wasnt honored at the suggested place. Was told to go wait all day at ER to be seen or my pcp who is booked for a month. Was also told to take over the counter pain meds which dont do a thing for this kind of pain. Wish i would have stay with Desert Oasis ins instead of switching to Alignment. Their urgent care was top notch! Might just have to bite the bullet and go wait all day at the ER just to get a MRI. Having just moved into this Palm Desert neighborhood, I needed Urgent Care and found Carbon Health on Google. First, I was impressed by their clean, open waiting area. Then the woman at the counter was professional, friendly and very efficient. I was seen very quickly. I was then met by a Medical Assistant who was also very professional and friendly. Next I was seen by the doctor. She was very kind, professional, smart, knowledgeable, etc. She took care of me and I am on the mend now. I was taken into the exam room right at my scheduled appointment time. Both the intake nurse and the doctor who saw me were so nice and friendly and efficient. I was in and out of the clinic in a very timely manner, which I so appreciated. My prescription was called in immediately to the pharmacy so I was able to go pick it right up and get home! My experience with this facility was excellent; the staff and NP could not have been better. I called this location to see if they could even handle my issue. The answer was yes and no; yes on treatment and no on more serious issues that would need to be addressed elsewhere. I made the appointment for later that day. Reception was pleasant and helpful. Intake nurse was pleasant and professional. The NP was outstanding! She went into ‘action now’ mode when she observed the issue, put together intermediate fix’s to begin to address my issues and then made two referrals to specialist that I would need to go to for treatment. I will not name her publicly however this NP exhibits all the qualities of what health care needs to model. Compassion, care, competence and immediate action to start resolution. Thank you.

Being from out of town I needed an urgent care. This Carbon Health facility was very friendly, professional and clean. I was seen by a nurse PA and doctor and their diagnosis and lab work was spot on. The lab results came via their app which I was able to read in Asia and I had the medicine with me, ready to use. What a pleasant surprise to walk in and find that I was the only one there (although I hear that it was quite busy the previous day). The young lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful, and everything looked to be clean and tidy. I was soon called in and was seen by (I believe to have been, a PA) Juanita Moore. She had a great bedside manner and was able to make me feel at ease and comfortable as she pushed the needle into my thumb. I was in and out so quickly and thought about how I needlessly I had suffered in pain for three days. I’m now looking forward to healing (with the help of the antibiotics and ointment) very soon. Kudos to whomever is in charge of your hiring staff!

The front desk assistant promptly greeted me and asked for ID and insurance card. Within 5 minutes I was checked in and taken to the exam room. The same assistant took my temperature, pulse and BP. Without having to ask, she gave the results to me. The medical assistant came in to examine me promptly. She gave me the results and provided helpful information. Amazing experience at an urgent care center. I felt better just from such a positive experience. I will definitely tell all my friends because we all dread going to an urgent care center.

I needed a Covid PCR test. I had a 3:45 appointment, arrived at 3:30. I was not called in to see the assistant until 4:30. People who had 4:00 pm and 4:15 appointments were called before me. The assistant took a brief history, blood pressure, temperature and a nasal swab for a Covid test, then took me to a second exam room where I sat unattended for an hour. They close at 6:00 pm, at 5:30 I was worried that I would not be seen at all. I left the room and asked the staff what was going on. I was not verbally abusive, but firm. The place was empty except for the staff. The MD was entering data on a computer. I was finally seen at 5:45 pm and was told that my Covid PCR test was positive. They told me that they didnt know why I was overlooked. On the way out, I picked up a customer comment card at the desk which had a QR code which led to an invalid web page. The medical care, when I finally got it, was fine and an Rx was immediately sent to my pharmacy, but I will never return.

The people were super nice and did a great job but If youre a walk-in patient I would recommend somewhere else. Otherwise you may have to sit in the lobby for several hours like I did when you feel completely horrible and uncomfortable. People who have appointments are taken first even though most of them look like theyre there for wellness visits or just finished a round of golf and are there for a quick check up. The walkins look like theyre on their death bed but are given last priority. So plan on being there for a while if youre actually sick and are a walk in. Kind of takes some of the urgent out of urgent care.

I had made an online appointment at 9:00 am for 10:45 am. Upon arriving, I checked in with the lovely receptionist who was very nice and helpful. She had me update my information while she looked up my new insurance and by the time those tasks were completed, the nurse called me back. She too was very nice and helpful. I didn’t wait long before the doctor came in the room. She answered all of my questions and gave me a doctors note for work. I had high hopes based on the positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. I walked in a few minutes after they opened today fully expecting to wait because I did not have an appointment.However, the way the receptionist treated my son and I was awful. She acted as if she couldnt believe I was bold enough to show my face without an appointment. She immediately said she was the only person there today for front and back office so she wasnt taking walk ins for the first hour. I asked if I could wait the hour and she said well I cant guarantee that I will take walk ins then. The earliest I think Im taking walk ins is this afternoon, thats even if we have appointments available. Which is it, in an hour or in the afternoon? Are you taking walk ins or is this urgent care by appointment only?Before I could ask if there was another location I could try, she abruptly said maam you need to WAIT because people came in before you. I didnt realize she hadnt helped anyone else in the room; no one was waiting at the check-in line. After spending the next 5 minutes texting on her phone, she spent another handful of minutes logging into the computer (why wasnt that done before they opened?) clicked her mouse a few times and said We dont have appointments today. No apology, didnt offer another one of their locations, nothing. Just turned away from me and started to help others. By the way, another employee walked in as I was leaving. So even her claim of being alone was a lie.I have never been treated as poorly as I was at this facility. I wont ever return and will never recommend.

I highly recommend this Urgent Care location. The front office staff was friendly and efficient. I also arrived 30 min early which was no issue. While I didnt realize they were not really within the United Healthcare network, that was on me. Because of that I paid more than I would have at an in network Urgent care but it wasnt too high. (Luckily I only had $130 remaining before I met my deductible so that is what I paid.)The office itself is very comfortable and professional looking. Parking is easy too.The nurse/MA I saw was incredible. (I am not sure what her role was but she was who spent the most time with me.) I had ear pain and she diagnosed it as hardened ear wax (confirmed by the PA). She did the irrigation, etc. And was extremely kind. (It was a little painful) I cannot speak highly enough about how she handled my issue.One suggestion would be that the online scheduling sent a confirmation to you on the same day as you use it. I had forgotten the exact time and having a confirm would have been useful.

Im visiting palm desert and researched an urgent care. Carbon health was rated the best. I made an appointment on line the night before. I was not disappointed. Went to this urgent care 2 weeks ago to get covid test done and whole visit was just 10 mins. Receptionist took my insurance card and credit card and told me my insurance pays 90% of the bill and I only had to pay $30. Two weeks later I received an email telling me my insurance wouldnt pay the bill and I had to pay another $270 ( a total of $300) for that 10 min visit covid test!!!!!! Why didnt you guys verify my insurance and find out the co-pay at the first place and told me I only had to pay $30???!! I have always Really enjoyed going here. But my last two experiences were awful. This one PA loves to make people wait.Today I showed up early but they made me wait 25 minutes to call me back to the room, although I was the only one there. My 2 year old daughter and I sat waiting in the room for another 25 minutes and I did my best to entertain my sick daughter who did more crying that waiting,When the PA finally came in and introduced herself as the PA she said, did she fall? I had a GREAT experience at Carbon Health from start to finish! When I arrived the receptionist (Diana) immediately greeted me and took my information. Because we were traveling from Texas, Diana checked my insurance card and advised me that it would most likely be more cost effective to Self-Pay than to run it through Blue Cross. She said she would look into this further while I was in for my appointment.I waited for approximately 20 minutes when the physicians assistant (Esmerelda) kindly greeted me and asked me to follow her. She also apologized for the wait (which I really didnt think was too long). Esmerelda then asked all of the pertinent questions regarding my issue and entered the info into their system via a tablet.After a short wait, the physician (Juanita) checked in on me and verified the information taken by Esmerelda and advised what exactly Esmerelda would be doing to address it.The issue that I had was wax buildup in my right ear that I pushed back deep into the canal up against my eardrum that was very painful. PRO-TIP: NEVER use a Q-Tip to clean wax from your ear (as I now know) I was very concerned about the procedure and the potential of it causing permanent damage to my eardrum. Juanita did a very good job of calming my concerns by informing me that in the 10+ years of her experience with this procedure, there had only be a few times when a patient had a problem and that it wasnt permanent damage.After leaving, Juanita must have conferred with Esmerelda because when Esmerelda returned for the procedure, she said she would start the irrigation process (water injection into the ear) slowly and to let her know if I had any discomfort. She said there would be pressure and that was normal. Everything was fine until the pressure ramped up and most likely because I had been trying to use home treatments, it began to be painful. Noting this, Esmerelda continued to procedure with less force continually asking me if I was ok. The wax was lodged very deeply, had been in there a long time and had hardened. Because of this, the procedure would take much longer than is typical. Per Esmerelda, in this situation they would normally put ear wax softening drops into the ear and ask the patient to return the following day to try again. She then asked me if I was covered by insurance or if I was Self-Paying. I said that I had to self pay and explained why. She said if I would have had to return, I would have had to pay extra for the additional appointment. Esmerelda then said she would see if she could get authorization to put the ear drops in now, wait 10 minutes and try the irrigation process again. After a few minutes, she came back in with the drops. Not much later, she was back and began flushing out my ear canal. She continued working and working at it, all with the greatest care and concern for my wellbeing. Finally, the wax came out, the pain was gone and I could hear again! She also took care of my left ear and its amazing how much better I can now hear!After Esmerelda finished up, Juanita returned to check my ears, confirmed all was well and answered a few more of my questions.When I returned to the front desk, Diana already had the information ready for me regarding insurance vs self-pay. If I went through my Insurance, it most likely wouldnt be covered at all due to my out of state deductible and the cost would have been well over $400. If I self-payed, the cost would only be $237. I decided to self-pay as I had previously known after looking at my HMO coverage that this was just the way it worked when out of state. So, I HAPPILY paid the $237. 😄 The incredible service and hospitality provided by Diana, Esmerelda and Juanita was worth every penny! Thank you so much ladies!

I’ve had 2 COVID tests at this location. Both times I had an appointment which was very easy to make online. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. No problems at all. My only criticism is of their check-in process. It involves filing out all information on an electronic tablet. The print is so small, It was very difficult to read. (Fortunately, because of my previous experience, I knew to bring a magnifier.). This tablet did not allow you to enlarge the screen at all. Also the screen was light blue and the lettering was a darker blue, also making it difficult to read. But overall, my experiences here have been great and I’d highly recommend their services.

As soon as I walked in the door they explained the social distancing protocols and hand sanitizing protocols they have in place to protect patients and employees against Covid. That was comforting and nice as some urgent care places are far too relaxed on it. The staff was very nice, professional and caring. I was only in there for a split lip but I could tell they cared and really wanted to help. Was trying for days to find a clinic to do a tb test all over the coachella valley, every single clinic either did it for $300 or refused to even pick up my calls ( even my main doctor). i called carbon to see their prices and they only charged me $50!! they responded so quickly and scheduled me in the very same day. at the appointment, if get there at 1:54 for my 2:00 appointment, they see me exactly at 2:00 and the appointment lasts exactly 2 minutes. im super impressed and pleased with this experience and i will be coming there from now on. the receptionist even gave me a bottle of water! lovely innit xx

Prompt admission, professional informative nurse and clean facility. Front desk personnel was extremely lacking in basic customer service, almost rude about hand sanitizer after barely walking through the door. They should remember they are the customers first impression and behave in a much more friendly and welcoming manner.

I LOVE that I have the choice between walk in or making an appt. LOVE that I dont have to fill out pages of history and other paperwork that most of the time isnt relevant (and you all asked me the relevant questions related to what was going on). Thank you so much for being willing to take care of the medical situation in a sterile way (wouldnt have been sterile at my home). The doctor and assistants were all so wonderful, professional and helpful!!I waited a day to change the dressing (and give you feedback), to give it some time to heal. My foot looks good!! Its healing wonderfully!! Was able to change the dressing with the supplies given to me. Continuing with the antibiotic as ordered. Thank you so much for all you did!! I hope that Kaiser continues having a contract with your facility as its been the best Urgent Care Ive gone to since I moved to the desert.

Really 3.5 stars. I live out of town but came here with my Mom last time who is a local. Was impressed by efficiency, wait time. This time I had to come here for myself as I needed to know if I still had a UTI or not which could only be determined by lab work.Very nice staff, SUPER CLEAN, and efficient in maintaining CDC rules for COVID. Wait time was reasonable. After being seen, needed to wait 3-5 days for lab results. Meanwhile, they did give me a prescription for pain.Received results as promised in 3 days but I wanted a copy of the report too. They sent it to my e-mail but I could not download it due to the report file format. I sent an email back, asking them to change the file into a pdf format. No response back.2 days later, I went to the facility and they printed out a copy for me. Report does not give details like regular Dr. results, showing numbers/values of what they are looking for. The report just says, Yes, or No, regarding UTI. I was surprised by this, as I expected a regular lab report especially after waiting 3 days. It was disappointing. Still need to follow up with my own primary doctor.

The nurse/practitioner misdiagnosed my severe sinus infection as a virus. After checking all the boxes for a sinus infection, and despite the fact Ive had chronic sinusitis for years now and KNEW thats what I had, she gave me a lecture about the overuse of antibiotics. I worsened over the next few days. Five days later I went to Eisenhower Urgent Care where I was properly diagnosed and am now on a regime of antibiotics. Thanks for really shortening my vacation. Use at your own risk.

Most of the people here are nice but on two separate occasions, the fancy woman checking me in has had terrible customer service skills. I understand that she is concerned about covid (we all are) but she does not need to treat us as if we are second hand citizens. Being rude and talking down to people who are concerned about their health is not helpful. If you want patients to pay attention to sign for directions, dont post multiple ones. Post one!

My husband and I went hiking on Halloween morning and he had a rather serious spill on the trail. We went to MedPost without an appointment, they took a look at his injuries and took him right in. They thoroughly cleaned his wounds, gave him a prescription for antibiotics and a list of directions for wound care in the coming days plus X-rayed the injured arm to make sure there was nothing broken. We couldnt have been more pleased with the care. It was efficient and thorough and because of Covid restrictions I stayed in the car and one of the techs came out and offered me coffee for which I was most appreciative. We appreciate the care offered at this particular site and recommend it without reservation.

While vacationing in the Desert, Id been suffering from a persisent dry cough that didnt allow me to rest all day and night. I walked in, registered, and was seen immediately. I was validated for visiting and was assured Id been doing everything right to manage my allergies and asthma. I was given a prescription to prevent an asthma attack and was recommended medication alternatives. It was the most welcoming and validating medical experience Ive had, especially being a visitor to the area. I would recommend to everyone.

This place was highly efficient. I like that we called to see wait times and suggested getting an appointment. When I showed up, registration was quick. And I was seen and backout in under an hour. Mayra was really nice and the doctor listened, giagnosed and gave me advice beyond the initial treatment. Very pleased with the service.

I wish I could give this place No stars! I recently took my daughter here. Front office staff were very professional and helpful. The medical assistant in the back was very kind and professional. Let’s talk about the “Dr.” Dr. Konow, she was rude from the moment she came into our room. Said she didn’t know what to tell me about what was going on with my daughter! Worse experience ever! I normally go to VIP Urgent care across the street, I made a mistake in coming here for sure!! Nothing was resolved with my daughter. The Dr. even asked if she wanted me to make something up because she didn’t know what to tell me, she’s a joke! Please retire already, it’s clear she is not passionate about her job! She said she’d been practicing medicine for 42 years, obviously it’s been too long.

Also whoever made my apt was not very friendly as well as one of the front desk women on the day of my apt. Maybe changing the vocal tone would help clients feel less compelled to leave.

Not happy that the front desk didn’t already know that Costco’s pharmacy is closed on Sundays. Also, the doctor told me she was writing a prescription for cough syrup, only to find out she prescribed cough pills. I don’t take full doses of any medication because I’m a lightweight when it comes to medicine. No one answered the phone after I found out Costco was closed, so I had to drive all the way back to ask them to switch the prescription to CVS on Jefferson. Then waited an hour to find out that CVS was completely out of that cough medicine. With all the apparent shortages, it would be helpful if they checked with the pharmacy in advance to make sure that pharmacy has the medicine in stock - especially since it’s not a good idea for a covid patient to be running around from pharmacy to pharmacy potentially infected other people.

Relatively quick, simple, clean. Looked everywhere for COVID PCR testing in Palm Springs. This is the only place I could find that accepted walk ins. Lucky enough, the waiting room was relatively empty and I was able to get a walk in appointment. Waited about 30 minutes, saw a provider and received both a rapid and PCR swab test.Please note, walk in appointments do fill up if it gets busy and they will start turning walk ins away. I witnessed this as I waited to be seen.You must also show a photo ID and insurance card upon walking in to receive an appointment.All in all, good experience.

Front office staff was wonderful. Dr. Lewis is the 1 star rating. I walked in he did a quick check, said what I had was viral and there was nothing he could do for me. He spent the rest of the time berating me for taking a low dose aspirin and for wearing high priced hearing aids. 5 days later, I was admitted to the hospital, which I wonder if it would have happened if he would have been more attentive to my symptoms. Then I got a bill for $256.00 for the visit. Dr. Lewis said he only works 4 days a month so hopefully your appointment will be on a day hes not there.

This was one of the worst medical experiences of my life. Waited two hours. No one came to let me know about the long wait. The doctor told me they were the only one on duty as if I were to feel bad for them. That is not my fault they were understaffed. I had to go find the doctor who never asked me a question and instead handed me a bunch of sheets printed off the internet with potential diagnoses that didnt match my symptoms. They charged me $250 before I was seen and I left with nothing but frustration.

Waited for the gossiping😞 to finish and then they gave me stuff to fill out I asked if they did the PCR, first they said the doctor has to chose which test rapid or PCR, which cvs or Walgreens (found out late)lets you chose. (Sensing my frustration) then they stated they cant do it for me and the person who does it was not available🤷🤔🙄.i said okay. I left.🤬 I did not want to argue their lack of...I needed to go find somewhere else🏇 immediately. I called back the next day cause I didnt understand why they denied me but took my information🙇🤔. In a not so friendly tone she explained that the doctor has to chose the test etc repetitive Bs. I just said thanks and hung up. Its great to take the high road so people can see their own low road. The information she said was just opposite of website. I like to observe interaction to see if I would go back to a facility and not judge with my interaction only....but.If your desperate or not Go to hospital or somewhere else for testing. But this place, must have two different team of staff cause these ones arent five star, they are nice to who they want to be nice to. Thats why I left, I felt like I was interrupting the fancy buffount ladies gossip about her personal life and lawyers issue (couldnt avoid eavesdropping, its in your face). 😂Get paid to gossip, gotta love that😁. One day you will run in to someone your mean to and their the ones serving you,🥤👮🧑‍🔧 so Im sure you want the same respect. If you see five star its got to be their friends because I watched the interaction with other patients and it was like they did not want to be bothered. You want the money but not the work.

Checked in with concerns - ongoing issue. After seeing AT LEAST 4 doctors over 2 years, on different occasions at well renowned facilities in the valley, the attending physician AND nurse at THIS facility both gave me some tips to incorporate into my health plan have proven to be the most beneficial of any. Had to drive a bit farther to be seen, but will drive 100 miles out of my way next time I need urgent care. Thank you, all.

Front desk was okay. Check in was fast and easy. Made an appointment on there website. I waited for 20 minutes to see a PA. I didn’t think I was going to see a PA. I needed to see an actual doctor that can prescribe stronger meds due to my condition. The PA was not much help. She sent over antibiotics to the pharmacy and told me to take over the counter meds. My condition is really bad over the counter won’t help. She told me I should probably go to the hospital if it gets worst which that is not an option. My experience was not good. This will not be my go to urgent care in the future.

Did not give correct documentation so I had to come back to get it. Also did not tell me to sign their copy of DOT physical when I was there but made me to drive to La Quinta location to sign in front of doctor but I could’ve signed it the day of my appointment. I even asked before I left the location If there was anything else I needed to do or if I needed to sign anything and I was told No but now I’m running around for them not doing their job if I could give no stars I would. Just a bunch of mishaps that could’ve been avoided if they paid more attention instead of socializing.

Found carbon health care open until 8.( Next block from Trader Joe’s.)Made an appointment online and got there and only 1 person ahead of me. I drove 30 minutes as a walk in for my son and when I arrived they asked if I was on the schedule? I asked, this is an urgent care, you are suppose to take walk ins. They offered to put me on the schedule 4 hrs later and commented how my son could not be seen in the next 30 minutes. I asked, so you cant help me? They just looked at me quiet. I have never been to a medical office so stuck up and unsympathetic.

I must say this is my first time here and the only reason I had to come here was for my employer. I would not recommend it to anyone VIP urgent 100X better. Receptionist talking about patients, their appointment system is a joke, dont try walking in because theyll ask to you fill out forms and make you wait for nothing. I had to wait a long time. Never again will I come back.

I have to say the receptionist (didnt get her name, very attractive and professionally dressed), was very direct and at first came across impersonal, but after watching her interact with other customers she is exactly what is needed in that office in the Covid environment we are in. She was strict with the rules, clear and concise. It made me feel more comfortable about bringing my child to be seen at that office.

The staff is amazing here, the PA was awesome. From the moment I was greeted, I felt calm, safe and well attendend to. The office is immaculate and never did I feel health wise in jeapordy. I mention this, as in these unusal times it is most important that all areas in a doctors office is immaculate and it was. Therefore, my health safe was never at risk.

I made an appointment for 10am. I arrived at 9:45. I was not seen until 12pm. They took walk ins and the 11am appointment before me. After waiting for an hour I asked the front desk to make sure they didnt forget me. She said noThey knew I was there. After finally getting to see the PA. I was told they could not help me. I had more than one problem and asked if they could treat my cold. I was told I would have to go back out and sign back in. And pay another fee. I think at least they could of done is help me out since they forgot about me and made me wait 2 hours for my appointment. I will not be going back to this place. Im still sick and out my co pay.

The front desk staff and medical assistant were wonderful. As far as the physician, Dr Land, that was staffed there that day, I give that experience a 1 star. He is definitely not a representative for their claim of wellness management. I wont go into specific details but he gives out misinformation (which was confirmed by the pharmacist at CVS) or simply doesnt seem to be interested in providing for the needs of the patient. He is only interested in providing care that is based in his comfort level.( I didnt go in asking for anything a regular urgent care physician hasnt taken care of before in all my years) Ive worked in health care for almost 20 years and was incredibly disappointed with the care I received from him. I was already managing my pain at home with almost the exact regimen he prescribed. He gave me a Drs note for work, so I suppose that was one of my needs that was met. He also informed me that even though the business advertises that they do annual physicals and lab tests, that he prefers not to order routine labs at that facility either....

I went there for flu like symptoms general body pain unrelieved by over the counter medications. They did not take my temperature did not listen to my breath sounds did not ask me about my symptoms. What they did do was take my weight, B/P, and screen for flu and covid. They did not give me medications for my pain telling me to see my doctor. If I could have seen my doctor I wouldnt have needed to go to an urgent care center. This was a waste of time and money.
