Jonathan, the Doctor is super awesome. I dont know what words to say about him. Hes such a caring and patient and accurate Doctor he just makes you feel like things are gonna get better and your help will get better through his injuries and his own life. Also, he still has positive attitude. He is such a good Doctor to see when you need urgent care. Hes so caring and hes so attentive towards everybody. His patience is awesome and hes a genuine good person. I am so thankful that Im able to go and feel secured. Thank you, Jonathan.

What an unexpected surprise! The La Habra Carbon Urgent Care location had NO wait time, I was seen immediately by V. Nguyen, PA. She was kind, understanding, and thorough. They have lovely friendly office staff, the location is spotless, new, and very comfortable. I had an amazingly positive experience, and will use them again in the future! I’m a RN, it’s hard to impress me, but you have. Thank you!Five stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in with my 8-month-old who was bleeding from his mouth after a fall. We were scared and baby was upset. The nurse was so friendly and sweet with my baby, she made him smile. We were seen quickly and the PA was super informative and reassuring. Definitely recommend.

Your staff needs to learn how to better communicate with insurance and learn the process and give all options to the patient.I had to do the legwork because your receptionist told me you didnt take my insurance. But when I called my insurance, you do, indeed.She did not tell me all she would need was a reference number to accept my insurance.Instead of doing her due diligence, she tried to brush me off saying I should go to the ER for a simple skin infection.I got my insurance on the phone and confirmed they do indeed take Presbyterian and the Carbon Health was actually the first one on their list!She was just too lazy or incompetent to do the work it took to get me the help I needed. She blatantly told me after I gave her the reference number that she didnt understand the process. So your staff needs better training on this. If I was not my own advocate and call her out on this- I would have had to make an ER visit which was completely unnecessary OR pay $200 out of pocket.The doctor was awesome- took him 3 minutes to see me and make an Rx. It took an hour for her to figure out how to process the insurance because she was not properly trained or just didnt want to do her job. Do better. Help people- thats what an urgent care is for.

The nurse and PA were so kind and sweet with my daughter. My little one was very sad to have to go to the doctor, but was very cooperative. I really appreciate how quickly I was able to set up an appt and how quickly I was seen once I checked in. It does put a parent’s mind at ease when your little one is not feeling well.

I came in with the last-minute appointment, not knowing what to expect. They accepted my Medi-Cal, which I greatly appreciated. They saw me quickly. The doctor was thorough, gave me the answers that I needed, and sent me on my way to get the medication I needed promptly. The staff was so nice the doctor was so nice they listened to everything I had to say. I would recommend 10 out of 10 every time.

Dr Karen was so helpful and the entire staff was nice. I was able to get a last minute appointment at 6:45pm on a Sunday. Very impressed with their fast service.

Fast, professional, quality service. We don’t live here and my daughter was sick and we could not fly home. They took my insurance, were courteous, and doctor came quickly and diagnosed ear infection and prescribed meds so we could get her better soon to fly home. Peace of mind! Worth it. Thank you

The Dr.s are wonderful. But the front desk person was undertrained, rude, and condescending. She insisted that Medicare advantage insurance could not be used and I needed to pay cash. I had to have the insurance company call her. She reluctantly accepted my information and acted like she was doing me a favor. Then she still insisted Medicare advantage and HMO insurance could not be used at that office. June 14 2024 10:00 AM. I hope I dont get billed.

The staff was very attentive and professional. I didnt have to wait long to see the doctor, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Overall, Im very satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend!
